>> yes, i thinks. i would recommend a select committee which is the apex of subpoena authority under the nixon standard during watergate. nixon tried to stone wall and the courthouse including the supreme court said no you can't. not with a select committee in illegal activities. i think that's where it's headed. there are moderates that are a bit relucked anted. -- reluctant. the effort for a snap impeachment hearing is a mistake. that what nancy pelosi did in the second trump impeachment. two wrongs don't make a right. i think they need to gather the evidence and show it to the american people before they move to impeachment but i think we are getting closer to it.
