got democrat leaders saying we've reached our break, is this will be will start to see the change? >> oh yes. it's not just democrat leadership, they are doing this because it's their constituents, the people from communities like oakland where you have district attorney pamela price facing now a recall. it's a residence in washington d.c. who watched an afghan interpreter survive afghanistan and up in philadelphia with his family and four children deciding billy was too violent, moved to virginia driving a lyft in washington d.c. and gunned down and killed and the children in the community are the ones suffering the most. think about the kids, the parents, the father's have to walk their children to school in the morning and step over the people with needles in the arms, homelessness is rampant and

nobody is paying the price. the worst part of all of this, and i think this is so important they are not holding anyone accountable for the crimes being committed so people are starting to wake up. naacp woke up and opened this past week sent a letter saying we need a state of emergency in oakland because our children are dying. washington d.c. and i agree with the councilman, we have got to call in the national guard. we have to feel safe in our communities and we don't edit starts with the peers and start on the grassroots level like you said, the parents have to speak out and hold lawmakers accountable. once that happened, the dominoes will fall into place. >> are we going to see conservative leadership, independent-minded leaders come in and get the vote? >> i hope we do i hope we see people who realize we are talking about particularly

happening within their own communities. these are separate people, barbra streisand walls around the house, nancy pelosi. the people that don't understand what it's like to walk to a grocery store to buy a gallon of milk to feed their child. don't understand rising costs of crime in their own lives. not people from these communities talk to every day when i travel across the country who are frustrated and angry and say vice president kamala harris is complete and is connected from the communities and they will show up at the ballot box come 2024. >> another place for justice, merrick garland named a special hunter biden, the same prosecutor on the plea deal in the move is whitewashing and coverups from the house republican leaders. >> judge jeanine carol, this all

started with the sweetheart plea deal and now it seems weiss is embarrassed after the judge threw it out they haven't been able to come to the conclusion and now the special prosecutor. >> what is interesting is whether or not weiss is embarrassed, what's happening now is there's more of a cover-up. think about the fact that hunter got a sweetheart deal, a federal judge would not accept it hunter was given immunity, that means protection from any prosecution in perpetuity for the rest of his life. the deal was written up in a way where judge asked, has this been done before? the prosecutors from the department of justice said we've never done this before so what did they do now? the biden's are in a heap of trouble. what they decide to do is merrick garland says.special counsel and tuesday david weiss appointed special counsel

because he reached the stage which he should continue work as special counsel. he reached the stage where he entered the investigation and gave the guy immunity for the rest of his life and now he wants to investigate more? this is their effort to cover everything up. david weiss is compromised. merrick garland is compromised. david weiss said to his back in 2022, i can't go further, i don't have the ability to ask questions. that was written, seven people in the room irs fbi and in june he tells jim jordan, i have power i needed and now they say we are going to make him special counsel. shouldn't be because he's working for the department of justice, no independence from merrick garland. number two, statute of limitations already passed on the most serious crimes were he could get serious jail time. number three, david weiss can come in say i've investigated

joe biden as special counsel and there's nothing there in the end, i think what you've got is the biden's are covering up and the republicans are in a position where they can't even call david weiss and ask him to testify just like they did when they said the investigation was continuous. >> was ethical to sideline the republicans? this is the first time they started to fight and because of the fighting, it was put on the judge's radar and then the defense tried to pull, trying to get something stricken from the record and the judge was not happy. it got her attention and this is how it has blown up, they don't want republicans involved at all, they want to sideline republicans during this campaign. >> you are right, sidelining republicans while saying there's an ongoing investigation. there can't be an ongoing investigation, he gave immunity the rest of his life.

if you look at the 26 how generations feel about cancer culture, most popular with millennial and least popular with gen z, they break the trend younger and younger because if you grow in that situation when you are a team has supposed to say the thing that will get you canceled, no wonder you say it's not sustainable or appropriate, it's just squeaky squeal of gen z that runs it to the ground but everyone else is upset. >> they made it clear the progressive members of the panel had a republican friend said they did not like that a friend was harmed. >> that's my experience, very progressive friends and i was shocked about how there were a lot of people open and gen z

independent they are far left or right, they don't fall into any categories of they are more interested in having dialogue and debate, and hearing more options, third-party candidates, maybe more unusual off the beaten candidates for my generation. >> all these candidates are going to iowa of the state fair trying to get younger voters as well as millennial's, who do you think is getting the most traction? >> i think biden is struggling. the largest approval drop of any generation, 22 points a year so not happy with the options before them, i don't know young people who aren't very conservative, a lot of independence in the center, rfk junior is a name i hear often in the republican party, i hear vivek ramaswamy, as a 37-year-old that is refreshing to us. by keep hearing is more options,

i'm waiting for a third-party ticket or maybe i will keep myself open but not enough candidates are speaking to young people right now. >> what about the small democrat thing. liz: young people -- they are democrats but call themselves trump republicans, have you heard anything about that? what is it about trump that has those young people? >> i think there is that populist direct a lot of the people who voted in 2016 or trump people later on and rfk junior is tapping into the attitude, there is populist not satisfied with the system and want to feel as though the regular president is being heard and trump tax into whether democrat or republican and rfk junior might pull trump voters as a result. >> before we go, do you think people want the rematch where they don't want the rematch between trump and joe biden? >> not met a single person
