with boys and girls and political thought. >> steve: that is right, young people in college and you think how do they identify politically and you think they are all liberal. that is what you think. this new survey, survey over last three years show quarter of high school senior boys identify as conservative or very conservative, 12th grade boys nearly twice as likely to identify as conservative verpsus liberal, 13% identify as liberal or very liberal in last three years. when it comes to girls, girlsal high school level are drifting left, rising from 19% in 2012 to 30% in 2023. in other words, when it comes to high school kids, the boys are becoming more conservative and the girls are becoming more liberal and the question is, why. >> joey: i think it is easy

private schools, all girl private schools in new york and big liberal cities, they are preaching crt and gender and all those messages to children at young age. boys schools, according to my friends, they are not doing that. in public schools, i hear a lot of people talk about they are doing it in public schools in new york city and on long island. what do you think the reason is? if you're a breadwinner, you have to pay taxes. these are high school kids. >> joey: i think it is simpler than that, i know we need to move on. dr. peterson says raising young boys is letting them do dangerous things carefully. the society has moved into safe space and in life, everything is about safety, which we need, but boys have inherent, it is in them to do dumb things, climb trees, ride dirt bikes.

baby doll, you said and you jumped in to grab him. the pool was locked and had a gate around it. how did you get through that? >> that is really why i wrote a book, it was a long journey and i've tried a lot of things and nothing worked until one thing did. it was a long journey that i tried to be a rock for my family, i tried to be the strong one everybody could rely on and lean on and it was breaking me down. >> ainsley: you went to therapy, y'all went to therapy, you tried self-help books, you said, you couldn't self-help, faith turned your life around. >> i tried all the self-help books, it wasn't i decided maybe it was god, i had to break down completely, i had nothing else
