which is been the focal point for the last 12 months the republicans have been getting hammered on. we need to humanize it. we need to care about the mother do certain things and come to common ground. i think she did the best job articulating that. you saw on a fox news poll that she went up 17% from that debate in terms of people wanting nikki haley as her preference after the first debate. if she continues the message like that she could chewed up before the next debate on foxbusiness. >> where does she go from here? >> i think she did a really good job. putting herself at the top of the establishment. we will see a number of these in the mega lane with president trump. ron desantis was kind of in that lane. nikki haley has come forward to be the one in the establishment lane. also the ambassador to the un and the foreign policy side. if she continues to do that in

engine for job growth in this country, talking with the regional banks in the interest rate hikes putting them in trouble. if you look at the presidents campaign, you look at the report , he only got about $5 million and low dollar donors was it a lot of low dollar donors in there? politico said they are down right now. i think that these are all warning signs for white house that is trying to deliver a message. we understand what is happening, but their policies are not delivering what they promised. >> i want to squeeze one more topic. joe lieberman was on "fox news sunday". what about the possibility of a third ticket in the race? what would that do? >> we know the history. only two other candidates that have done moderately successful.

>> 52 years old. -- joseph or ajay junior 19 years old. gerald deshawn 29 years old. kids completed death notifications for the victims family members. we continue to pray of the loved ones through many acts of senseless violence. they positively identified the shooter as brian christopher -- the shooter was 21 years of age when he committed yesterday's atrocities. he lived with his parents in orange park in clay county florida. to our knowledge he had no criminal arrest history. as i said yesterday, he did have a baker expedition from 2016. this petition occurred in clay county and it appears the shooter was held for 72 hours and then released without further involuntary commitment.

they have been able to establish a timeline of events up to and including the shooting. 2017 he was baker acted in clay county. on four-six of 2023 the transfer a glock 20 generation for 10- millimeter. on 622 of 2023, the ff felt transferred to pa 15556- millimeter. ar-15 type rifle. on 826 of 2023 at 12:48 p.m. in the afternoon, the suspect arrived in a gray honda. he has a bulletproof vest. during this time a tick video of the suspect getting dressed with no time stamp on that video. the security backs into a

parking spot in the same parking lot as the suspect did 1257 and 49 seconds, the suspect leaves south on pierce street and south on kings road. the security follows our suspect out of the parking lot. between the security leaving the parking lot and shots fired, a 911 call at dollar general. uw flags them down and says a suspicious person on campus. a white male, heavyset wearing a gray tank top, black shorts, bulletproof vest and blue latex gloves and a tan vehicle. researching the vehicle and the subject to see if there were any calls for service active or pending. the suspect goes out and the shooting goes out.

108, 11 round shop activated. 108 and 13 seconds the suspect is on video shooting into a black kia and murders the first victim. the suspect enters the dollar general store and engages a second victim. a young 19-year-old victim. at 108 and 24 seconds, multiple victims exit the rear door of the store. the suspect exits the same or door. at 109 and six seconds, one round shots go off 109 and 13 seconds entering the same rear door. 109 and 30 seconds the suspect shoots at security camera several times but missus. 109 and 50 seconds of first 911 call goes out. at 1010 and 30 seconds the

victim enters the store with his girlfriend. at 113 and five seconds shots fired initiates once again. 113 and 10 seconds the suspect shoots a third victim. at 113 and 12 seconds the suspect chases a witness through the store shooting her but does not strike. at 113 and 25 seconds a woman exits the rear door of the store at 113 and 37 seconds the suspect shoots out the rear door on the east side of the building at 113 and 43 seconds shots fired initiates. the suspect reenters a building walks back towards the office. at 114 and 23 seconds the suspect enters the office. at 118, the suspect texas

fathers is uses a screwdriver to get into my room. he finds a last will and testament of the suspect along with the suicide note on his laptop. 119 and 21 seconds officers enter the building and began to clear. eleven minutes after this whole ordeal began. patrol clearing the hallway when officers hear a single gunshot. we believe that that is when he killed himself. 141 and three seconds dw use identified j is so. swat confirm the suspect is down homicide detectives have gathered surveillance footage from dollar general which captured the shooter's rampage. i will share portions of that right now. out of respect for the victims families we will cut this video short. we will not be showing their loved ones and what happened to them inside the store. these videos will of excerpts,

details on the shooter's movements outside and inside the dollar general. as you see from the video footage shooter outfitted himself with the tactical vests. he created facial covering and gloves for his attack. this investigation is ongoing. i will provide you with additional information as it is established and verified. i want to thank our law enforcement officers for their continued support in this investigation. as our community grieves this tragedy, this agency will continue to diligently investigate so we can provide victims families in our community with as many answers as we can. our community is grappling to understand why this occurred. i urge us all not to look for sensitive senseless act of violence. no reason or explanation we will ever account for the shooter's decisions and actions. ideology is not representative of the values of this jacksonville community that we all love so much.

[inaudible question] we have to stop people that have bad intentions. the story is always about guns. people are bad.

trey is live with more. hello. >> good afternoon. investigators say they have identified all 10 people on board that private jet that crashed last week outside of moscow. the committee responsible for looking into this incident explained that forensic testing match the flight manifest that matched yevgeny prigozhin and his deputy. russian officials of collected debris including two black boxes that should include flight data as well as audio recordings from the car. the exact cause of the crash, the kremlin spokesperson denied any involvement of vladimir putin calling speculation a complete lie. a bomber similar active sabotage brought it down not a missile as originally thought. russian president putin sent his condolences explaining he had known him since the early 1990s . the former mercenary general made serious mistakes in his
