the mar-a-lago documents case. and then somewhere in between there's a civil case. and then you also have this case that needs room on the docket. now, you got to figure it's jack smith so jack smith chose to put mar-a-lago first. so imagine he is more confident about that. maybe he's not. who knows. but jack smith is debating against jack smith. you can't have both, one on top of each other. that is no way that would equal justice in anybody's court. remember, he warned us that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. keep in mind, no conspiracy with the oath keepers. no conspiracy with the proud boys. no evidence that he -- that he actually spurred a right, that he was behind that. it's kind of surprising in the 45 pages, after two and a half years, that they have not come up with more than was in the january 6th report, was in the impeachment proceedings, which makes me think is there another wave of charges like there was five more charges coming to mar-a-lago? and what was the rush? why not get it all together and lay it out?

investigation goes now is what policy was he -- what policy did vice president -- then vice president biden, who was in charge of ukraine, change as a result of it? we know what's happening now with the prosecutor. i think that is incredibly damaging. where i hope the investigation can go is getting the tapes where remember we have the fbi sitting on information from a well-known informant that one of these burisma executives had recordings of vice president biden. i mean, look, it's one thing to have testimony and have the email and another thing to have actual sound or video. but, at the end of the day, brian, number one, look, these were clear violations on hunter's part of fara, of the foreign agent registration act. he was clearly lobbying on behalf of a foreign government. that's illegal. that's a break of -- breaking of the law that he wasn't registered. but, number two, did they pay taxes on this money and then the ultimate question is: what did
