seeking one gun charge against hunter, but make no mistake. going to be clear, this is not a cause for celebration. you don't want to see anybody arrested or have hard times in their life. it's hardly even a step in the right direction when we talk about justice being blind. hunter is now facing prosecution only because david weiss got caught giving hunter biden the get out of jail free card in the form of what was the sweetest of all sweetheart deals in the history. no jail time, serious charges, slap on the wrist, full immunity deep into the plea deal trying to get it past the judge and remember, the original pen was no charges whatsoever and the irs whistle-blowers made the plan obsolete and impossible. david weiss came up with plan b that included immunity and that became the next best option. no jail time, real charges, all

going according to plan until the delaware federal judge started asking important and pivotal questions fear that the best question in my mind is the prosecutor, have you seen them talking about the diversion of the gun portion? it so broad that it encompasses crimes in other cases. they tried to bury the immunity in the gun provision of the plea deal. the prosecutor had to reply, no, your honor. ultimately the judge and defense rejected the deal. the judge rightfully so because she did not see the deal in full that morning. that had never been given out to anybody else and defense, they wanted at a jail under free card with immunity. we've learned from the irs and fbi whistle-blowers that in fact weiss and others were slow walking the investigation into hunter biden for years and as you know we reported it, he let

the statute of limitations run out on various serious tax felonies for a lot of important years. these are felonies and you think anybody with the last name trump, they would never get this type of treatment? i don't think so. they never interviewed hunter biden and a four plus year investigation. after the biden family, tipped off against the fbi, no investigation or interview of hunter. no future interrogation. here we are, either david weiss now special counsel the most incompetent lawyer in the world or this was all very intentional. i happen to believe the latter. naturally, merrick garland promoted him and now he's a special counsel. the guy had five years to bring charges against hunter and by the way, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible. seemingly to help hunter and joe invade justice now running the

special counsel investigation simultaneously protecting himself in merrick garland. the democrats of the doj probably believe the gun charge will appease critics. they think we are obsessed with hunter biden and they couldn't be just wrong. yeah, we are concerned with justice and equal application of the law and equal justice under the law and that applies to hunter biden. the more serious investigations happening in the house oversight committee with james comer and the house judiciary and the committee. that's about joe biden and the big guy himself. we now have what has been unfolding every night on the show, mounting evidence against a sitting president that directly implicates him with what may well be the biggest political scandal in the history of the country. real influence peddling, bribery, money laundering allegations. many of the crimes under suspected of committing in this

particular done charge, it does not implicate joe anyway. how convenient. the big guy remains in a bubble for now. save from legal scrutiny for n now. walk where words on this. if he runs for reelection and the media mob and the democratic leadership wants him run for president. but there is less with the propaganda and lies in the media mob decide that joe needs to go, they're not up to the job and they prefer another candidate. keep a few influential democrats and influential media mob swamp creatures. if start sounding like me. another words, when they tell you the truth for once on these important issues. on millions of dollars that the biden family made with no experience at all, cashing in on joe's name and joe's position as vice president. if they start reporting all of this, that will be the canary in

the coal mine and that means they will try to push joe o outf fear that in the end, democrats that push amounts, not republicans. if merrick garland, david weiss, continue to protect joe at all cost even if it means offering up hunter as a sacrificial lamb. david weiss pretends to care about gun charges, we are focused on the real bribery money laundering violation allegation that we have more impetus developing every day. let's look at ukraine. timeline. october 15th. that's when the obama white house decided to give ukraine $1 billion in loan guarantees because they made enough progress regarding progress in ukraine. december 4th, 2015 same here. hunter biden's meeting with marie's met executives in dubai. they were facing a corruption probe bypr by a prosecutor.

they pleaded with hunter to get help, they needed help from d.c. a hunter arrange the call while he was in dubai with the varese met executives, with his d.c. help, vp of father joe. four or five days later, he happened to be in ukraine. the obama administration point guy, that's when he was supposed to deliver the $1 billion per foreign policy. instead, joe decided to leverage the $1 billion for him to fire the executor in the proceedings. gas and oil giant paying his son a ton of money gave him six hours to fire him. son of a b, they fired the guy. ukraine got their ability to loan guarantees, paris' most stayed in business, hunter paid for a job he admitted on

"good morning america" he had no experience in and admitted in an addict at the time. jim comey's committee had to fight for it, they didn't want to hand it over willingly. hunter and joe accepted $5 million, and by the way, it'll take you over ten years ten long years to find out where the money came from. before anyways good to figure it out. we know that at least nine biden family members including grandchildren received foreign payments pass or shell corporations identified by congressman james comer. don't you wonder what are the grandchildren doing for all of the money? how did they earn the money? hunter had no experience, how did he earn millions of dollars? millions of dollars, china, russia, ukraine, kazakhstan, romania, mexico, according to john solomon on he'll join us on

the minute. as early as 2015, even the security exchange commission was receiving alerts about suspicious transactions and fraudulent schemes involving the biden transactions. not just ukraine, there were payments as i said in china, russia, pesek stan, romania, mexico and the others. at the same time vice president joe biden was meeting with many of the wealthy foreigners. oligarchs. they were making his family rich. joe said over and over again that he never once spoken to hunter or his brother or anybody for that matter about the foreign business dealings. dinners at the cafe milano numerous phone calls according to devon and communications. a direct line to the white house where he received government emails about ukraine.

intendant state dinners setting up white house meetings with a lot of the foreign business partners and then his father, joe, he lied a all of that. why would joe lie about something as critical as that? to top it off, hunter decided not to pay taxes ince. a tough for hunter bass own h words ince to pops. he told not to his sister in an email captured on the laptop from. despite all of this, the special counsel david weiss with the special powers is rounding the corner on a relatively minor fire arms and diamond after a five plus year investigation. this is obscene, this is not equal justice. this is not equal application of our laws. the fix has been in and is still in. imagine if the names were different. switch the name, joe biden, make it donald trump.

hunter biden with don jr. or eric or darren or yvonne no equal justice, no equal acquisition of our laws. corruption through and through and this is what the biden protection rackets all about. this is why we need new people. joining us now, editor in chief and investigative report her, jn solomon. we've got a morgan stanley whistle-blower raising concerns to the bank and federal regulators about fraudulent schemes, suspicious trans transactions, due diligence on parties revealing less than clean records. tell us about your latest column and investigative report? >> in your monologue, you know that david weiss was forced into the action today as beastly as it is. brave iris whistle-blowers, gary shapley and others, came forward and made a big difference.

this is a new whistle-blower. it what it tells us is the u.s. government knew as far back as the spring of 2015. hunter biden involved in those activities. to look for fraudulent, like it might have taxes and money laundering and other things involved with it. it is rare for a bank to go to a th.one of the top vice president and morgan stanley went to the security exchange currency. they were clear what they were looking out. opening picture of the whistle-blower's presentation is picture of joe biden, barack obama, hunter biden sitting at a basketball game. read below is a picture of money laundering. there's a dossier presented on hunter biden and his past controversies including being kicked out of the navy, being involved with a corrupt company known as burisma in ukraine. morgan stanley figured out it's

been a problem even though joe biden spent trying to tell us it was not. back to 20081 he was sued over a hedge fund deal that he had done. they wanted security exchange for and the commission to look until hunter biden's committees on several fronts. they never heard back from the securities exchange position. if you ask why we're having the conversation, why was it allowed to go on for so long, the answer is government agency after government agency turned a blind eye to a very clear whistle-blower evidence in 2015 and 16. the security exchange comm commission. in 2021, the irs and every time a federal agency got a tip hunter biden would do something wrong, the fix was in. that's why 2023, there are no charges against hunter biden. >> sean: an amazing report beard and senior vice president blowing the whistle, telling the president, nothing happens. is that not similar to what the

whistle-blowers were saying. does this not bring into the fact -- the focus that he was never interviewed by the fbi, when the family was tipped off. >> can we look at his documents. in some very important thing. hunter biden seem to know how you left the trail. people can look at the documents in the story. his lawyers are scrambling to think about how do we tell them. he hasn't been paying money from burisma and ukraine. hunter biden knew he had a problem, somehow the united states obama and joe biden have continued to sweep. that the documents are extraordinary. literally blaring, hunter biden, joe biden, barack obama from the opening photo of the presentation. the government would not take a look. >> sean: john solomon, investigative reporter, just the news.com. thank you for that report.

i'm next, legal analysis with fox news contributor jonathan turley. you've done an amazing job in your columns laying all of this out and there's a lot of factories in play here. the gun charge to me while important especially considering joe biden's position on guns. that to me is just a way to try to to use the public. when you've got joe biden promising as a candidate and president over and over again that he never had conversations with his brother, hunter, anybody, about foreign business deals and devon archer testifies that in fact he was privy to at least 20 calls where joe biden called it. then the dubai call with marie's mama and exited lives four or five days before he went to ukraine to leverage $1 billion. then looking at the sheer amount of money the find and family is

getting. funneled through celled corporations buried we identified them as being recipients. no experience at all that would warrant the type of pain except the connection to joe and the very specific action the firing the prosecutor. to me, we're looking at a real bribery, money laundering, scandal, these are allegations and it seems like they have no idea of how to look into it. >> it's doesn't take much of an effort to reach the obvious conclusion. they're lying. the president lied when he ran for office, he said he didn't know about these business dealings. even hunter biden's close associates so that's patently false. other witnesses since said they spoke to president biden about the business dealings. the issues were raised not only with the sec, but the

state department raised hunter biden stealing. we undermined my effort to deal with corruption in ukraine. it's not particularly complex. that's part of what is so shocking here is the effort by people in government and by the media to not see what is happening. used to have houdini that make an entire elephant does appear from stage. the elephant never left the stage but houdini knew that the audience wanted to disappear and that's what's happened in washington. and it did. and the bidens really take credit for the magic trip of the century. they made the obvious scandal, disappear in front of the audience of millions. >> sean: where does this go from here because anybody with eyes to see can see exactly what happened here. we are talking about tens of millions of dollars.

we are talking about direct action and taking as vice president and the consequences and result of which is what's it vice president stan form. it some of our top political foes and that the clear incredible danger. was the next step? >> what's notable is the best argument now for impeachment inquiry is being made by the attorney general garland. we know when many of us were objecting with the statute of limitations running on some of the crimes, the same objectives were being raised. they wanted the statue of limitations to run on the most serious of those tax crimes. now you've got a stone wall and enough congress and many of these allegations of corruption. that leaves congress with little very little choice.

they can continue to engage in the game of chicken with a stray to see who will jump out for us or change the game. they can start impeachment inquiry. it's unlikely he's going to be punished to the full extent of the law. in the end, that is not the main problem here that the main problem is what was done to protect him from the law and what is still being done to do so? that raises serious questions with regards to his father. >> sean: that's my next question. is it about hunter at that point or his father that was actively involved in making all of this happened in the family benefiting because of it? >> it's about his father, sean. you know the white house actively -- including the war room, a collection of an impeachment. if they push his narrative and bootstrap the earlier actions
