aside from the ethical issues of her promoting, you have got biden and kamala harris specifically promoting a company that the secretary of energy has a vested interest entered she exercises her stock options, and then sells her stock 12 days later. after the government has invested millions of dollars. this is about as conflict as anything i have seen. i think it broaches on the issue of criminality. you have to say to yourself, are these guys so corrupt that they are willing to do it in your face? then the company goes bust. we have put all our taxpayers dollars in it. we make sure that the taxpayers is the last person to get paid back. when i was -- there's all these little cars but i said to the car drivers, are you guys all driving these tiny cars? the man says to me, i hate electric cars.

on the climate thing, biden has spent an historic amount of money to try to deal with climate change. he has a 57% disapproval rating on climate change especially from the left. they are not happy. the left has created a monster that they cannot control. this is an amazing thing i learned. the trucking industry, the manufacturers are facing some really big regulations coming down the pike january 1st for they have to go to this electric vehicle nonsense. maybe it is a worthwhile goal. get this for the manufacturers are saying they are doing it too much too fast. for a diesel burning engine which is pretty clean, emissions are way down. it takes 15 minutes to fill out the truck. that truck can go 1200 miles. these electric vehicles these trucks take 6-10 hours to charge for they can go 250 miles. you think that's not going to increase -- everything that gets delivered is going to take so much longer. >> that is crazy. do you think he went on the

now we are completely dependent on uranium from the russians. countries that happen to pay his son a lot of money. the ev bus deal is a pump and dump scheme. you had al gore. all pour money into this stupid electric bus company. the buses never worked. they broke down all over the country. a lot of them caught fire. now it is a penny stock. there needs to be an investigation they appeared how are you going to say i never talk to them about business? you are at a dinner with the burisma executive for an hour. okay, what'd you talk about then? did you talk about the weather for an hour, joe biden? how about the stationery from the vice president thanking devon archer for going into business with your son? you going into business but you don't know what the business is good how about the voice mail? i read "the new york times" article about the business that you are dealing with china.

alike. meaning, in each case, trump offered a solution for eight years ago and was condemned. in every case, in every case he said something like you need more police. you need the national guard. because i call out the trump contamination disorder, you can't be seen agreeing with anything that trump believes in. you can't be in a cocktail party and say i agree with donald trump. it is how petty that media is. he would rather argue against a good point then defend the criminal then be seen somehow on the same side as trump for the problem with the cities with a lot of the good people are going to leave. and they are. all you are going to have as bad people there which other criminals. if you enforce law and order unjust the law-abiding, that doesn't make any sense. right? you create a murder capital. and you are a coward.

young man that was killed. he was 35 years old. his name was bernard. he works three jobs. he took care of three kids. he took care of his wife. he went to school to become an hvac engineer to make sure that he actually had real good solid work. he would get up in the morning and go work for the water treatment system in washington, d.c. and she said there is just no -- there's no one that is putting up structures. like a recreational center. someplace where they can hang out but what is happening is they are hanging out on the corner after the whole idea of snitching has become something that is so bad that no one wants to talk to anybody else about what is really happening. the police, they are out manned. they don't have any end to help where they can do anything about it. if they do something about it the people are prosecuted. i understand the need for the national guard. i don't know if that will actually happen. as james freeman of "the wall street journal" --

there are crime waves going on all over the country in cities like omaha and nebraska which has a republican mayor. for all you keyboard warriors at home about to treat me jesse watters is number one. in tulsa, oklahoma, why does jacksonville have a democratic mayor. the republican mayor failed to keep crime under control. he was replaced. same in colorado springs where there is an independent mayor. >> it always goes back to liberal policies. you can cherry-pick, it's always liberal policies. >> i am not just cherry-picking it. i'm trying to be accurate about what's going on across the country. new york city is doing a lot better than it was. the murder rate is dowvienolime. >> this like bragging that gas prices are down. we're just trying to be accurate. stand by and suffer as the left keeps making the same harebrained mistakes. they are too slow on the uptake. we had a problem with crime in the '90s. we resolved it, and we were in great shape. why? because we increased police on the street. we made sure that people were prosecuted. and then the citizen was safe. the left as i learn from that. they have to pull us back so we have to learn the same thing all over again by saying, get rid of the police, and it will solve the criminal problem. get rid of the police. there are serial racist murderers. and then, now they are saying maybe you should bring in the national guard. this from the same group who for years hates the national guard. they hate the military. they hate the flag where they'd anything that has to do with law and order in the military. it takes them this long to come back around and say maybe that might make sense. the idea of 67% of the arrests not being prosecuted.

you know whose fault that is? merrick garland. it goes right to his door. because it is the united states attorney was in charge of the prosecution of crime in the district of columbia, which is not a state. and if you are refusing 67% of the arrests, everybody knows 67% of the arrests probably represents one quarter of the crime that is committed. that is because merrick garland and biden don't prioritize crime. in the end, the idea of martial law that when someone even mentioned it during the trump administration, the left went crazy. now the left is bringing up martial law. how many people had to die in the years since then? how many people had to suffer? how many people had to suffer a loss of someone that they love? terrible. that's because the left policies, they go through the mistakes over and over again when we had them all figured out. >> and trump brought up martial

racism they face on the child throughout the pandemic. some workers of color have known for years but workplace politics and discrimination can make the office an undesirable place to be. no one really wants to go back to the office. i was thinking about this. judge, i will start with you. the new york mayor eric adams the d.c. mayor, and the san francisco mayor are all begging people to come back to the office, because the cities are dying. they need people to come back to the office. they don't think -- i understand some people might have problems at the office and i don't discount that. is this the reason to claim do not come back to the office? >> if you claim that racism is a reason not to come back to the office, then what is the solution? segregation? think about how backwards the whole thing is. in terms of everything being racist, math is racist, the infrastructure is racist.
