there was some sort of conversation. he follows up with hunter biden in november during the most critical period of the scandal when they are trying to deal with the prosecutor. i am not sure the story will add up or remain where it is today. when people get to the bottom, i am told there was a frank discussion about this. the most important thing is you have seen all the democrats on the hill, they all have this talking point. joe biden was shaking down foreigners but he created the illusion of access. when somebody gets in the naval observatory and gets a meeting with the vice president and is suggesting who they want for the u.n. secretary general, that is

not the illusion of access. i talked to lobbyists who said they would have gotten paid a lot to score and meeting in the naval observatory. the lines that joe biden keeps giving us, including elected members of congress, they are false. they throw it at the wall and we get the facts and they throw something else at the wall. it was part of the brand. it is how hunter biden scored his deals. as mccarthy said, americans don't to see -- don't like to see public office for sale. there are 20 different episodes of joe biden engaging with hunter biden's business par partners. sometimes he writes letters, sometimes he gets on the phone. he was part of the shakedown.

that. he starts this pattern of attacking -- who gets fired and he leverages tax money to get that done. that all happens. the last fact confirms what was in the 1023 you brought up. they have policy preferences because they paid the bidens. that confirms what is in the 1023 and then you add the file thing to it and that is how the justice department handled this investigation. the unorthodox way they handled this and the deal they put together that the judge declined to accept. all of that pattern is why speaker mccarthy said this warrants moving to an impeachment inquiry phase of our constitutional duty to do oversight and that is what we have done and we are going to push to get the facts and the truth out there. >> you believe it will aid in terms of stopping some of the

is rooted in the principle that impeachment resides solely with the house of representatives. we are not engaged in a legislative function, which is the normal reason we do oversight. we are in an impeachment inquiry phase, exclusively with the house of representatives under our constitution. when you get into this back and forth, they are more inclined to sign with the house. that is why i think it is important mccarthy did what he did yesterday. >> thank you for that update. when we come back, facing the humiliation of an impeachment inquiry. biden's supporters lashing out. speaker of the house kevin mccarthy made this decision. he will respond. ♪i'm hearing different ways for me to screen
