you would think all these people who own real estate in the city would sort of try to have a sister soldier moment and say we have got to change course here. >> this is not working. >> you would think, laura. there has been no more compelling case study for the failure of progressive politics than what is happening in san francisco. this city has been in decline for some time. it's now reached this point of total collapse, of total free fall where you have retailers leaving the city every day where you have people leaving in record numbers. as population is declining faster than any major city in u.s. history and it's so sad it's unbelievable, really, because we're talking about one of the most beautiful places on earth. i used to love going to san francisco. my constituents love going to san francisco, but, nowadays when you think about the city, you are less likely to think about the golden gate bridge and the trolley cars and the war than you are to think about bashed in windshields and open

elizabeth warren wing continue to run the country and then he is going to stonewall all of these looming indictments and then they are going to fixate on donald trump and they think this is going to get us through the next 17 months it. may, but there are some problems with it some of these indictments are so ridiculous, in fact, a majority of them that they are building a huge pushback and biden is declining that we have been saying this for the last two years. it's getting very egregious now it's so obvious that i don't know if it's going to be sustainable for the next 17 months. finally, unlike the trump impeachments or the clinton impeachments or the potential nixon impeachment, joe biden is facing charges that are in the constitution of bribery. if he did a quid pro quo for a foreign government when the family received money and they can prove that, that's almost treasonous. i'm not sure that he is going to be just protected because there is a republican senate.
4:24 pm
so, this is going to be a very interesting 17 months. is he in a race against the truth to tell you the truth. >> laura: monica, biden announced today that he is going to send a one-time payment of $700 to every household suffering. suffering now. will interesting number. when you see it impaired to this headline. u.s. inflation means families are spending $709 more per month than two years ago. monica, so really needs to give people $1,400, i guess. maui families getting 700 each? >> yes, the american people are really suffering a very drastic cost of living crisis and it's directly out of joe bidenens hand in the hand of the democrats who, once they entered office, in 2017, excuse me in 2021, they began spending like drunken sailors and created this

joe biden is the president of the united states. he should get off the beach. he should fly out to maui. c-17s coming in every hour with a big airlift and treat these people much like they are american citizens and, you know, we treat people in different countries a lot better than we do americans. it's just shocking that he is going to go from one vacation as i said to another and from one beach side to a lakeside while people in maui have no beach. they are destroyed. their lives are destroyed. and he doesn't seem to care. and is he a virtual president as i said. and at some point it's not going to be sustainable. each day the media is struggling and frantically trying to construct and we crap celebrate a presidency that no longer exists. doesn't exist anymore. >> well, really quickly, monica, zelenskyy snaps his fingers and some time soon after that he will get something, right in the people of maui are suffering and the president is shirtless on
