i read the daily mail. daily mail said height and weight were recorded taken at the jail. the "washington post" said they can't figure it out. >> dana: so, you know, the left is so excited to say trump is the one that did it. does it matter? >> no, it matters note at all. 6'3", 215 pounds, that's quite a cutting figure. a professional wide receiver in the nfl to jesse's point when it comes to the mug shot, there's two different types of mug shots that go out there. there's the tiger woods, bill cosby pathetic figure mug shot and the mug shot of people like frank sinatra or janice joplin. these mug shots include people like m.l.k. they project a different image. not sad but an image of defiance. what you're seeing there is defiance. that's the message that trump wants to convey. this is define in his estimation and his supporters and much of

is up 30, 40 points is being indicted, arraigned for the fourth time. i think that that is a clear indication that the system is working, than that it is. to your point, i don't think anyone accepted the biggest donald trump fans are sitting there thinking that that mug shot has anything to do with what it looks like when mlk had his mug shot taken. to the stuff about how much he weighs and all that, i don't like that kind of commentary. it's useless and distracts from the point, which is that donald trump was indicted in four jurisdictions around this country by juries of regular americans in new york, d.c. and atlanta and in south florida where he calls home. this wasn't joy reed and rachel maddow sitting there. it was regular people that listened to the evidence brought before them. when you say people are rallying behind him, his diehard base is -- there's new polling, 62% think he committed a crime including 67% of independents.

turning point. they are appealing an order that temporarily blocks them from clearing out homeless encampments. get this. the people are fighting back including far left mayor. hundreds of residents showing up in support of the city's efforts to clear out the camps. and then calling out the activists for perpetuating the largest profit. >> it is time for their reign to end. the city is being taken advantage of and we're tired of it. the fact that the courts have crippled our ability to do our jobs, to help get people in to shelter is criminal. it's not the way anything goes in san francisco. it's not the way. >> sandra: whoa is right, judge. >> jeanine: i'm very impressed.

she started it pretty far left. now she realizes all the damage to her city with businesses moving out. but it's interesting. what these homeless encampment organizations are saying, they're saying we're trying to get them, meaning the city of san francisco, to stop illegally confiscating the property and criminalizing them when they have no choice but to be on the streets. that's a lie. they have a choice. we pull illegals in hotels. we can put homeless in hotels. they don't want to be in hotels. that's the problem. they say the streets are being used to criminalize their rights. you don't have a right to put something in your neighborhood like a fence if it's a foot higher than it's supposed to be. and they say that we are punishing them because they have no where else to go. it's facetious and it's false. the truth is that we have to have a policy in this country

where we take these homeless people that want to live on the street. let's make no mistake. they're not interesting in living in a hotel. we could put them in there as fast as anything since we have illegals in 50% of the new york hotels. they don't want it. what do we do? they can't do drugs, fornicate and do whatever they want to do in areas they shouldn't be in. so we have to outlaw it and move them. >> sandra: we've seen they're throwing money at the problem. it's not the solution. we've seen billions thrown at these issues coast to coast. it's divisive. those that took to the streets were chanting. those were for the tents getting cleared, stave our streets. there's nothing left of these cities if nobody wants to live there and then you have no one paying taxes, nobody working there. what is left if they don't do something about this?
