white house was a couple weeks before president trump was indicted while he and the special counsel's office was conducting this investigation. so it certainly appears that the doj, that this doj individual that jack smith's office was coordinating at the highest levels of the biden white house to indict biden's chief political rival. i mean, this is off the charts corruption on top of all the other off-the-charts corruption that we know about involving potential bribery and a other things. >> monica, we have a graphic on the screen as you're talking, it shows the timeline of brat's visits to the white house throughout the time, i think it's important to focus on really honestly the last one or two of those when he joined the special counsel team and when he attended a meeting with part of the white house, march 31st, a month or two before the indictment of jack smith.

will you put in context how unprprecedented for someone like that to meet with white house attorneys. >> this is out outrageous and unprecedented. they're always masters of projection, always accuse our side of what they themselves are guilty of. this is crossing a line on top of crossing a line here of what is legally an ethically appropriate. president trump is the leading presidential candidate for 2024. joe biden's chief political rival and they're weaponized and they have been for a long time but certainly in this case they weaponized the doj to go after that chief political rival. also, guys, keep in mind that this doj official, jay brat, he's the one who insisted on the search warrant and the fbi

s.w.a.t. team raid of mar-a-lago in the documents case so we're talking about a conflict of interest on top of a conflict of interest here. if there's any kind of case that cries out for a real special counsel, one that is outside of the government, unlike this latest focused one from merrick garland and joe biden's doj, it is this kind of case. so they're clearly involved here and i think judge cannon who is overseeing this documents case in florida, she should demand that all of the records and communications related to all of these meetings including jay brat's meetings and discussions at the white house that all of those records be preserved and turned over to the court. rachel: yeah, that is certainly what should happen. looks like election interference to me. i'm really glad we're talking about it, that we're not normalizing this kind of behavior by our government and those in our country -- those n
