this fund will last longer if it is a pro tracked strike and only picketing at certain plants at a time. the auto makers have warned there could be a ripple effect to the strike. if one plant shuts down, it makes parts for another plant, it could force them to close down another plant that receives items from those other facilities. so that is going to be something to look for if this strike lasts days, weeks or even months. >> coming up, interviewing mary barra. >> he's getting ready for that interview. >> coming up, announced tickets go on sale today. my book comes out november 7th how america got great. if you want to get tickets, sponsored by fox nation 2. new jersey and alabama right after the patriot awards and

state of texas is trying to hold the line on their own without the help of federal government. this video out of el paso, the texas national guard continues to use razor wire and physical man power trying to block migrants in the middle of the river trying to cross into the united states enmass. you can see a different approach from the state of texas, very different from what the federal government is doing where just letting people in and mass releasing them. the border patrol union tweeted out yesterday that dhs officials are referring to the mass street releases as freedom runs and border patrol agents are told to prioritize processing and releasing the migrants over patrolling and enforcing our border. back to you. >> freedom runs? that is a first i have heard that. bill, real quick by the way, these are live look at eagle pass from our drone there of our fox flight team.
5:47 am
that exchange between the one illegal and the cbp, can i go to chicago, you can go wherever you want and do what you want. that is staggering, but what do we know about what is next. are they keeping track of these people, notice to appear, these freedom runs, where do they end up? >> so typically these people are released with a notice to appear on your own. they're going to have a court date but because of how backlogged they are, they are three or four or five years in the future. those people are not looking to stay in the border towns. they're going to travel across the country. some people probably heading to new york city. as this is just a non stop flow at the border guys. >> freedom runs. and that's what they call them. thank you for your reporting. really appreciate it. staggering stuff. still ahead, a full slate of games set to kick off on fox this sunday.

psoriasis really messes with you. try. hope. fail. no one should suffer like that. i started cosentyx®. five years clear. real people with psoriasis look and feel better with cosentyx. don't use if you're allergic to cosentyx. before starting get checked for tuberculosis. an increased risk of infection, some serious and a lowered ability to fight them may occur. tell your doctor about an infection or symptoms or if you had a vaccine or plan to. tell your doctor if your crohn's disease symptoms develop or worsen. serious allergic reaction may occur. best move i've ever made. ask your dermatologist about cosentyx®.

community suffers, at general motors, for every one job it supports six other jobs in the economy. that's why we're at the table and the uaw leadership back to the table to get this resolved. we need to make sure we have the investment to win in ev's and we're poised to do that, so every day is important. >> that's the corporate side. this marks the first time employees for ford, gm and stellantis have walked out at the same time. joe biden expected to deliver remarks this morning. keep it locked to fox news for the updates. >> now back down to georgia, the wake for the warriors event is taking place to support wounded heros. >> joey jones is here again. hey joey. >> hey guys, listen, i came here for wake for warriors that gets us out on the water doing things we didn't think we could do. i was on the water surfing,

5:55 am
just like that. right there. >> that is awesome. so that's a little scarier than you think. >> it is higher than what you think. especially sitting or standing but that drop is a heck of a drop. >> when he got me out it a while ago, the drop scared me. >> that's the problem, some people go nose first if you don't lean back and just ride the wave. you're going to go nose first. >> austin looks almost peaceful right now. like he has a calm look on his face and that's how i felt with the engine and wave it felt peaceful. >> and you are focusing on you getting better. it doesn't have to be anything in particular. it doesn't have to be surfing or wakeboarding. you are working on focusing on being better. everything else around us goes away. that is why it is so peaceful man. >> how does it feel to be out here teaching other guys like austin to do this? >> i'm blessed to be out here. i met dave in 2012 and he took
5:56 am
me in. and to see you get up in two minutes and it took me two weekends to get up. helping you get up in two minutes was awesome. >> tony is awesome, dave is awesome. austin can ride the wave for a while. back to you guys. brian back to you. we're going to keep riding waves. >> thank you joey. that is awesome, i agree. good job guys and enjoy the rest of the day. meanwhile, wakeforwarriors.org. week two in the nfl. a full slate of games, including a show down between two young quarterbacks and falcons and parkers. kenny albert starting his 30th season with fox will be calling that game. kenny, great to see you. does it feel like 30 years? >> good to see you too brian.
5:57 am
it doesn't feel like 30 years. feels like the first game in 94 was yesterday. great to be here in atlanta. should be a great game on sunday. >> first off, when you look at the packers, jordan love seemed to step in like he was playing for years. >> history has repeated itself. aaron rodgers sitting in green bay and gets his opportunity. jordan love sits behind rodgers for three years and now gets his opportunity as the packers started. he played well in the win over the bears last sunday. i spoke to the head coach and he is so impressed what he saw from love not only in the game but over the last three years during training camp, pre-season, the amount of information he's taken in. sitting behind rodgers, so impressed with how he called the protections and setting up the offensive line and so much more. he's doing well and on the road

this week in atlanta. >> that's the 1:00 game. colts and textians. everyone has the h49ers in supe bowl already. your thoughts on the rams? >> they pulled off the impressive victory two years ago and they have about 40 new players who weren't on the team for that super bowl run. you know, it's certainly forehead coach mcviegh, he's integrating a lot of new players in the rams line up. 49ers one of the top contenders as well. i was in jacksonville for the colts and -- colts play this week. he'll go up against another one of the young quarterbacks. that should be a fun one for the fans to watch as well. >> giants fans can't get over how they were beaten by the
5:59 am
cowboys on sunday night. is this a must win against the cardinals? >> that was a rough one for the giants, falling behind and things snowballed against dallas, looking 40-0. it is a huge stretch for the giants. they play two games in five days on the west coast. they play the cardinals and then a thursday game against the 49ders but i think they can bounce back, going up against the arizona team rebuilding. daniel jones and barkley. good offensive weapons on the giants squad. we saw them make it to the playoffs last year. big stretch for them though with the two games out west in five days. >> i know your book is coming out soon and can't wait to read it. congratulations on everything. we'll have you back to talk about it. thank you. >> thank you brian. appreciate it. >> and guys, if you are looking for lawrence jones tomorrow, you know where he is? >> he'll be with us on "fox &
