and most of the defendants i think are not eager to do that. especially because this is a massive case and they got a work through this evidence. as for the complications of getting there, they are a mess, because some people might peel off on a speedy trial, but others will be peeling off the federal court court, meadows said likely donald trump himself are going to seek removal to federal court under statute. the argument here is a fairly strong one, they are saying that some of these acts were federal functions. when i was holding a federal office, therefore it should be brought to a federal court. that may be a strong argument for the prosecutors to have to knock down. >> yes they now meadows is saying in his petition that again as you pointed out, i was a federal officer, and as such, i was operating out of a belief that i was doing things by federal law. he could also say that because he's a federal officer he could

uncertain about this is that we've never had a president who is being pursued pillar to post, for different states being pulled into all of these different courtrooms. most americans do not like that or that image, they don't like the optics, but it also tends to be a certain exposure factor. because each of these cases are going to evolve shot to construct. some identical below the waterline, but the most threatening is still mar-a-lago. in that case is getting worse, and in the last week or so we've seen some changes in the testimony of witnesses that go against the president's. and these other cases are facing very significant threshold constitutional questions, questions that i think really raised serious problems for the prosecutors. because mar-a-lago probably has legs, it will go to trial, and he could ultimately be elected in part in himself, but there's a lot of runway between here and there. >> yes classified documents
