[music] >> hi everyone. welcome to the special addition of hannity. i'm tammy bruce and for sean. we begin with more bad news for joe biden. the balls are actually closing in. house republicans are now demanding records regarding 3 pseudonyms biden used to conduct official business as vice president. this includes government emails about ukraine, mysteriously sent to both joe and hunter biden. meanwhile, 2 former vice president of aids to joe biden

with close ties to hunter and his investment firm. might soon face congressional scrutiny. according to foxnews.com both of these aids had jobs with hunter link firms and worked with the big guy inside the government and he was vp. so much for that imaginary wall between the government and hunter. this summer biden's adult son was reportedly living at the white house for at least 2 straight weeks. to the surprise of many staffers. hunter's ill-fated pelee dill is under investigation at the house judiciary committee. the produce does not stop there. remember that special counsel investigation into joe biden's mishandling of classified job documents the simile? nowhere? apparently federal prosecutors are negotiations with biden's attorneys about the terms of a possible interview. needless to say president biden seems to be getting a little nervous. was noticeably rattled at today's short press conference. watch this. >> i have no comment on any investigations going on. that's up to the justice

>> of the look on this face that switch to that weird smile. tells you everything. joining us now with reaction to what has been a very busy newsweek harvard law professor alan dershowitz of south carolina congress room, nancy mason as well as foxnews legal analyst craig jared. there is a lot of impact here. i know it can seem like so many different pieces. greg, we will start with you. becoming what's investigated and penciled uncial aids, aren't we looking here especially when we think about the pseudonyms. this was a dynamic invited was vice president. conducting official business under an assumed name with a government account. what does this say greg when it comes to what else may be happening and frankly, what is biden doing now? is that a behavior that you stop utilizing?
6:04 pm
>> no, it's not. if joe biden was using aliases to funnel privileged government information to a son who was then handing it off to his foreign business partners, his benefactors ravishing tens of millions of dollars on him. then it simply underscores the biden family corruption and joe biden's direct complicity and his sons influenced peddling schemes which are defined to the criminal codes as bribery. we already know from devon archer, that the biden's were selling access to joe and promises of influence. you don't have to under the law show that joe biden was paid a penny of it. the losses of it goes to another person or entity such as shell companies. it is still bribery. joe biden doesn't have to deliver on any other promises that we did so for breeze mom.
6:05 pm
the promise itself isn't bribery under the criminal codes. under the statutes. >> extraordinary time. congress amendment based on the oversight committee. lots of investigations about hunter. in a way it hasn't been about hunter, right? this is the first step on the stairway when were looking at the involvement of the senator, the vice president, now president. as is significant to you that we are finding an effort by joe biden to evade detection with certain behavior? >> it's huge. when you look at the lies he's told of the last couple of years, denial of everything. cooperates the investigation with party collected. when you look at the mainstream and media and the left is doing. they're saying all this is perfectly normal. the average american knows it's anything but.on the oversight committee i want to see every

single aid associated with joe biden, every single business partner, business associate with the biden family, every witness subpoenaed to come before the oversight committee and give their testimony. none of this is adding up. the average american knows it's not. we are not allowed to share for example a suspicious activity reports because are confidential. tammy, if i could share the amount of money we are talking about and money-laundering. it is astronomical. it would blow your mind to know the amount of money we are talking about here that was laundered through dozens and dozens of shell companies. none of this happens without joe biden. it ought to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. prefer charges. we ought not to see the doj, fbi and irs office gait and instruct our investigation. i know the american people have very little trust and faith in congress. we haven't given the much reason to. trust the evidence that comes out of our committees.

make their decisions themselves or the next couple of months or year or so. whether or not the sky should be president. whether or not the tens of millions north of 50 million i would argue that he sold out his country foreign to our adversaries. none of its adding up. >> professor dish wits. perhaps a little bit of a statement that this has been going on forever or is normal in no way could be true. you got hunted biters lawyer i think albuterol, saying all of this is to complicated to explain. people have been doing this for millennia. people have been doing a lot of bad things for thousands of years. it doesn't mean we should accept it as normal. do you see this something that is suddenly going to break this wall of what seems to be fighting corruption for perhaps as far as we know? maybe even up to 50 years. his entire career. is this normal for washington and are we just finding out? >> it pains me to say this. i like joe biden.i've known
6:08 pm
him for 40 years. i'd like to vote for him in the next election. the time has come to a point and independent outside special counsel to investigate the relationship between hunter biden and president biden. there is already special counsel on the classified material. that is totally different. in fact, if i joe biden i would calling for special counsel to take this case out of partisan house of representatives. to bring it to somebody who is beyond any reproach a great form president of university dean of the law school. somebody who can look at this thing. it is very collocated. you need to look at it with a totally clear objective i. the allegations are serious. the evidence has to backup the allegations. a special outside counsel can do this. in my book i wrote a book about it it's called get trump. i called for an independent special counsel balance on all

sides. i'm not rooting for anybody here. i want to see full and equal justice done. i want to see everything that's happening on one side happening on the other. i think a special counsel at this point that have advocated previously. at this point enough there to appoint a special independent counsel. it should be somebody who has the approval of republicans and democrats alike. >> that of course would be the thing to do. because they aren't looking for solution or real investigation greg, that's why it's not happening. of course it's a normal thing to do. what would be the right thing to do? greg, is at the point of all this to just delay because they been able to do it from the start with trump. they're able to move things through. they want trials in 2 months and they want all done by certain date. they've got a fire lit under them. but, in this case they want to have no fire. it seems like that's what's
6:10 pm
manifesting here. >> is a cover-up. it's a protection racket and merit garland passed on double down on it by appointing the last person in the world that should be special counsel, david weiss. this is the guy who allowed statute of limitations to run during the course of his 5-year investigation. tipped off hunter biden's lawyers. ripped up an agreement by investigators and prosecutors to charge 6 serious felonies against hunter biden which would have implicated joe biden as complicit in the scheme. this is the guy who scuttled search warrants. the list goes on and on about his political interference. he will not experience some sudden epiphany. i decide to do the right thing and file the charges that are merited. i'd rather bet on a lim horse. >> congresswoman mace. people have discussing jonathan turley, andrew mccarthy, i think everyone here and the appointment of weiss itself is
6:11 pm
against the regulations. we looked to congress is there no recourse to this? is there something that can be done with this being so obviously political? or do you think congress' hands are tied? look at the american people expect when it comes to action to at least push back with some of the stuff? >>? no the oversight committee, we are gonna push forward and continue our investigation. our concern today is the appointment of david weiss will slow down the investigation. that is a very realistic concern. regarding seen before david weiss's appointment. we've seen that fbi and doj slow down the responses. we sent inquiries. took us months to get the one 1023 document. that showed ukrainians, per easement executives were part of the layering and collocated ways they funneled money to bribe hunter and joe biden.
6:12 pm
they said it would take the us government 10 years to figure out where the money came from and where it went. we know where it went in the back pocket of joe biden. they created a cup located system that is been slow down by allies of joe biden. they don't slow the oversight committee down. we will push for it. >> professor, he will think of congress has some power and can tell biden that they are not going to pass certain things. they can stop the approval of nominees and of judges. is there something you would suggest professor dish wits that could get some ocean going here and so there's some kind of back-and-forth about what is appropriate? >> it's important to have congress serve as a check and balance on the executive. we have 2 people running for president, essentially this is a 2-person race. one of them, donald trump special counsel for indictments interfering with his campaigning. you have to lean over backwards to make sure the other

candidate is treated equally even if it's a close question. a special counsel should be appointed in the case of the current president of the united states in order to level the playing field. in order to make sure the public doesn't perceive this as unequal justice. i don't know how it will come out. if i were joe biden i would say bring it on. question if he is innocent. special counsel will help me. it will be neutral and objective. that's with the american public wants. >> that's what we want and clearly we would all agree that were not exactly there. the democratic party will have to step up if they want to have some kind of normalcy in the process of all of this happening. thank you all. congress women ease, and ellen. i appreciate it. biden's approval numbers are really bad. not only is a president struggling with allegations of

corruption and incompetence is also apparently deeply unlikable. it's not just you. you're not the problem you guys. as i pointed out my new article posted at 8.us. biden lacks one key human value. he probably lacks a few. in this case, empathy. for example biden has yet to visit east palatino ohio. apparently has no plans to go. watch this. >> to stop plans to go to east palestine mr. president?>> this week biden failed to answer most questions about the disaster in maui. recovery efforts have been severely delayed. >> can you tell us about your hawaii trip sir? >> no.>> congresswoman darrell isa, says martin is

also stonewalling request to meet with gold star families of all people. they lost a loved one during the disaster withdrawal from afghanistan. meanwhile, in what some are coming a middle finger to the families of the victim's of september 11. biden is apparently, get ready for this, sit down. apparently planning to offer the mastermind of 91 cuddly chick mohammed a plea deal allowing him to avoid the death penalty. as obama once reportedly complained, never underestimate joe's ability to f things up. now, even hispanic voters are shouting joe biden because of their economic policies. needless to say 2024 will not be a cakewalk for the big guy. your birthmark, congressman darrell isa. along with the author of the new book, 4 presidents, kennedy, nixon, biden, trump beard leaders are changed history and changing times. former clinton defendant doug shown. jenna man thank you for joining me. it's interesting congressman isa, hispanics are rejecting him. however we are, whatever our party, whatever our sexual orientation or gender or

economy good without inflation something that several of his predecessors saw and didn't. even obama, even bill clinton saw relatively low inflation with good economies. it's not magic. to biden it seems to be. >> also want to get to your involvement with the goldstar families. there are these things we think about a lack of empathy whether it's maui or the tragedy in the pain-and-suffering of the families after the afghanistan debacle. what is feeding his reticence and embracing these people? what's going on there? >> that's one of the things i learned from the goldstar families. even at dover they could get anything other than him talking about his son dying similarly when in fact his son died of cancer not on the battlefield. the president does operate in a different world when it comes to combat losses. for these families they really

also frankly, despite his problems, empathy. people really felt that he really enjoyed governing. he liked doing the job. people recognize that. what is your take here on what seems to be a feeding the line between afghanistan, the inflation, the maui response, the toxic train enrollment in east palestine. there's this resistance almost in anger and having to deal with the suffering of other people. as you read? >> i think the polls committee reflect a lack of empathy. as a number of your guests have said i think, if you felt here economy and your proceed to not seceding it's very difficult if not impossible to get reluctant. joe biden has only one asset. haven't mentioned him yet tonight. that's donald trump. a poll this week showed 53

percent of americans want footprint. given president trumps very negative ratings, which biden was hoping is that you can basically tough it out, ignore the issues that he does want deal with. basically say to want trump again and narrowly win. that's hysteria in the case. when it be how i would be receiving. i would be cutting spending, reducing the deficit, filling peoples pain being sympathetic. i did it with bill clinton with the team. i would imagine the biden people would benefit by doing the same thing. >> this is not 2016. president trump in a different situation were all in a different situation. this is a campaign were trump, we know what he accomplished at darrell isa. we know what he did. we're grateful for that. continue to support president trump. their stolen effort we need to

win people over all the time. it's like a marriage. we've got to win our spouse over and over again. each day, darrell, do you agree with doug a saint when it comes to what the biden team was hoping for? >> i could hear it every day from the biden team that they only have to be not trump and they think they will win. unfortunately if the voters not 11th hour put the economy in a good record by trump against biden with the bad record he really doesn't stand a chance. yes, there are people that don't want to vote for trump again. the same people cannot bring it to themselves to do that. i have to tell you, if we held a poll today and we didn't honestly you would say how many for biden how many for trump and how many for none of the above? none of the above would get a big chunk.
6:22 pm
>> let me say the demonizing of trumpets made it so that people say something different to pollsters them what they want going to do the privacy of the voting booth. the bottom line is, they're desperate about trump for good reason. the american people now are seen with the difference was and they were lied to about joe biden. joe bided being the empathetic president etc. americans don't like being lied to. we like the economy, the independence and energy and everything else president trump did. the border security. this will be a fascinating time in the next 18 months. gentlemen thank you very much. coming up, claimant extremist. 2 they contribute to the disaster in maui? plus, more about financial news thanks to biden makes. full expert analysis as a special edition of hannity continuous. my most important kitchen tool? my brain. so i choose neuriva plus. unlike some others,
