7:01 am
>> on the transcript focuses heavily on the notion that the biden family is a "brand" which gave value to do business activities. linking it to joe biden and promising to open doors. >> the business was his access to his father. in the act of having a conversation, they are burnishing the biden brad. the business year, the business of washington is access. if you are the son of the vice president, you have the highest access. >> a former speaker of the house and fox news contributor newt gingrich. i want to read to you a little bit from this transcript that we brought to you first in the 9:00 a.m. hour. this is devon archer before the house oversight committee saying this. my only thought is i think burisma would have gotten out of business a vision of the brand attached to it. that is my only honest opinion. the capabilities to navigate d.c. that they were able to basically be in the news cycle.
7:02 am
i think that preserves them from the longevity standpoint. congressman goldman says i would that work? arch a response. because people would be intimidated and mess with them. goldman says in what way? archers as legally. the transcript is behind closed doors. it is not under oath but it is illegal to lie to congress. now we have this out there. everybody can see it for themselves. >> i think chairman indicated that i think next week they are going to have bank records. all these things just keep building week after week. i understand that the democrats have to play defense and they have to pretend they don't understand it. to any normal person, this story is not complicated. you had a guy who had no skills, no professional ability. making money in kazakhstan, romania, ukraine, russia, and china. if his name had been on trey smith, he wouldn't have made a dime. the fact is, he was playing off
7:03 am
of his father. we now know despite joe biden's lies that in fact, biden was part of the game. he not only call the people, he also went at least on two occasions and had dinner with a major foreign businesses. >> that is in the transcript as well. i don't think a lot of people realize this. maybe you remember. joe biden is known as amtrak joan. takes the train. hunter was a board member of amtrak. he was on the board in july of 2006 and resigned that position in january 2009. when joe biden was elected vice president. if you think about these elements, mr. speaker, the relationship goes back even further i think than most people have been led to believe. >> it's actually a bigger story. andy mccarthy wrote a book in
7:04 am
2019 called ball of collusion. in there he really makes a case that it is obama will politicize is that destroys the integrity of the justice department. it is hillary clinton it figures out she can steal like crazy and no one is going to prosecutor. here is poor joe biden pretties watching hillary make millions and millions of dollars. nothing is being done to her. he thinks maybe that family can get in on it. he is a piker compared to the clintons. the amount they took in one deal over uranium going to rush it was probably $35 million. none of that has ever been thoroughly investigated. biden comes along. he was correct for a long time. the obama justice department and the people who are still there who are obama people were never going to go after hunter. ever. that is why you have this very weird parallelism of anything that donald trump does is terrible. anything that hunter biden does is excusable. the country is gradually
7:05 am
beginning to realize how really sick and how really corrupt it is. >> listen to this exchange yesterday with the democrats sitting democratic, strength trying to explain this away. >> did it concern you when you're that? >> breaking news. the president talks to his son. >> he wasn't just talking with his son. the sun was talking to allegedly task up >> devon archer said they never discussed the business. he wasn't involved in the business. >> i think you said something really important. this is it really that complicated. everybody understands what's going on here. now the bidens have put the members congress, the democrats want to defend them in a pretty ridiculous position. >> i was looking it up this morning. one of jack smith's charges against trump and is based on 150-year-old -- 53-year-old bill involving the ku klux klan in south carolina. it turns out, the very first
7:06 am
congress in 1789 passed the bill involving bribery among customs officials. maybe you can have a parallelism through the bidens could be charged under 1789 act which has no relationship to today. trump can be charged on her 1970 act which is no relationship today. but you have is a justice department which has gone crazy. this is exactly the opposite of how the justice department should operate. as a brilliant speech by attorney general robert jackson in 1940 talking to u.s. attorneys. saying to them, you've got to be really careful. you have so much power that you cannot get involved in distorting and going after people just because you don't like them or just because a person -- brilliant speech. it is exactly what we are now faced with. frankly i think the funding for these activities out to be cut off by the congress and as of september 30th, they should be god. >> we are going to get to the trump store in a moment.
7:07 am
this is president biden talking about former president trump. the possibility at that point that he might seek reelection. >> we just have to demonstrate that you will not take power. by if we -- if he does run making sure he under a legitimate effort of the constitution does not become the next president again. >> what does that say to you? >> we have never seen in major political figure as routinely and methodical assaulted as donald trump donald trump. as a sign of how desperate the establishment is where they are terrified that if he is still standing in october of 2024, he is going to become president. of course, if he does become the president, all of these people are in jeopardy. remember, watergate led to 46 people being convicted. the only cabinet officer ever to go to jail was attorney general john mitchell for obstruction of
7:08 am
justice. i'm absolutely certain that the current attorney general merrick garland is in grave danger of being charged with obstruction of justice and with having destroyed the system. congress should be right now subpoenaing all the documents between smith and carlin. i think he has been directing this. i think the timing is weird. as you know the other night, a chart that shows something happens to hunter, the next two or three days, something happens to trump. something happens out center, the next two or three days, something happens to trump. this is so blatantly disgustingly political that has no business being in the department of justice. >> thank you for your time. we will see it go down a little bit later today. we'll talk again very soon. former president drop is back in federal court. that third time in four months pretty will travel from his golf club in new jersey to a courthouse in washington, d.c.,

it take so long to bring them in the first place, accusing the justice department of trying to interfere with his presidential campaign as we grow closer to that into the fox news debate coming up in milwaukee. back out here live in new jersey. trump was the only person indicted in this latest case that we are looking at with those 45 pages. they did list half a dozen coconspirators but didn't give too much information about them. we will keep a close eye on that. at the former president is expected to return back here to new jersey. >> thanks. get ready for a long day. thank you. >> according to the complaint, the woman fought for her life, beating the doors on the walls of the cell with bloodied hands. >> miraculous escape from the cinder blocks celebrate how one woman got away from her cadaver and why police say there could be more victims. >> china ramping up efforts to buy american farmland. lawmakers are looking into possible purchases near u.s. military bases. >> building immunity to antibiotics. this is not a good thing. congress is taking aim at the growing health threat.
