polar -- polarized and that's how you end up with 43/43, democrats against republicans and that's who gets the white house. that's how this goes. i have been consistent on this. i don't think you should laugh off the age concern. i know a lot of genuine joe biden supporters, people who have worked with him for decades, et cetera and very happy with the list of accomplishments. there are a lot of them -- like last week the biden administration now going to negotiate 10 drugs with medicaire pricing. that's something republicans have been promising to do. he is lowering the price of drugs for seniors. that's something you can run on. if people are consumed with this and you are saying it is no big deal, then they are going to get mad about it. does that mean they are voting for the other guy? i don't think so. 51% of the new cnn poll says the january 6 charges are flat out disqualifying.

disturbing new footage of the crime crisis in democrat-lead cities, are there is a viewer warning here, it is tough to watch this. a man seen beating a 60-year-old woman in a new york city subway station for over two minutes. the cane actually broke. the suspect hitting her with her own cane 60 times. sources say the woman did not know the suspect and the attacker had at least 9 prior arrests, that's according to the nypd. ems transported the victim in stable condition. the subject fled the location to parts unknown. there are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing. things aren't better in philadelphia. the city's police chief will be

resigning as critics point out how homicides rose under her tenure. homicides rose from 499 in 2020 to 516 in 2022. murders ranged between 246 and 391 p-r year. perhaps in her defense the prosecutors aren't actually doing the major so -- their job and not putting people away. there is a new mayor coming in and we'll talk about that in a moment. the crime on the subway is so hard to watch. i think it is important for us to see it so we can name it and try to say it is unacceptable. what will they do about it? >> well, i mean, look, it is the same thing. we should get used to this kind of thing. it is defining devien ncy down on the subway.
