base in alaska to remember the tragedy that killed about 3,000 americans. >> we never forget. each of us, each of those precious lives stolen too soon. when evil attacked. ground zero in new york. i remember standing there the next day and looking at the building. i felt like i was looking through the gates of hell. i am just returning from the g20 summit in india. these trips are the essential part of how we're going to insure the united states is flanked by the broadest array of allies and partners who will stand with us and deter any threat to our security. to build a world that is safer for all of our children. >> jesse: the pentagon shanksville, pennsylvania manhattan, all remembering the 9/11 victims properly with top officials showing up at the white house sent kamala to new york city my family saved biden's notional is a sadder visitation of the state of our country. >> it's no surprise to me that

the fact that the president is making excuses and behaving like that, how do you think that's going over here? >> judge jeanine: it's consistent with his "america last" mentality. this is unprecedented. no president since this happened, has not been at one of the sites. washington, shanksville, or ground zero. if you're from new york city especially, i was in the city that day, i remember the smoke in the towers. i remember my investigator saying we've got to get home got to get back to westchester. this is a very sacred day for so many people in the president doesn't see it that way. the sad part about it is the world is not a safer place now. it's because of biden that the taliban is back in control in afghanistan with all of the weapons that we left there. we've got an open border now with people coming and that we don't even know who they are and you can thank joe biden for all

of that and then he doesn't have the dignity or the decency to show up or even take a pause. 8:56 in the morning. so he says you know what i was at the g summit. you are at the g20 summit. here's the thing. you went to vietnam after. when the president was asked why didn't you go to vietnam before to talk about climate change. he said well, karine jean-pierre is saying he is showing how he feels about 9/11. that's what you're saying today. it was a nonanswer. he could have gone to vietnam. he could have done vietnam by zoom. he was talking about climate change, carbon emissions. by the way, this stop now in alaska, give me a break. they all refuel in alaska for an hour and a half. what you've got is a white house who i believe and a lot of people believe did not want the president at any of these events because while the names of those that we have lost of loved ones

and friends that i knew are being read, he's either going to have to -- fall asleep, have a snooze fest not no which way he's going. not know which way he's walking. in the end, you heard from the families. they are almost glad he wasn't there talking about himself. >> jesse: do you agree that the white house was trying to actively avoid one of the sites on this day? >> dana: no. i don't have any evidence of that but i do know -- i wouldn't even say they are on the left but i hear this more of the democratic side that there are people who say america should move on. that we shouldn't have these critical-hour-long ceremonies. we need to turn the page on this and they said this after the 20th anniversary. as you can see, americans aren't ready for that. they want to have this occasion and actually was extremely moving for me today while we show this on "america's newsroom" how many young people were brave enough and courageous enough to get control of their nerves and stand up and read several names.

and then at the end, talk about whom somebody they might not have ever known but they wish they had known. an aunt, an uncle, a grandfather. those were some of the examples. i think america is keeping this going because when they say never forget they actually mean it. for the white house, i think they could have said "we went to vietnam. it's very important in climate change this or whatever" but don't try to say "presidents stopped going to pearl harbor." if you think if that work was so important for them to do in vietnam, great. the other thing, why does he miss every layup? this is something, you show up as the president. everyone respects you. they thank you for trying to unify the country even if it is just for a day. and they missed it. >> jesse: he's not even able to execute the ceremonial aspects of the presidency. that's a huge concern. >> greg: here's the reason why he's not going. did you see the performance in india? >> jesse: not good. >> greg: he's a cross between

jeff dunham's doll and the coach from beavis and butthead. microphone is a bigger threat to buy than terrorism, according to the white house. i don't blame him. he is gone. like a child imitating a foreign language. it sounds like it's french but it's babble. i blame i guess our government education, media for erasing our unified love for those who give their lives saving others. unity has been replaced by division. shanksville. it's no george floyd. we will never know how many black, white, asian or brown lives they saved. they gave their lives so others would live. we should be teaching that class instead of gender dysphoria. it's not as edgy or as cool. why bring up george floyd on 9/11? i'll make it simple. we have changed. the circumstances of floyd's death was used to vilify every law enforcement officer in america.

it's as if a total of 72 law enforcement officers didn't die on 9/11. right? or any other day. how many? that was erased. you remember that isis was an idea. they were the jv even though they were beheading americans and slaughtered thousands. trump comes along and be heads the beheaders. we have replaced isis with trump. here at fox, today is 9/11. on cnn and msnbc it's monday. because it's not january 6th. we have trump and the military to thank for not having to think about isis anymore which then allows us the freedom to think about jailing trump and turning the military into an equity cult. success brings the downfall of this country. never forget that. >> jesse: that's true. 20 years ago terrorism was the greatest threat to the homeland

and now joe biden says it's global warming or white supremacy. >> harold: this is the day that means a lot to me and my family and my district. i remember where i was. i was in congress having breakfast in the capitol. my dad phoned me to let me know that a private plane he believed had struck the capital. there was confusion. i said let me know what happens. i'm sitting at breakfast with the deputy hud secretary talking about things. he called back and said you better go back to your office. a second plane has attacked. a memory getting my staff out. a young man of southeast asian descent. i knew his family well. i was worried he might be mistaken for someone that many believed at that time it was that it was of middle eastern attack on the country. i grabbed him and we got to safety at the united states capitol police. i remember how beautiful the day was. how sunny. how surprising it was. whomever made the comment about pearl harbor, they should not allow that person to make any

comments again at the white house. i don't relate this day to any day. that day is above. i'm only 53. i don't have a lot of reference points but that day was a turn around in terms of people being inspired to serve our country. i watched martha maccallum show, your show. we had people who said they were inspired to serve their country and fight for their country because of that day. if it was being energy independent. we couldn't fight a war and from the people who will bring us into war by buying all their gasoline and fossil fuel products. streamline the intel services communicated. created the deferment of homeland security. so many things came out of this day. i was happy to see the president as a -- at a base in alaska but they didn't think this through. the president should have been here or d.c. every president should always be in washington or new york on this very solemn day. >> jesse: i agree. well said, harold. ahead, gun grabbing governor

facing backlash after a move to crack down on second amendment rights. ♪ ♪

>> suspending open and concealed carry. it's time to talk about the absoluteness of the discussion on the current court actions that suggest the second amendment is an absolute right and none of the others are. no constitutional right in my view including my oath is intended to be absolute. >> dana: new mexico's democratic governor been called out for her crack down on the second amendment including my summon her own party and some of

the most liberal members of our party. the governor announcing a 30 day ban on concealed carry firearms for self-defense. she claims it's a necessary response to gun violence after declaring it a public health emergency. gun rights advocates say it puts in danger. >> all i want to do is protect my family, my friends, and my community. but the governor wants to take that right away. everyone here, i see no criminals. i see law-abiding citizens. >> state does not have the ability to willfully violate their rights. use your ability to sue her. everyone here should sue her. >> one of the most dangerous things. we don't have private security. >> dana: two state lawmakers mainly called for the governor's impeachment and democratic congressman ted lieu says the move is unconstitutional even gun control activist david hogg

is putting -- -- pushing back saying "there's no such thing as a state public health emergency." she persists. she was on the short-list of biden's to be vp. i am sure the democrat base will love this. is she making a play? speak on our know what she's done. i am -- i think it's unconstitutional what she is suggesting. challenged in court and likely struck down. sometimes i'm going to disagree. people disagree about sending migrants to cities. it's gotten us to a point where we are talking about now. when trump talked about possibly attacking the cartels in mexico or south america, people said you can't do that. it's making a stink. perhaps we should be thinking more creatively. we have a public health crisis with guns. that doesn't mean i'm a second -- not a second amendment guy. the gang warfare we have seen

we've got to begin to think bigger and more creatively. this won't pass constitutional muster it's going to make us think long and hard about perhaps some of the other things, some of the additional measures, constitutional measures we can take to reduce violence in our communities. i don't think they're going to go very far with this, governor but i give you a salute thinking big and bold. >> dana: if it's unconstitutional then what's the point. if they declare emergencies for more government control and then they say it helps their base get excited about it either the base finds out it's not constitutional then they get mad, like student loans. >> jesse: even the base thinks it's nuts. when david hogg says something is nuts, it's really nuts. if republicans -- they would win the next election on this alone. seize on this and capitalize on it. kamala harris officiated this

woman's wedding. she was the head of the democratic governors association, chaired the hispanic caucus. this is a legit democrat national democrat. to go out there and say that and pretend like it doesn't happen you make the democratic party own it. this is the farthest the democratic party has ever reached on guns. this goes farther than any. further than the assault weapons ban, anything. i did a deep dive into this woman. i didn't want to but i had to. she has no ethics. she settled the case for 80 grant, pouring a bottle of water on a staffer's crotch. she bought steaks and booze and then took these junkets financed by a sleazy autocrat. no ethics. >> dana: there were some

covert hijinks. >> jesse: she has got hijinks out the wazoo. >> dana: if the democrats think this is reasonable then that means somebody like governor ron desantis could declare an emergency and change the laws of the nation. >> greg: i have had enough of people declaring emergencies in order to take control of our lives. i know mass shootings are bad but if we are going to do the numbers let's do the numbers. it's exceedingly rare compared to car fatalities. why don't we claire emergencies on that. we can declare emergencies on anything. it's part of a bigger problem we are seeing unfold. permission to go alex jones. run-up to the election. saying that the second amendment is not absolute and that having gun-control fanatics they hold on. trump. i feel like he is going to go to jail. parents cleave from their kids in this bill in california. free speech. not just the second amendment. the first amendment. a number of examples of free speech being flexible. you could lose your medical license if you decide to say something different about covid. we now know that the government did suppress, try to suppress information. first amendment. so people wouldn't speak out against what they believed to be right. you have retail laws, the $900 ceiling. that's another trial balloon for the end of private property in my conspiratorial theater. you can see these all kind of go together. you are seeing an attack on speech. you're seeing an attack on personal protection. if you get mugged.

require she uphold the constitution. she is ignorant of the supreme court decisions that are fundamental to the second amendment. the first being, what are we talking about, the new york case. within the last two years new yorkers have the right to carry a firearm outside their home when some nut governor like cuomo said you can't. and then the supreme court said it's not just for a militia. you can use a gun for self-defense. and then the 14th amendment applies to an individual carrying a gun. this is fundamental law in the united states and the democrats from your example which was perfect, we are going to use an executive order. get rid of all the student loan debt. you people are not dictators -- i mean, you are dictators. we don't have the authority to do this. one of the things she says she's

trying to do is stop crime. what are you doing about stopping crime? make some arrests. get rid of cashless bail. how about we make sure we put more money into the police department. close more cases. by the way, you say that the genesis of this is three kids who got shot. have there been people arrested in those cases? now you want to take the legal gun owner i want to end it with his one thing which really blew me away. she has got some kind of state regulators who are going to take stats and those stats are going to be on every crime with a gun. the type of gun, the brand, the caliber of the gun. so then she is going to come out with a report saying this gun is 9 millimeters, whatever it might be, a gun responsible for more murders than any other gone. taken away the individual responsibility. but nowhere in her stats is the assessment of whether the gun is legal or illegal. i would recommend, governor that you throw that in there because i'll bet most of these

murderers are happening with illegal guns. stop trying to take them away from legal gun owners. >> dana: she has opened up pandora's box. >> harold: this will be one of our thanksgiving dinner conversations. [laughter] >> dana: can't wait. police still frantically searching for a escaped killer in pennsylvania after he narrowly evaded capture, we have the latest next. ♪ ♪

>> harold: it's a manhunt that is captured america's attention paired police in pennsylvania expanded the search area. 34-year-old danelo cavalcante have been serving a life sentence for murdering his ex-girlfriend in 2021 when he made this shocking get away from the county prison by crab walking up a wall in the exercise yard.

cops thought they zeroed in on his location but the prisoner managed to slip out and steal a car. he was part of this weekend on a doorbell camera at the home of his former coworker with a now cleave and clean-shaven face and green hoodie. police say they are preparing for the long game. >> we are going to prepare for the long game and the long game is what we do best, u.s. marshals service. everyday he needs additional help, he needs resources and he is seeking those. >> to anyone who may have already offered assistance but contemplating assisting cavalcante in any way, we will prosecute you fully for the actions. >> harold: judge, let me come to you first. i know what a typical prepare for the long game" means that as someone in law enforcement, give us an idea of how long this might be. why are they having problems capturing this guy? >> judge jeanine: first of all, this guy is evading capture when they have more than 300

federal, state, local municipal law enforcement cops. the guy is shrewd, he is coming. he's competent. this is a guy who left brazil after he killed someone and there is an arrest warrant that apparently his girlfriend brought up which led to her being stabbed 38 times in front of a seven and 4-year-old child. these kids have been sentenced to a life sentence themselves watching their mother being stabbed that many times. this guys an animal. i'll say it again. he's an animal. people need to recognize he's as dangerous as they come. he is willing to go to a coworkers house. he is willing to go and steal a vehicle. obviously if there's keys in it. go into a home, steal food. he has no fear. he has evaded them in ditches and tunnels. right now they aren't really in a situation where they are perplexed and let me tell you one thing. the coordination right now on this case is better than i imagined any coordination on any

case in recent history because this guy is an animal and what you've got right now are people in danger. he will kill without thinking. what the public needs to understand is if they see him he faced sends him, do not get involved. keep your mouth shut and just make a phone call. you don't need to be a hero. >> harold: you said keep your mouth shut. don't say anything to him but call the police. >> judge jeanine: yes, call the police. they have leverage with illegals. he is going to friends who were illegals. his sister is in deportation mode and i'm impressed with the lieutenant colonel, i think his name is bivens. he said we are not deporting her because she didn't cooperate. she basically told them she wouldn't. reporting her because she shouldn't be here so here's a message to anyone who thinks they're going to help this guy. you help this guy, you are getting a quick to get out of this country home. >> harold: your thoughts on what they are doing, not doing. >> jesse: they are not catching him. international serial killer.

a four day multistate road trip before things took a really bad turn. >> we are starting our summer road trip. taking electric vehicles on this road trip. very excited to point out all the investments that are happening. >> judge jeanine: the caravan of electric vehicles quickly ran into problems with broken chargers and occupied stations. after one stacker came up with the idea to block the only working charging port with a gas car for their entourage. npr reports "a family that was boxed out on a sweltering day with a baby in the vehicle was so upset they got boxed out that they decided to get the authorities involved. they called the police." dana, isn't the energy secretary the woman who had some apical problems because she had all this stock in electric vehicles.

you have to kind of question her ethics and why she is so -- >> dana: she has gotten away with it. the president is all in. so many subsidies, you have car companies thing we are going to do it. this episode shows the electric vehicle myth is that, there is not the appetite or infrastructure to have these mandates for electric vehicles yet. there was another story this weekend about the rental car market. it's such a disaster for people because they are really pushing electric vehicles on new and it's causing huge problems because people -- if you get a rental car, you want to get it and go. you don't want to have to relearn how to drive, how to charge it. the advance people block to the family so she could get there to charge her electric vehicle is something that selena meyer never would have imagined. >> judge jeanine: doesn't that tell you that the staff is worse than she is. >> jesse: it does. npr who is embedded so you're

trying to impress npr. so what if you have to wait a little longer for some family to charge up. so what. it shows you that she doesn't want to be inconvenienced. even at the best charging station it takes one to two hours to recharge. one to two hours versus 5 minutes. it doesn't make any sense. trump has the great line, i forget where he's headed. when someone buys an electric car, the first 50 units are fantastic and then the rest of the time you're just nervous about where you're going to charge. [laughter] also it's not making gm any money. excuse me, ford. ford loses $60,000 per electric car. the only sold 12,000 in the first quarter and all of their factories went to mexico. it's a boondoggle. >> judge jeanine: biden just banned drilling in alaska. why are they doubling down on

this disaster? >> harold: the same advance team, the same spokesperson talked about pearl harbor. they should be let go. in all seriousness, i was in advance guy and i was bad. but i was not this bad. there were some things i didn't do. but granholm is smart competent. i wouldn't question her integrity but you need a new advance team and you need to go back to the drawing board. let it be a learning moment. let's not try to gloss over it. go back and say why did this happen? why do we not have charging stations? do they take too long? challenge the car companies to develop vehicles that don't take as long. asked what they need on that front. those are the kinds of things i would be trying to do with it. learn from it and share with the nation. >> judge jeanine: why are they so embarrassingly out of touch? >> greg: what's happening is people don't want to admit there's a weird disorder going

around called charge her anxiety. it's like the electric car is replicating it into bigger ways so you have your phone. i have an apple watch and i have to always think about whether that's charged. whether my phone is charged, my laptop. now i have to think about my car. jesse is right. what trump said, it's fun until you're anxious about it. it puts you back to when you were 16 and had your first car and you put 2 gallons of gas in. maybe i can make it past the next exit. this is an old rule, don't sail a boat while it's under construction. that's what they did. they filmed it. no doubt electric cars will be part of these choices but you need the infrastructure. this is why i have held off on my ev bentley. i'm going to stick with the gas bentley and my mini coopers.
