the former president is facing a whopping 91 charges in four different cases and it might not stop there, believe it or not. brian? >> brian: just take them one at a time. that's what they say. griff jenkins joins us live in washington. he will break down all 91 point and then we will toss to break. griff, break it all down for us, will you? >> good morning, brian, ainsley and steve. hard to break down because it's so complicated. the former president is firing back on latest indictment saying he has new proof that will absolve him from the georgia criminal charges writing this on truth social saying the report on the presidential election fraud which took place in georgia is almost complete and will be presented by me at 11:00 a.m. on monday based on the results of this conclusive report, all charges should be dropped. there will be a complete exoneration. but, georgia's governor, brian kemp, who often clashed with trump, we tweeted aim the at him saying this the 2020 election in georgia was not stolen for nearly three years now anyone with evidence of fraud has

failed to come forward under oath and prove anything in a court of law. now, trump's legal woes have not slowed him from the campaign trail making multiple stops in iowa and attacking president biden and his family saying this, quote: it is now 100 percent that the biden crime family received more than $20 million from foreign countries while crooked joe was vice president. i believe we have a compromised president. this, as another state, believe it or not, arizona, weighing the post prospect of a fifth indictment against trump. governor katie hobbs had this to say. >> absolutely i have been an advocate for holding folks involved in trying to overturn the vote of the voters in the 2020 election accountable and this is part of that. >> meanwhile hunter biden is dumping his long time lawyer chris clark after his plea deal fell through in delaware last month. his new attorney abbe lowell

writing this based on recent developments it appears that the negotiation and drafting of the plea agreement and diversion agreement will be contested. it is inadvisable for mr. clark to continue as counsel in this case. we should also note for the record, guys, president biden has yet to comment on the appointment of that special counsel into hunter biden or weigh in on the recent indictments of trump. brian, ainsley, steve? >> steve: he hasn't. all right, griff, thank you very much. coming up ainsley is going to break down the time line of all of the indictments so it puts it in perspective and maybe we need a space crean right for arizona if that does indeed become true. >> ainsley: is it coincidence that every time, you know, we find out more information on joe biden's son on hunter, there's an indictment for donald trump. >> steve: it's coincidence or who knows what it is. so this 100 page report that's going to come out on monday, the former president is going to drop it out at bedminster, which is his golf resort just to the west of new york city.

and the question is what's going to be in it? well, apparently it was, and this is according to the "new york times" this morning, compiled at least in part by a woman named liz harrington. communication staff members. apparently the document focuses on voting anomalies in the state of georgia. and ms. harrington has been on x, formerly known as twitter, and said i -- kind of giving us a preview -- says georgia has been one of the most corrupt elections in the country they haven't gotten any better since 2020. they have gotten worse. tune in monday. >> ainsley: he said on truth social, donald trump, they never went after those that rigged the election. they only went after those that fought to find the riggers. and in this indictment, in georgia, and all these indictments, it allows him to have discovery. so his lawyers will have discovery and we'll find out information. and i heard this morning, brian, an attorney said, i think it was on "fox & friends first," was saying the best argument he has

is to tell the truth. and if he finds out that something did happen in the election, then he would have proof, and then maybe he could exonerate himself. what he has, we don't know. we will find out on monday morning at 11:00. brian be brian the cases are complicated. they all get confused. they kind of blur together after four indictments. as surreal as it is, they are getting somewhat routine. but president trump went at it similar to the way stacey abrams went at it. the way hillary clinton continues to go at it and say she really didn't lose the elections. stacey abrams really thinks she is governor until she got trounced in the rematch. brian kemp pushed back on the president early. the governor of georgia saying, listen, there is no problem with the election. but, obviously, some candidates think there are, including donald trump. bottom line is, trump is going to be off the campaign trail when this thing starts they think for four weeks. can you strategize against that if you were one of his opponents and strategize doing that even if you think donald trump is 10d president trump does think he

is. he has still got to deal with the fact that maybe 8 hours a day for four weeks on each trial he is going to have to sit in a courtroom and maybe go at it at night along with the stress of most people would not be able to go under on this. and, again, i'm looking at the clock right now. it's 6:05 eastern time and also a countdown to ainsley's wall walk and that's her review of all these cases. >> ainsley: only because you are not here. you normally do the wall walks. you do them better than anyone. >> brian: i know you can't wait. but here we go. here's a list -- here is a look of all the candidates and how they responded because this is key because they want to be there if trump drops out. they want to be there if trump's numbers get soft. listen to how they handled the latest. watch. >> look, our country is in decline for a number of different reasons, economic cultural, but part of the reason we are in decline is because our constitutional system is totally out of whack. >> the reality is when you have a police state that overreaches

as much as it has, they need to be held accountable. it would be a lot easier for me if he weren't in this race if this was about me winning. but this is about standing on the side of principle. >> it's more baggage that we're going to have to deal with and it prevents republicans from talking about the problems of hunter biden and prevents us from talking about how joe biden administration is failing to deal with the chinese government. >> it's another example of two tiered system of justice, incredibly unfair. >> brian: i think vivek ramaswamy has the best tact. but chris christie did something that's necessary. he isn't just anti-trump for the first time. he came out yesterday saying i'm uncomfortable with what i read last night. this is a conflict essentially covered by the federal indictment. this is what dab abrams said. you might not like what happened in georgia. it's covered what jack smith is already looking at. you guys are overdoing it. brought up the ego of the prosecuting attorney. so, interesting. this is a nuances to a guy that's moved into second place but still in single digits in

new hampshire. >> ainsley: what about the georgia court putting the indictment online before the grand jury voted? >> brian: crazy. >> ainsley: why wouldn't they throw it now of that jurisdiction? >> steve: they talked about it yesterday. >> ainsley: they said it was fictitious. >> steve: certainly they said it was a clerical error. they knew what the indictment would look like, given what they were planning to charge him with, so it was a boo boo. they have apologized but nonetheless, we will see what happens. >> brian: not good enough. if i'm the defense. >> steve: regarding what chris christie said. essentially he was saying we don't need the georgia case because there is plenty of it with jack smith. he'll be convicted there. suddenly that's a possibility. so, one of the things, as you look a week ahead to the fox debate, you know, right now in new hampshire, well, donald trump is way ahead. chris christie is number two. and so the way the fox debate is going to stack up, a week from

now, whoever is number two, behind donald trump. will be in the center square. that will drive donald trump crazy if he is not there. so, you know, it would be great if he showed up. he excels. he is great at the debate. but does he really want chris christie in the center square talking about donald trump. >> brian: new hampshire not overall. desantis would still be the middle. >> steve: i made that clear. we will see who is number two coming up a week from now. >> ainsley: do you think he will make the announcement if he does decide to do it like the day before. he will just show up? >> brian: he has to turn himself in. >> ainsley: that friday, yeah. >> brian: maybe he does that in the morning and dramatically shows up in milwaukee. >> ainsley: maybe. so. >> steve: maybe. >> steve: bret and martha are going to be coming up at 8:40 to talk a little bit about what we know regarding the debate. >> ainsley: did anybody mention the morning consult poll he is leading by 41 points.

>> steve: big. >> ainsley: desantis 57%. desantis 16%. and very vic 9%. >> steve: fighting for number two to take the center square at the fox debate. that will be one of the big topics throughout the campaign is crime. we have got some more troubling pictures to show you. but it graph so out of control. some of these graphics might be troubling to watch. first one take you to middletown, connecticut saturday night at 6:30. they received a complaint about noise and breaking glass and officer by the name of carley travis, first officer approached a man who she realized the closer she got to him he had a hammer. and she asked him very calmly, repeatedly to put down the hammer. he would not. and so she called for backup. and that inflamed him. and he started to come after her

with a ma'amer. >> ainsley: she tackled or actually he, his last name is tate. he tackled the police officer and he is beating her with a hammer and she, police said she had to fight for her life. watch this video. it's graphic, we warn you. >> stop! stop! [screaming] >> ainsley: so you heard the gunshot there. she, after telling him to put down the weapon, he said no. and then he tackled her. he charged at her, can you see him there with a hammer and she pulled out her gun and she had to shoot. he was arrested. he was treated at the hospital. and then she also went to the hospital. her injuries were minor, thank goodness. >> brian: who want to do that job. that's unbelievable. that's the question you are asking yourself if you are in a small police station over in minnesota. minnesota cops have had a really tough time. some people are not happy with the way they performed.

some negative studies since george floyd, obviously. the way they have been disrespected. the low pay, no one is showing up for the academy. and in a town of could you, they are just resigned en masse. july 26th they said this. this has been three weeks now we have zero applicants. i have zero prospects. i have called every police department around for the youngest guys out there getting into the game. there is nobody getting into the game. if you want to keep the police department and this is something we want to continue to going with. something needs to training dramatically and drastically. got to happen now. you defund the police defame the police. now you say you want the police. now no one wants to put on the uniform. america, you are reaping what yyou sowed. >> steve: minneapolis where the george floyd killing took place. you combine just a general attitude a lot of people have toward cops and working conditions with, apparently, the

low pay. so the chief quit. but he said, you know what? i'm not going to leave you without anybody. i will stick around until augus. he has been working his tail off trying to find somebody who will work in this small town. the problem is, ainsley, the pay is not good. and, if people are getting into the policing business, you know, somebody just graduating from high school, leave the military. it's like the pay is low there. why would i start there. why wouldn't i go to minneapolis or why don't i go to chicago where the pay is great and i could have, you know, i could have a long career there? >> ainsley: and you want to pick a state where you are going to be supported. >> brian: not in minneapolis. >> ainsley: exactly. >> brian: nobody goes to minneapolis either. >> ainsley: they don't get paid well. their lives are on the line. their lives are at risk every time they go out. if they make a mistake, then it's over for them. so,. >> brian: ainsley, chicago can't recruit and new york is having a lot of trouble. even if you get trained in the city, as soon as something opens in a smaller area, smaller

106 people now confirmed dead on the island of maui where hundreds of others are still missing. president biden promising to eventually visit the desks. jilt and i are going to' as soon as i can. been to too many disaster areas i want to go and make sure they got everything they need. i want to be sure we don't disrupt the ongoing recovery effort. >> ainsley: the islands are expecting some rain over the next few days but unfortunately it's not expected to help the areas that were exacted by the historic wildfire a. >> janice: current conditions it's midnight there we do have some rain kind of lingering around the big island but not getting into the areas that really need to see the rain fall. you can see the wildfire still burning in lahaina and parts of central maui and we are not getting that much needed rain

carley she has headlines for us. >> good morning, guys. speaking of texas, guys. migrants are still flowing into the country at a record setting pace. new data shows more than 150,000 notices to appear in court were issued last month alone. that is 4800 notices every single day. the last five months of this year were the top five months for new immigration court proceedings since the year 2,000. a federal appeals court finds authorities in washington, d.c. treated pro-life activists more harshly than black lives matter protesters. two pro-life activists were arrested in 2020 for writing black preborn lives matter in washable chalk outside of an abortion clinic. that same summer black lives matter protesters covered streets and buildings with paint but no arrests were made. and there is an update here on this unfortunate story. the tuohy family says michael oher tried to extort them for

transitioning surgeries. fox news medical contributor dr. mattery makary joins us now. good morning to you. >> good morning. >> ainsley: what are your concerns after reading this article? >> well, first of all, we have been doing in medicine uterus transplants in patients who have no uterus at birth or had uterine cancer. there has been about 25 done, mostly at baylor. and these are done for women who struggle with infertility for good medical reasons. but now there's a movement within the american medical association to say let's do this in biological men or biological men who identify as women. if you remember, for decades, doctors have identified transgender people with chromosome mall tests and clear cut biological features but now there's a movement where some doctors and the american medical association is saying people should be able to pick their gender, change freely as a matter of personal choice. that's why you can walk into a planned parenthood as a child and walk out with a bottle of hormones. they believe it's the job of the medical profession to simply

affirm what you want to do. >> ainsley: how much do these surgeries cost the taxpayers? >> it's about 100,000 to $300,000. the use rules is transplanted from a living or cat vark donor. the possession is then put on immunosuppression. there is in-vitro throw furtherrization. the baby is carried to term. there is a c section done at which time they also remove the uterus that was put in to avoid further immunosuppression. and that's how it's been done. >> ainsley: does that mean biological men would be able to have children? >> medically it's possible. the question is should it be done? it is odd that the ama is choosing to focus on this activist position rather than fund the important research we need in transgender medicine. what's the regret rate after transition surgery. what's the long time complication rate of hormones, what else the suicide rate on people on hormones. >> ainsley: conducting those studies. >> those studies are not being done. instead of funding those studies

julian, i watched you last night and then i watched you have the night before. and you are one of the few attorneys that were not on the -- democrats that were not abullian about what was going on with donald trump. why? >> i don't think we should ever be abull lent what former president being prosecuted. troubling moment for the country. i also in general think that the justice system is we are getting to the point where it is just becoming overpoliticized. that parties are sort of, you know, you are either in one camp or the other. if the other side is being prosecuted you are cheering for it. if your side is being prosecuted you are reflexively defending it. people are sort of what is getting lost is whether the actual case itself is a strong case and i think particularly in the georgia case, there are problems with the case. i think it rests essentially on two arguments. where the prosecutors are making

criminal the president's challenging of an election. i disagreed with what the president did. i didn't vote for president trump. and i was very critical of what he did on january 6th. but i think it's another thing to say that what he did on january 6th and the events leading up to january 6th was necessarily criminal i think there are problems with it. two arguments. one is whether when speaking to state officials and particularly brad ross stone burger asking if he could find the 11,760 votes. whether he was whether i was soliciting or intending ross stone burger to falsify. >> brian: he didn't say go right them. go find them. there are various interpretations with of that. the question of the false electors. again, i think this notion this reading of the 12th amendment that says the vice president has discretion to turn down certain set of electors if he thinks they may be fraudulent or not

turn them down. i think that's a fringe reading of the 12th amendment. but it doesn't mean that necessarily that reading of the 12th amendment of the constitution and acting on it is criminal, necessarily. >> brian: bring it down. you are not saying i don't want donald trump to be elected i want him to be elected using a league analysis to say this is problematic and we have an election coming up. you are also not happy with the alvin bragg case. you don't think there is anything to it. you say the document case is much more complex than people know. and possibly joe biden has some complex issues when it comes to the documents, too. we have gotten to the point where you take one side or the other and very good for people who want to get on television or want to increase their twitter followers to sort of scream at the top of their lungs that this guy is either completely innocent or this guy is completely guilty. and i think that's part of sort of the decay that is affecting our system. yes.

i think the gary case has problems. i think the new york case is a travesty. i don't think spending hush money is a campaign finance expenditure and i think you have had numerous chairs of the fec that have said it's not a campaign finance expenditure, how can it possibly be an intention 23458 violation if you have got the officials enforcing it saying it's not -- >> brian: what i love is you care more about the country than your party and it's so rare. you just say this. i was just saying for you for four weeks sit in trial and campaign you said that's election interference. the judges have made it clear. they don't care. that judge in the third case, came out in the d.c. and says i don't care about the election. so i will put it in january. so the president for four weeks at a time would be sitting in a courtroom. but you don't see him doing t that. >> i just think that's wrong. i mean, again. i think if anyone, a president, anybody violates the law, i think they should be held

prosecutor's office called me on monday to tell me what the updates are. they are working on a plea deal some sort of program as they put it, presumably either community service or anger management or something along those lines. >> steve: are you okay with t that? >> good question. complicated question. i do want to see her go to state prison something that i don't necessarily want. i mean, you know, somebody from the bronx prosecutors asked me what do i want out of this? i said what i want is for her to change. that's what i want. that, of course, is never going to happen because she is so indoctrinated and a woman at her age, she is never going to change would prisoner have any impact on her at all. her point of view, prison might be something to -- an accomplishment for all i know. i mean, what i would like her to see is to -- what i would like is for her to get some help that would possibly show her a new
