in uniform who are willing to sacrifice their family time for our well-being. >> always. just look at the joy of that hub, that is really amazing. >> great to be with you on this friday as we close out this week, thank you john and have a great weekend. >> good to be with you as well will see with this afternoon on ame"america reports." and "the faulkner focus" next. >> shaken to the 2024 warehouse race could be a foot, a third-party political groups is that it is poised to launch its own presidential data, especially if we see a rematch of 2020, i'm here for harris faulkner, this group no labels founded in 2010 is working to become registered in as many groups as possible ahead of next year's election, already that organization's secured organization in ten states including arizona, in that state is a swing state, and it was
8:01 am
pivotal in 2020, maryland's former republican governor's moves is no labels national cochair, here he is talking about all of this earlier this week. >> i think we are at a point that we have never been in this country, with two-thirds of the people are not interested in voting for the republican or democratic nominees. if they are the nominees is very likely that no labels will get access to the ballot you will offer an alternative. and if most of the voters do not want number one and number two, we have an obligation to give the number three. >> mark meredith has more from washington is creating a lot of agitation. mike in some circles there. >> this'll be fun to watch no matter what. for years they've tried to gain ground with voters but the group you're talking about says that next year may be different, it is taking steps now to establish itself in multiple states so we can plan to launch something in 2024.
8:02 am
they are asking them how they see themselves, but the latest poll showed 45% labor themselves independent compared to 27% per republican, and 25% democrat, no labels from voters or hear it often. they are fed up with the status quo, and the group said its not new but it's taking the most serious steps to potentially launch a national campaign. it's gain access in ten states, and the group's essay wants to double that number. once they set up in 20 states by the end of this year, essentially what they're doing is laying the groundwork now to get a unnamed candidate on the ballot but no labels also tells us that it is not guarantee that group will launch a unity ti ticket. >> we just need to be patient. we are political eternity away from next spring, a lot of things can happen. but the layout that infrastructure and background working securing the ballot across this country, it takes a bit of time. >> the group has yet to say who we will nominate, but argues voters will be disappointed with the trump versus baidu rematch,
8:03 am
the other people are worried that no labels means that guaranteed second trump term, but another group said that a no labels ticket could not when the presidency and will be a spoiler that reelect strong. they insist that it will abandon any data if that is what to boost the former president, and they said it's likely decided its next steps after super tuesday which is in early march, so they have a lot of time here, but it is fascinated that they are green background work. >> one of the cofounders will be here with me on sunday to talk more about this. and follow the concerns you raise. mike thank you all very much. so donald trump turned himself in last night in atlanta on charges of election interference. by the way also ended his long hiatus of twitter, posting his mug shot saying never winter. now they're saying that it wants answers from the d.a. who was prosecuting the former pres

president. jim jordan is sending the list of letters saying that his motivation and possible coordination with the doj, here is night. >> did you coordinate with the biden administration? did you work with jack smith? and did you use federal funds as part of this investigation? we asked the same questions a few months ago, we are going to be just as oppressive here were going to do within the constitution but we are going to do our duty to get the answer is that the american people deserved for this ridiculous indictment that is taking place in georgia. >> he also has questions for the four women of the special grand jury grand jury, remember her as she did a media blitz earlier this year and appeared excited about the prospect of presiding over this whole thing. >> it is not a short list. >> would you say there's about 20 people? >> i can't say accounted. >> okay.
8:05 am
>> i will say that when this list comes out, there are no major plot twist waiting for you. i will be happy as long as something happens. >> allele fox news contributor and civil rights attorney, joins us now, leo get to see you. but i was a few months ago but i still have not recovered from the amount of interviews of the things she said it was unusual to say the least. >> you know as well as i do, going on national tv talking about a grand jury proceeding, that this will happen. but it tells you right there that the fix was in. and i will tell you shannon, the mug shot, that's gonna come back and haunt the democrats and the district attorney. jim jordan is absolutely correct, federal funds are basically under the purview of the congress. and if they use those federal funds to investigate or coordinate with jack smith, that is a legitimate right of the congress to investigate. and you know what that question
8:06 am
was asked defendant willis the night she had that press conference in the middle of the night. she refused to answer it. so a plot to jim jordan for investigating whether or not there's a correlation of using state and federal funding for this investigation. it cannot read champ. >> he wants answers by september 7, but vesely their prosecutors all over the country they do have some federal money that flows into their investigation, i remember the shutter here in new york with alvin, and i mean there was a lawsuit and there were demands back and forth in the house also raised a lot of hackles over that one as well, and ultimately it did not go anywhere, this is going anywhere for the house g.o.p.? >> i'll tell you right now, it goes as far as he can't if we get whistle-blowers to come through. let me be clear, if the house republicans did not take over, they were not the majority we want to know anything shannon at all. and remember the mainstream media is in bed with the
8:07 am
democratic party, fox news is broadcasting this, it is covering the story, but the idea of whether or not there is any coordination between the democrats and willis and jack smith, only on fox because it is not being discussed on the mainstream media. this is the politicalization of the democratic party and the mainstream media and the federal government. >> is something the doj is very well aware of. there are a lot of questions that they can answer and some of that the rest, but in the meantime you make in something that we would have known about, that is if the house g.o.p. did not take over, they connected to the field office responsible for the document, the fbi was talking about setting aspects, will they testify before the house yesterday behind closed doors, standing meter is special agent in charge of the richmond field office in the fbi spoke with lawmakers for several hours and you remember that document in question detailed opportunities to mitigate threats of violence and extremism within the radical
8:08 am
traditionalist catholic ideology, that included engaging with leaders and also attempting to enlist insiders that will be tripwires operating that unofficial informants and fbi director christopher testified about this issue back in july. >> what i can tell you is you are referring to richmond product, which is soon as i found out about it i was aghast, and ordered it withdrawn and removed from fbi systems. >> so many conservatives were happy to hear that, but about a month after that testimony, the house committee announced that if you want evidence that it went beyond the richmond office and there was an opinion piece that followed that comm commitmt memo, and they all get not been forthcoming, saying that it was not only the richmond office that targeted traditional conflicts, instead of that office coordinated with the fbi's portland office in preparing the assessment and worse, was in touch with the los
8:09 am
angeles office which investigated initiated investigation into a particular catholic society there. that's a quote from that piece. republican quote tim scott is a pretty strong word for the doj at wednesday night's debate. >> we keep seeing the weaponization against care to show the school board meetings. we see the s.w.a.t. teams show up at pro-life activist homes with guns drawn because this is doj uses their power, uses their authority, not just against political opponents but against conservatives and conservative causes. >> leo, people assuring us that people are losing confidence in their institutions what does that do to us as a society because we all agree we want to be based on the rule of law that's how america operates. >> shannon are absolutely correct, this is what makes this
8:10 am
new you unique, we have just as right now, linda go back in time here, christopher wray he lied he lied about this being an isolated situation. this is what gives lawyers bad names because he is very ambiguous and the los angeles and portland connection proves that he lied and the promise is this, the democrats do not want the constitution and existing, talking conflicts first first amendment religion, and we are saying that we don't care, the constitution is an obstacle for the democrats and the department of justice and christopher wray and merrick garland, and they basically want to politicize the federal government. this election is so critical because we need to find out what is actually going in. we need more whistle-blower similar investigations and again, if it wasn't for a house majority in the republican in the congress, of a republican majority, we wouldn't know anything because the mainstream media will block this from the average american citizen. they do not know, only here with what we are talking about,
8:11 am
hopefully we'll get out here in our social media. >> leo, i really quickly, they took an oath to uphold the constitution, is it possible that we were not fully informed about these other offices being involved, that the information was given to him? >> no, i don't believe in. there's too many of these incidents shannon, it is over and over again, there's a defined message, they want to dismount of the constitution, what's happening to donald trump, is historic, for the indictments within a year? look at what is happening with the freedom of religion in the attack, this is a design plant in a conspiracy amongst democrats and the federal government in the mainstream media sand end. >> it to be interesting to see anyone else who can answer these questions going back to the hill. leo, thank you so much and have a great weekend. >> thank you shannon you too. >> people have fought the uphill battle to make the debate stage this week, now that hill
8:12 am
is getting steeper, what a smaller stage can mean in a battle for the g.o.p. primary, plus voters weigh in on candidates breakout night. >> the debate was useful last night because i smoke some sangria ideological differences in the g.o.p. and those can make the party stronger and that's gonna make a stronger country. >> some telling new polling on this presidential candidate, but the numbers are showing that he may be facing a big award. we are going to break it all down he'll be with us up next.

>> all right we are getting worried that the final defender has surrendered in a georgia election interference case, remember, there were 19 codefendants, they're there are 19 here, at the deadline was they needed to show up at noon today, and we are told that the final of the 19 has been processed, there is a hearing involved another person of the defendant who did not get bailed out or bonded out. most of them had bond arrangements in place before they showed up for the processing, harrison ford i believe is here to figure out his situation as well, but all 19 have been checked in.
8:19 am
republican primary debate number in the books, not all eyes are moving to the second contest slated for september 22nd at the reagan national library. fox business will handle that one, we saw eight contenders wednesday night, but the party can get a little bit more exclusive next month, the rnc has tightened the qualification standards. doug burgum who both made the cut barely at the last minute for asa hutchinson. they could be a risk this time. they're not meeting the polling threshold, and some people say the more the merrier, because we want to hear from all of these candidates, but this was the message that they had for those that might not make the stage. >> if you continue to go and get to 3%, that is still there, i'm not gonna recommend all of them drop out, but i will say all of them will be better than jill biden, even those who did not make the stage. >> all right, so where do you think that this field types
8:20 am
again within a matter of weeks? >> it has to. the reality is they are to republican primaries going on, there's the republican primary to be the challenger to donald trump for the nomination, and then there's a primary against trump for the nomination, somebody has to emerge from that first primary is the winner are a strength when silver a divided field. so if you want to have a competitive primary, you have to wait for the first debate which was 1%, that gave us a candidates and a few people did it make that, the next debate is gonna be 3%, and i would prefer five, but the next debate should be seven, or should be ten, you should wait until you have two people. in one person emerges to be the challenger because when the voting starts in january of next year, if you have eight or nine people on that ballot and everybody's divided, then it is over before it begins. >> anto saka -- it gets harder especially if you have a widow n and they certainly will
8:21 am
be by then. but let's talk about why some people they don't look like that and it happened that's on the democratic side of the ticket. here's something from robert kennedy jr., who wants to have a debate but here's what he says. >> it is really important that we have elections in both political parties that looks like real democracy. with the politicians have to actually go out and the american public where they have to debate president biden, and high officials have to spend hours every day on the phone with political donors. and we really don't not have time to see what's happening on the ground. >> marquees essentially having a debate in the media because he showing up a lot of places and he's airing out he's ideas and his positions on things. but unrealistic to respect the dnc when you have a sitting president who was running again?
8:22 am
>> if no, it's not that i have been, it is quite possible we'll go through this entire election cycle up until november 2024 without joe biden participating because i think he can't, i don't think he could do it, but out think what you need to do both parties is that if you want to have a debate you have to force the front runner to debate you you get a present a real challenger so that is why this is on the republican side and why needs to happen. because trump is the any of these guys on the season a real fight with one of these candidates and somebody's gaining on him. so until you win and i feel, they knock in a debate, and unless robert kennedy can have a serious challenge, his neck in a debate in >> what are you making donald trump not debating, if he's the nominee that joe biden will not either. and you know my record as a president put them up to each other there is no reason we need to be on stage together. >> joe biden is an essay that no matter what donald trump does. when you come into the pool, i don't know please if you want to
8:23 am
debate, but if there's no label ticket and they mention it on a debate stage, what happens then because they mentioned that joe will debate donald trump. so will he not participate and leave it? and then the democrats become the third party? that could be bad. so he may be boxed in all he could have a situation where they're both -- or all three of them on the debate stage, and joe biden looks enfeebled compared to trump, that he just falls off a cliff in the polls when it comes to trump. >> it's gonna be pay per view when all those three come on the stage. so let's talk about the winning of the g.o.p. field, hopeful vivek ramaswamy getting a lot of attention for his performance that he understands making a moment, and he's a millennial and he gets the power of social media nonguy and google showed a major spike for his name during his debate, people getting to know him, and they found that 26% of republican voters thought he did the best job going to debate, the
8:24 am
governor ron desantis with that top spot at 29%. this poll also finds that vivek ramaswamy could be polarizing because he's unfavorable and they shot up nearly 20 points, and that comes after he got into too much discussion fights between rivals on stage, but despite that, they are calling for republican unity. >> i still view the other people on the stage and his colleagues in our national revival, i expect to be the next president into when in a landslide, but i will require respectfully, each of those people to play their respective roles in our national revival as well as in some way, because this is a team sport. >> they all speak with such conviction, and it's good to be the next president, but they can't all be but also he's running over at "the wall street journal" he says this, his appeals office in xenogenic and active articulate and he has bold ideas, yet muchs son ines disappeared and one sae
8:25 am
replaced by snarky interjections and all his complaints, he rivaf them with an evening of canned sound bites and contrasting with face components. what this means is more scrutiny. what is his actual position, who is this guy? vivek ramaswamy? >> nikki haley eviscerated him. but second of all, with increased attention comes increased scrutiny, i'm the only person who's not paid for, which is a screw this accusation those are all patriotic americans out there none of them is paid for, the people in glass houses out of the careful throwing stones because vivek ramaswamy was the only candidate on that debate stage who made millions of dollars doing business in communist china. he was the ceo of a biotech firm that had two chinese subsidiaries including one that he launched with the chinese state-owned investment fund.
8:26 am
it is interesting that he is the only candidate who is making millions in communist china, he's also the only candidate who wants to hold taiwan over after 2028, which is music to china's ease. so as nikki haley pointed out, why is he the only candidate who wants to have taiwan over, and why does he want it give it to communist china the one doing business with communist china. he needs to answer a lot of questions and exclude me about his business as well. nothing illegal about doing business in china but if you're on the debate stage and cruising other people are being bought and paid for, you are doing business with the chinese communist, maybe you are bought and paid for. >> the more well-known you get there more questions will pop up any number of areas, so we will see how he addresses those and as we burrow towards that next debate on september 22nd. mark we will definitely talk many times in the meantime. thank you so much. >> thank you. >> if you want to knock back a

>> a controversy is gripping the country, missouri is trying to -- a transgender whistle-blower saying that she is vindicated after tax from the media and some of the left, she's claimed that the st. louis hospital is handinhormone pills like candy, a quote says this after months of retacrit gaslighting the media is
8:33 am
backpedaling and exonerating jamie reed, who exposed the sloppy rushed treatment of children suffering gender dysphoria that it is too little, too late. >> this whistle-blower received a lot of skepticism and hate when she came forward this year, but now after reviewing hundreds of documents, "the new york times" is reporting many of her claims appeared to be true, and that by the end of 2021, the trans transgender's at st. louis hospital was getting overwhelmed with new patients, 45 teenagers and children every day were seeking treatment for gender dysphoria, in response, the hospital relied on outside therapist, some with little experience in gender issues to decide if the kid should receive hormone treatments. in dozens of cases, doctors prescribed those treatments before adjusting the underlying psychiatric issues that many of the young people were dealing
8:34 am
with. there is an ongoing investigation at the hospital saying this whistle-blower claims is amounting to child abuse. >> what is happening is that the the clinic is pressuring their parent is going to givhan, while the patient was present, do you want to live son are dead daughter? and that's not consent that collision. >> they review the obligations imps found that the staff traded patients according to the existing standards of care. an activist to a challenging a new state law that will band jander affirming treatments for minors i still not buying the accusations. >> what the attorney general is trying to do, what jamie is purporting but is unsubstantiated is so -- it is a nonissue that is being made and issued by right wing

politicians. >> as soon as today, a judge could decide whether or not to put it on hold while lawsuits against a player chanting? >> thank you very much. and to clarify here, jamie calls herself a woman married to a man, but we will continue the story here, because parents are pushing back against gender lessons for children, but this comes as we are seeing a spike in transgender treatments. a new study showed that soldiers have tripled between 2016 and 2019. more than 3600 minors underwent some kind of transgender treatment. more and more republican states are banning or restricting the surgical procedures for minors and most are facing legal challenges to those laws dr. marc siegel jones is now. it's always good to see you doctor. >> walked me through this. is this more about a broader
8:36 am
conversation or availability of this trait be? or as some critics will say is is it so social contagion situation? when you make these numbers? >> people more or less stigmatize coming out with more availability, but tripling those numbers over three years up to 2,020 is very disturbing. and they dipping 2,020 was due to the pandemic, and my concern is what garrett was just talking about, is what was the mental health support going on and why we talking about teams before the age of 18 here? because puberty blockers can have long-term side effects that were not totally sure of. the sound bite that derek showed about saying this is just political which i would like people to consider that the united kingdom, which tends to be left leaning with the national health service banned this. you're not allowed to have agenda affirming surgery under the age of 18 in the u.k. and that is recent, so there's
8:37 am
so much going on but then there is legal battles going on in a tennessee and alabama and florida and kentucky and in louisiana, i'll leave the legal analysis to you, but the medical analysis would be once you go there can you go back? if you have top surgery can you go back, you really can't in the studies that look at -- that say when you have gender affirming surgery, most of the time people are glad they did it, but here's the problem -- though studies were very poorly done and even the study authors say that and they did not look specifically at teased. that's the group i'm concerned about. >> and that's where the whole conversation goes, what kind of counseling are they getting, i they told how it's like like changing and there watched as a process with all the realities on the table? another reality on the table is that a lot of people going into the weekend -- it's friday, they may have a glass, but believing told that there's more moderation recommended for that. alcohol and i'm not gonna lie, i didn't know there was such a
8:38 am
thing, but there are new guidelines that could come in 2025 because that would omit recommended americans drink no more than two beers or drinks per week. per recommendation, that includes one beer or a small glass of wine or one shot per day for women. in the manger to have to. that's not and that's over. a lot of people will say during culvert i might have leaned on that little bit too much. is this about that? >> this is about superimpose warnings or recommendation them or sound like recommendations that we saw during the pandemic. with all due respect to george, who is actually very sincere, if i saw this coming out of the surgeon general, vivek murthy, i think emma sears there because he is a more gentle hand. he is a thing, what is this the eddie shannon that shows the benefit of relaxing a little bit with a glass of wine before the weekend. if they cut you down to two per week you are nervous. that nervousness might lead to
8:39 am
heart disease. this was a big study living a half a million chinese people studied by oxford, but it was just an observational study that just wants people to know that alcohol does have a because that's all. but no more at the superimpose mandates or superb recommendations. people know that drinking too much is not good we should just emphasize that for sure because there's more drinking during the pandemic that is for sure. >> stick to dark chocolate. it's basically like taking vitamins is how like to look at it. so you have a very interesting aspect in our fox right now and there is a figure out there about artificial intelligence or ai, but usually how it can actually help us and transfer medication production, how patients get their meds, but you do stress this is not to be replacing human doctors explain that to us. >> like to see -- the more i
8:40 am
look at artificial intelligence the more excited i get about it. it's a copilot, is not in a replacement empathy or bedside matter, that continues to work for me. but creativity belongs to the doctor's hands but i need the information that ai can bring me and shannon were talking endlessly now about drug shortages. but i could tell you what pharmacy has your meds. it could tell you what country has the ingredients, hopefully we can make our drugs here by the way that would help, but if we superimpose a system of eai we could check drug availability and junk ingredients and most importantly, the billion dollar price tag about making a new drug involves a computer process called high screening when you tested for chemicals endlessly inexpensive. if ai could do that for you, and there's a lot of evidence that it can, it will get a lot cheaper to make new drugs and suddenly with that i have new antibiotics and we will have new treatments for adhd and for exciting and for cancer, all because of the computer, we just have to embrace this.

>> more tension between the biden administration on elon musk, this time over spacex, the department of justice is suing the company for primarily employing american citizen to the detriment of not hiring asylum-seekers and refugees, some critics say the suit is absurd, kelly has all sides from fox business with the story hello kelly. >> hello, yet another case against elon musk, so this time the doj is suing spec,
8:47 am
discriminating against hiring asylum-seekers. in the suit they said this, we discouraged refugees from applying to the company there are some who did apply, and the company failed to fairly consider and refuse to hire them because of their citizenship status. so they say that between 2018 and 2022, speaks x claim that they were legally limited to hiring citizens and permanent residents. for some context, there are specific laws for rapid manufactures like a spacex that limits foreign nationals from accessing key information for national security reasons. the doj was arguing those regulations they do not prevent spacex from hiring refugees because they are on equal footing with u.s. citizens and they would not be considered more nationals in that case. not everyone likes this, but senator shared his thoughts on twitter said that the doj may not have the time or inclination to go after biking, but they will punish elon musk for hiring
8:48 am
too many americans. this is an affront first time dave opened this type of hiring practice school suits they went after facebook for excluding u.s. citizens from certain rules as well as another gimmick a number tech companies for similar reasons. those all get ended in settlements, but in this case the doj's looking for back pay and civil counties and policy changes. shanon reid reached out for spacex for, and we haven't heard back. but a number of suits against them, they are five other open currently in this one is added to the mix. >> thank you very much for the update kelly. furthermore, let's bring in to fox news contributor's, okay, so we know the doj can walk and chew gum into multiple investigation, but richard you have to admit that the object of somebody think they've chosen to spend energy on raises a lot of questions about how they're using their time and resources. >> sure does, but in this case it really does create a larger thing at play, number one i
8:49 am
think what they're arguing, let's be very clear for the audience, these are folks who have crossed the border illegally, people who have come into this country they refugees they might be from afghanistan or ukraine, they file for refugee status in the been approved and they are highly qualified in many cases, and their rocket scientist to rocket engineers and they want to work in spacex, but with his executive what they're saying is that you cannot apply for a job here because we only want to hire americans even though they might not be an american qualified for this position. we also see happening is that outswinger finally now called x, there is a ritual and communication because he laid off more women than men. this seems to be a pattern around him and it's quite problematic given the fact that the u.s. government it really too much for space travel as well as charging stations. so there's a lot happening here to say the least. >> there is and is a former attorney who dealt with all these discrimination cases they are very messy and they take a

lot of time in the allegations until proven otherwise we'll see what the jury has to say and that, in the meantime tammy, if you get about rule of law? and the potential legal violations here why should they get a pass? >> the rule of law is key. the optics here very interesting when it comes to the timing that the argument. at the federal government is picking and choosing they are not looking at the biden situation as an example, donald trump has 91 charges against them and four times, and then elon musk, who also challenges the status quo, he did not make a lot of friends on the left when he bought twitter, which is not x so when you see these kind of targeting approaches and of course, the trust and the federal government at this point, especially the department of justice continues to decline. in the office they want everybody to be fair, but we also when we think about the

hiring of americans we are dealing with an economy that is difficult and we are not entirely sure will be looking at the issue of refugee status that in fact people do come across the border are saying that they are refugee and then they are released, there's a reason why the united states residency is required because you have been vetted and this is an argument about the government that that dynamic is a required. and when you have a hundred thousand year to date right now coming across the border you have 591 -- >> tammy -- >> let me finish i didn't interrupt you. >> but people cross the border illegally -- [people speaking over each other] >> let us move on to our next topic. >> that is the issue, what the government is yielding if someone has a refuge in this country with a terrace that we've caught, the criminal aliens in the 10,000 at the border patrol that have been encountered, but only arrested

800, there's a security issue with the rockets and the nature of -- iran is saying he can't even hire canadians because of restrictions, so this has to go to a court and judges again have to determine what's going on in considering the government's attitude and who they go after, i think they are going to have a few losses in this regard. >> some of the concerns are in the context of asylum. but we will go onto the next topic because this will play out in court for years. it is no secret that joe biden's age has been a concern, and that keeps showing up with everyone alike, former advisors i say that the democrats are downplaying the worry over his fitness, and puts what's this possible theory. >> they talk behind their hands. but, people are concerned. and i do think that anybody but

donald trump going up against someone like jill biden, given some of his challenges recently, probably might have a good shot and can make that an issue. >> this is gonna be a tricky one. let's start with you on this because the pulling the shuttle across the board that there is concern about this issue, but president biden has embraced this and he's the income tax, and democrats cannot exactly say no mr. president we've decided you're not running -- >> is interesting because they have a basement campaign because they felt that apparently it was too dangerous to have him even bat many years ago in front, and he himself said that to placate people's worries that he will be a one-term president. so, when you're looking at what was an acknowledgment of to get trump out at the time, it was jill biden, and it was this presumption that he would not continue, so then that means of course as nikki haley nikki haley is asserting that they know what is going to be in fact the handover to come for kamala harris who could not win

on her own. but alas the same group of people handling joe biden to continue handling the white house and then they can of course claimed the first woman president. i would prefer a woman president who knows what she's doing, will complement will be competent, and hope that country get back on her feet, and that is certainly not the vice president at this point. >> high numbers are lower than the president when it comes to approval, in fact even with the democrats they have concerns about her. but we know she will be part of these debates and they will a vote for president fighting, and both were present here is. >> well, i'm not sure about the house parties and the barbecues, i have my own at my house, so there is that. but you always invited, but look, i think this, there are some democrats out there, and there are some folks who voted for him and who concerned about it, and they are concerned that many of the president promises that he made had not been

delivered. what the president is that i have to do because whether or not you are donald trump or former president barack obama, both of them would've loved to have the bipartisan winds that joe biden had, but now he's going to have to go back today making people. >> we will leave it there because that is how this hap happens. i will see you all at the barbecue in the house party whatever it is this weekend, i think he doesn't think you for watching "the faulkner focus," and now i will "outnumbered" after this break. i will see you there.
