the ones they used against people like paul manafort. what did other family members do to earn this money. congressman comer saying even grandchildren got paid. okay, what did they do to earn their money. how much were they paid? did they pay taxes? why did they set up all these shell corporations? why did joe line repeatedly that he never spoke to his son or brother or anybody for that matter about these foreign business deals and we know just the opposite is true. we are now looking at what is potentially the biggest bribery and money laundering scandal in the history of this country. what role did joe biden, your president, play in all of this? now, thanks to the laptop from hell, that's hunter biden's laptop, and eyewitness testimony, his involvement is clear. still he spent years lying to you, the american people. in case you've forgotten, let's remind you. >> mr. vice-president, how many times have you spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings? >> i have never spoken to my son about his overseas business

11:13 pm
got $20 million from foreign nationals, they can't say a single thing they did to earn the money. so obviously we're suspicious about their personal bank accounts. all we want to do is see their personal bank accounts to make sure that joe biden wasn't getting his 10%. >> sean: let me ask you this. >> and make sure that hunter biden was telling the truth when he said that he had to give his salary, half his salary to his father. >> sean: in that 1023 form with the trusted fbi informant talking to the ceo of burisma, he talks about five million to one biden, five million to another biden, and it will take you ten years to find out how we paid him the money. have you been able to trace that $10 million, do you believe? >> we're still looking for that. as you know we found. >> sean: do you have any leads. >> we do have leads. we believe, and suspect, that there are offshore accounts but that's something we'll discuss later and jason smith may want to discuss that at some point in
11:14 pm
the near future. but at the end of the day, what they said in that 1023 form where they used various bank accounts, that is consistent with what we've seen in romania, china, russia and ukraine, where they use various bank accounts and various shell companies. so when that fbi form was written, no one knew the biden had shell companies, no one knew they had 170 suspicious activity reports where six different banks accused them of money lawedern. that's what that fbi form alleges before anyone knew about the shell companies and the money laundering. so it fits a pattern that we've seen in other countries. >> sean: let me ask you, jason smith, house republicans now have been accusing biden's attorneys of intimidating the irs whistleblowers in a letter to the ag, attorney general, merrick garland. do you have evidence that that took place, these intimidation efforts have taken place, and why did you have people in biden's white house talk to the
11:15 pm
whistleblowers prior to their testimony before your committee? >> sean, one of the great examples is the letter that hunter biden's lawyers sent to me in the end of june. in that letter, they tried to intimidate me in railroads to my own investigation and to discredit to two brave irs whistleblowers that came forward, sean, and tried to say that their actions of coming forward to the ways and means committee was illegal and that they were breaking the law. and so that is why we sent the letter to attorney general garland, is to see the documents, the e-mails, the correspondence, that hunter biden's lawyers had with the department of justice, and trying to push for prosecution of these two brave irs whistleblowers that came before us. let me tell you, today we interviewed one of the four individuals that we subpoenaed, sean, an irs employee, and just like the other three that we've done over the last four days, they confirmed what the irs whistleblowers were saying, and
11:16 pm
that is prosecutor weiss had to get permission higher up the food chain in the biden administration to bring charges, and to move ahead in this investigation against the president's son. >> sean: how are people going to want to come forward if this is how we treat whistleblowers? i thought democrats liked whistleblowers congressman. >> they should absolutely, they're supposed to love whistleblowers, but that's, in fact, what this letter did. it would try to scare additional irs whistleblowers, or any whistleblowers of any kind to come forward. they are trying to scare people from coming and telling the truth. but let me tell you, the information's coming out, these irs whistleblowers have done a phenomenal job and no one, no one has countered what the irs whistleblowers have said. their statements have stayed the same. the biden administration is the one that continues to sing from a different tune. >> sean: all right, chairman smith and chairman comer, thank you for the updates. we appreciate it. the walls are closing in on the

bidens. so how did lawmakers react to today's breaking news from mccarthy? well, pennsylvania senator john fetterman had a pretty bizarre response where he was kind of laughing about it. and also, meanwhile, tensions with iran may be reaching a boiling point tonight. yesterday, we learned the administration announced that they are unfreezing $6 billion in iranian oil revenues as part of a prisoner exchange in what essentially amounts to a ransom payment that joe is paying the mullahs in iran which comes amid a new report today that a iran may be able to produce as many as ten nuclear bombs in four months. here with reaction, texas senator ted cruz. i didn't think america paid ransom payments to mullahs in iran so they can spend more money on their nuclear program. senator, i must be very naive. >> well, you should be outraged because what they're doing is they're placing a bounty on every american's head.
11:18 pm
what this administration is doing is sending six billion to the ayatollah. the ayatollah who routinely chants death to america and death to israel. and you can rest assured, that $6 billion will be spent to fund terrorists who use it to murder americans and to murder israelis. not only that, now that the ayatollah and ever other terrorist on earth knows that the biden administration is willing to pay billions of dollars for american hostages, you're going to see more americans taken hostage because they've suddenly made it a profitable indid he ever. sadly this biden white house puts partisan politics above our national security interest. and i've got to say their iran policy is spectacularly dangerous for israel and spectacularly dangerous for the united states. >> sean: let's get your reaction to the impeachment inquiry if we can get you to put your legal hat back on senator. i'm sure you would rather be called an attorney anyway.
11:19 pm
but, seriously, the walls to me seem to be closing in. he lied -- joe lies spectacularly. joe is involved up to his eyeballs. the family was enriched, hunter had no experience, hunter was an addict at the time. tens of millions of dollars involved, grandchildren paid, shell corporations set up. what do you think. >> i think today was a significant day, the house of representatives announced they're opening an impeachment inquiry on joe biden. i think that's exactly the right thing to do i've been calling to the house to do this for many months now. one of the ways to assess what's going on is to look at the biden white house's shifting story and you played quite a bit in your monthly log. started off with joe biden saying i never talked with my son about any of his overseas business dealings. turns out that was a lie. the next story was i've never done business with my son and his overseas business dealings. turns out that was a lie.
11:20 pm
you know, the latest talking points democrats are trying to trot out in response to this impeachment inquiry, is there is no direct evidence of joe's involvement in the corruption. so they've pretty much given up on hunter. yes, hunter's corrupt as the day is long, but there's no direct evidence of joe's involvement. that's a flat-out lie too but let me break it down into two pieces. number one in a trial there's two pieces of evidence, there's directs evidence and circumstantial evidence. what is circumstantial evidence? i'll give you an example. if you go to sleep tonight and you look outside the window when you go to sleep and the street is clean and you wake up in the morning and you look out the window and there is snow covering the ground, that is circumstantial evidence that during the night it snowed. but, you know what? it's pretty damn good evidence. circumstantial evidence, people are convicted and sent to jail every day of the week based on circumstantial evidence. circumstantial evidence is you draw inferences from the
11:21 pm
circumstances. that's compared to direct evidence. direct evidence is testimony from someone who said i saw it snowing last night. that's direct evidence. there's at least two instances of direct evidence of joe's corruption. number one, you played on this show which is joe biden's admission, in front of the council on foreign relations, that he held a billion dollars of u.s. taxpayer loan guaranties hostage in order to force the firing of the ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating had ukrainian oligarch. that is one of the critical elements of bribery of the quid pro quo. quid pro quo as you know is latin for this for that. the that joe biden has admitted to, that is direct evidence he's admitted to. the only question is, is there the questioned, is there the five to $10 million of payments. now on that there is circumstantial evidence. there are the $20 million-plus
11:22 pm
of payments to the biden family, and there is also the consistent pattern of obstruction and covering it up, which, in any court of law, you would draw a negative inference from. >> sean: i could just give you a little preview of comes attractions, i believe that money's been found senator. stay tuned to this show and we'll let you know more. thank you >> all right, coming up, senator lindsey graham weighs in on the georgia grand jury recommending that he be indicted, and a cia whistleblower making explosive allegations that the agency offered to pay people to change their position on the origins of covid. wow. programming note, live audience shows tomorrow and thursday. tickets are free, hannity.com to register. in studio guest tulsi gabbard, governor ron desantis and much more straight ahead.

mentioned that he made a mistake in his placement of the bullet in that room where your uncle was after he was shot. my question to you is, should this now open a full-fledged investigation? >> yeah. i mean, the interesting thing about this development is not really his revelation, because this information has been out there, and the information, you know, the overwhelming information that there was more than one shooter involved and that there were multiple people involved has been recognized by the american people, 70% of americans don't believe the warren report. but more importantly when congress reinvestigated the warren commission evidence and was looking at much more evidence than 1979 the house elect assassinations committee, they came to the conclusion and this was the conclusion, official conclusion of the report, that john kennedy was killed by a conspiracy.
