southern border. cbp sources telling me the last three days in a row border patrol has apprehended more than 7,000 illegal immigrants per day with the tucson, arizona sector being the busiest. we want to show you what's going on there. look at these images out of arizona yesterday afternoon. what you are looking at is a border patrol outdoor holding facility using chain link fences with migrants crammed in there. what's happening in the tucson sector is they are completely overwhelmed right now. cbp facilities are over capacity. migrants have to be held in the outdoor facilities courtesy of an ice field director giving images to fox news yesterday afternoon. border patrol can't keep up with the amount of people crossing in that sector now. more than 2,000 per day the last three days in a row in the tucson sector. you can see the result of that. we want to show you why it's so busy. take a look at these images.

our cameraman in lukeville, arizona yesterday showing a non-stop flow of people crossing into our country illegally. as you can see, a lot of them are single adults. a lot of single adult men from africa coming in. a lot from senegal, ghana, sudan, guys from india, others from asia. walking into the country illegally giving themselves up and they have got little to no fear of deportation. the border patrol union tells us the cartels control all of this. they are telling these migrants when and where to cross. >> while these large groups are being apprehended in these areas, further away they are bringing in narcotics, individuals that cannot be apprehended that are aggravated felons and possible terrorists type individuals. >> meanwhile, take a look at this drone video our team shot in eagle pass. what you are looking at is

time for the media to -- let's get to that in a moment. what do you make of the past 24 hours with the calls from the left for joe biden to not seek a second term? >> look, we've seen a plethora of polls that have indicated that basically three out of every four americans think he is too old to run again including a substantial number of democrats. two out of every three americans think he is mentally not up to the job as one recent poll had it. i've been talking about this for a while. last august i went on jess watters and said i don't think he will end up being the democratic nominee. this will only grow. time is not his friend. he is not going to get better. we'll have more instances like the hanoi news conference that was horrifying in the months ahead because he is getting older and not stronger. >> dana: also it is remarkable those calls for him to step aside are coming from people

6:35 am
inside alex murdaugh's home? was that ever official and finalized? >> yes, as best we know. we know she died from a fall down the stairs. we know she died from blunt head trauma as a result of the fall. the big debate is what caused the fall. so the fall -- if it was a fraud that alex set up was to claim his dogs caused her fall. if that were true it would mean there would be a real claim against his homeowner's insurance policy that provided $5 million of coverage for this house and create a vehicle for him to make a claim technically against himself and then collect the money which he stole. so it is still debatable whether the dogs caused the fall or not. we know of no contrary evidence. that's at the heart of the matter is what caused the fall? >> dana: the family, were they immediately suspicious about the death? >> no, there would be no reason to be suspicious of the death.
6:36 am
gloria was practically a murdaugh. she raised murdaugh's children. she raised paul and buster. she was integral to the family. she was proud of seeing herself as an extension of the murdaughs. so they saw themselves, as an extension of the murdaugh family. no reason to be suspicious about anything. >> bill: why is this still a question? because her family was awarded 7 1/2 million dollars, all right, over the payments that were stolen by murdaugh. so what is still to be debated on this? >> i don't think there is anything to be debated. this is alex murdaugh world. in his world he continuously tries to rewrite history. after confessing that his dogs caused the fall, after recovering the money, after stealing it, after even confessing judgment to the family for the money that he
6:37 am
stole, he tried to reinvent the story to create a grounds to recover back from the family the money that they gathered from other sources. again, this is murdaugh logic. so in murdaugh world, if i lied about the cause of the fall, there never should have been a claim in the first place. never should have been a payment of $4.3 million and there would never have been money for me to steal. somehow in his mind, that squares his financial crimes but it defies all common sense and at the end of the day in legal claims that lack common sense don't go very far. these claims didn't go far as well. >> dana: what would a successful outcome of this look like to you? >> for the family that he be convicted on all the financial crimes. i think now it's all the more important we have that back stop because there is a real threat, if there was malfeasance with the jury in the murder case,
6:38 am
that's a threat to that conviction. it is all the more important to the satterfield's and the state of south carolina that these financial crime convictions take place so that we have that solid back stop even if there was something untoward that happened in the murder case. >> bill: back in march when the conviction came down from that jury, deliberated for three hours. a lot of people thought this case was decided and apparently it is not, is it? >> it really is not. the most recent matter filed by murdaugh, i have to say is a serious matter. if it is true that the madam clerk herself entered that jury room and influenced the jurors in their deliberations about alex or his testimony that would be highly improper and it would be grounds for a new trial. that's a matter to be determined by the court. but it is a very serious matter that warrants investigation. so again, all the more important that we proceed with all due
