however, despite many american saying they continue to struggle to make ends meet. reports that more americans than ever are working multiple jobs just to be able to pay for everyday items. the message from the biden white house is that things are great. unemployment is low and wages are up. to that end the august jobs report was better than last months period of about 30,000 jobs over july's survey. however, is still below the 12 month average. even then the white house still says it's a big win for biden comics. >> america's now on the strongest job creating periods in the history of our country. >> i think this is a sign that bided nomex is doing what we would hope it would do and that people are starting to feel it in their pocketbooks too. >> that is fox news survey finds not only are voters not feeling it they are not buying bided nomex. with half of voters saint president biden has made the economy worse. while the president have a lot to say about his record when compared to his predecessors. had little to say about how americans continue to struggle.

problems. >> you talked about that before. you've lived this. your boxing club is a great part of town of la. you've seen a lot of crime, street crime. what are you thinking of a solution to this? >> when she was saying there needs to be consequences. you have a majority of what you have our kids. 15 ã20 years old max. they're getting in the way with what ability the get away with. if you don't give them boundaries they're gonna get away with whatever they want. you can steal and attack people into whatever you want at worst case get a slap on the wrist. we need to start making the punishments strict and give them the incentive to not do these things. otherwise there just to keep running wild. >> morin talked about how this is a societal problem. we saw these brawls at shopping malls recently here in the la area. we seen them across the country. hundreds of kids in some instances finding animal because it got nothing else to do. what is wrong with society that we are allowing this to happen?

he started doing the work. by the time they get to 15th are basically grown men at that point. it will be difficult to change their patterns and their behavior without very strict training or discipline which nobody wants to do at this time. training, boxing, martial arts. the more they train the more inept they are for violence. these kids are doing it to try to prove themselves. >> i've heard you say before to your kids, this is a place for you, you can use your aggression here. then you will know how to handle it if you get into a bad situation. >> no one takes control of yield. all young men and women at that age they feel those feelings. you lose control of her temper. you lose control of your aggression. if you never done it before the control yield. >> as a law enforcement veteran, is her hope? can we turn this around?>> absolutely there is hope. it's a little bit along the lines of turning the titanic around. i feel the shift. i've seen it everywhere. the citizens are so upset with the fact it seems like the bad guys are being held in high

>> i think these cases are grotesquely overcharged. the government came out asking for 33 years and 30 years they got half of what they asked for. they charged twice with the case was worth. >> brian, what you think? do the sentences of these cases for the crimes? >> i think given the nature of the crimes the sentences did fit the type of crime committed. this is the absolute worst crime or one of the worst crimes you can ever commit. brushing and writing the capital building. one of the guys today smashing the window of the capital building like you said. after he stolen a piece of right care from a police officer. these judges have to send messages. if you do something this heinous and they put the lives of congressional leaders at risk as well. there has to be a penalty that will send a message that if he ever tried to do this again you're gonna spend a lot of time behind bars. >> regardless of what anybody thanks of the politics and the situation, having been convicted of those crimes whether you believe they should've ever been charge of first place.
