right, it does so against administration political opponent during election season in which administration, party members and media allies campaigned and proliferated false allegations. your response to that? >> i haven't seen that filing yet, but i think former president trump's attorneys will have a lot more success and get a lot fairer hearing from the federal court in the southern district of florida than they have gotten so far in d.c. >> laura: the issue about president trump not being able to respond in social media for instance, his comments can be over the top, i'm coming for you. that particular issue, what is your take? there is civil libertyarrians who say that is acting speech or

could be comment about witnesses or tampering with proceeding whachl is your take? >> there is inherent conflict between the gag orders and restrictions on the speech of defendants and defense attorneys and normal first amendment rights that we have. and unfortunately, the case law set by the supreme court is unclear on this, they decide on case-by-case basis and most districts have a rule that say you can't make a statement, no party can make a statement that might impact the administration of justice and that is lucy goosy. he will have to be careful about what he says on social media and we're likely to see some kind of ruling very soon from judge in d.c.

made a strong enough showing. she's said, wait a minutes, i want explanation why you are using dc grand jury for post-indictment matters in florida. two things she's interested in here. number one, you brought this case in southern district of florida, why are you using the dc grand jury related to the case? number two, once you indict a case, law says you cannot use a grand jury evidence for trial. there is major exception to that, if prosecutor says we're looking at further crimes and might file a suit for indictment. judge cannon wants public explanation. if you say it is okay to use the dc grand jury to gather evidence, testimony us judge on

chastain who brought positivity to it. megan rapinoe should not have been on the pitch. she was not good enough. that kick was like a fifth grader trying to kick. she should not have been there. was the coaching staff and u.s. soccer intimidated by rapinoe's popularity. did she bully her way? she was awful in the tournament. she looked like she didn't care and wasn't good enough. combine that with her act being as a victim. you can't be a victim and lead a team. you can't act as a victim and be a leader in any walk of life. your job, my job, sports, business. victims don't lead. her being a victim and not good enough on the pitch was a real problem for the other ladies of that soccer team. >> laura: didn't it seem selfish
