>> gun charges is this all there is or more to come? >> there's more to come. the walls are closing in on joe biden right now. the dominoes are starting to fall. we talked about this, the opinion piece in the washington post, we knew it was going to start falling apart, and then we have nancy pelosi who is a very smart woman who is able to say very clearly that, you know, joe biden is the greatest. kamala is the greatest. instead she refuses to say that kamala harris is the best running mate for joe biden. okay? then you have another statement made this morning that this has now become a real serious discussion about joe's age and his mental acuity. okay. but now we've got the first time in american history that a president's son has indicted. he's been indicted for something that is very much approvable crime. it is a matter of record, the public record. he's made admissions in the book, three counts to this indictment, adding up to 25

years. however, those 25 years if he were to be convicted of all three lying on the forum, lying to the person he bought the gun from and actually possessing the gun while he was under the influence of drugs, the sentence would be -- the sentences would be run concurrently. that's means he's never going to get 25 years, and as a first offender, it is probably not going to be anything even near the highest charge or the lowest which is five years. however, what is stunning about all this is there was absolutely nothing preventing this indictment from being issued five years ago or four years and 11 months ago. the fact that david weiss now has special prosecutor status hasn't given him any additional powers that he didn't already have. this indictment is in delaware where hunter lives, where the crime was committed. david weiss has always had the power in that particular place. now, the whistle-blowers are the ones who really opened this thing up to us because joe biden

has been lying. you actually do get it. it's his son. he loves him. my son has done nothing wrong. we pretty much expect every parent to say that kind of thing, but this is not the end of it, by any -- by any stretch of the imagination. this is one count that is just the door opener, and what will come now, given the kind of -- you see what's happening with the press. now what we've got are even democrats, like nancy pelosi kind of saying, you know, who knows. there's a real serious discussion. the flood waters are coming in. the next will be on the tax indictment. okay? you cannot do an indictment of the taxes and hunter biden without investigating joe. >> uh-huh. >> as they investigate joe, more information is going to come out about -- as they investigate hunter, more will come out about joe. now weiss saying it was not his decision. whistle-blowers coming forward. we've got everything now in a

for me politically what next. now you have joe biden who will probably go to the beach this weekend, right, or somewhere, maybe camp david. he will be with his family. does he start to make the decision -- does anybody start to talk to him about what we're actually seeing? i don't know. maybe he doesn't want to hear it. maybe no one in his circle is able to tell him directly. maybe that's why these messages are coming from outside. someone could say sir, we need to have a serious conversation. does it open up a position where joe biden would say i have accomplished so much, look at all i have done, i've done what i said i would do. my son is being hunted by the republicans. and it's unfair. and he's in recovery. and i love him. and i'm going to pardon him, and i'm going to step down from running for reelection. that's a real possibility and something that would be amazing to cover. it also could be completely untrue. greg: yeah. i once went to camp david, but he was busy doing a drag show. the president. and they don't often prosecute this because it is really hard to prove because most people don't confess to being on drugs and buying guns. only hunter is dumb enough to pull that off. so you're right, though. now everyone says it is okay to talk about joe biden. >> yep. >> but they don't know what to say because in the democratic party, you have to say the same thing as everybody else. if you don't say the same thing as everybody else, you're ostracized. so everyone's kind of feeling around in the dark. is it okay if we talk badly about kamala? is it report if we mention joe biden's age? it is fun to watch because usually they are so militantly disciplined in their messaging. this is -- they are spazing. it is very entertaining. the bank records is where it will be. they will go after hunter's and joe's. the offshore is where the action is. you can move money from an offshore account to an offshore account. irs has no clue. not even the irs whistle-blowers are going to find it. you have to find the offshore. greg: i wish i knew that

earlier. >> right. greg: tulsi, i think the real fear is not that joe is incapacitated. they don't care as long as he wins. they don't care if he's a vegetable. they fear he's going to lose especially with impeachment looming. what do you think? >> this is bigger than joe biden. this is why we're seeing what we're seeing. they are thinking this guy could actually lose. which means the democratic elite, the power elite, they lose. this is why you see a transition here, will it be kamala harris or somebody else? people are talking about biden's accomplishments. in that piece, he said biden's accomplished so much. he's done all these things. his greatest accomplishment was he beat donald trump. that was a few years ago. you have hillary saying look at what biden's gotten done. when we actually what he's looked at what he's gotten done, the reality is our country is worse off now than when he took office. there's a whole laundry list of things that we can get into. i have written down about 10 of

them, without even scratching the surface. but most seriously, he's gotten us into a new cold war and a hot proxy war with russia that's increased the likelihood of nuclear catastrophe. we just saw how he has pushed russia and north korea directly into each other's arms, increasing the threat coming from north korea directly to the american people, international security. our borders have been handed over to the cartels. our cities have been handed over to the criminals. parents rights are being threatened with regard to their child education. the list goes on and on. it is not a hard argument to make to voters about why joe biden's presidency or frankly any of the democrats they could pick to replace him could end up pushing our country to a place that is dangerously beyond repair. greg: you made that great point is that president biden's greatest accomplishment as president was being president. there's nothing else. >> just walking in the door. greg: just walking in the door, that's amazing. >> he's a lock on the white house door. he's just keeping trump out of

fight for school choice racist. >> those same words that you heard in terms of wanting segregation post brown v. board of education, those same words you hear today. i was talking to southern poverty law center, and they showed me the same words, choice, parental rights, and attempt to divide parents versus teachers, and that point it was white parents versus other parents. but it's the same kind of words. >> and another big teachers union boss is causing controversy. chicago teachers union president is defending her choice to send her son to a private school, despite bashing school choice as racist in the past. >> you've likened in the past private schools of today to, quote, segregation academies of the jim crow south.

why then send your child to a private school? >> i didn't speak out against private schools. i spoke out against school choice. school choice and private schools are two different entities. >> you chose to take your child out of public school for a sports program at a private school. why not afford that nuance to the families? they want the same choice that you were able to afford to give to your child. >> number one, i have three children. and all three children have attended public school, and my youngest two are still public school students. >> that was some interesting fancy footwork to try to get out of that one. >> greg: to be fair, private schools in chicago are a lot like the public schools. they just have nicer metal-detectors. i love stacy gates saying she wasn't speaking out against private schools. but school choice because choice can be bad. for example she shouldn't have chosen to get [inaudible] because she's an idiot. you can't send your kids to private school without choice. if parental rights are

scores. when people talk about school choice, a lot of black parents get me out of here, so i can give my son or daughter an opportunity that they're not having right now. and it's not white parents that want to bring their white kids out of black schools. it is just white parents that want to go to better schools. that's all it is. for you to say, you know what? no one else should have school choice, but i should go to private school. it is the same thing with covid. i am better than you. i'm allowed to go to the laundry. okay? i'm allowed to get my hair done. it doesn't matter what you look like. i need to look good. i need to eat well. same thing with private schools. the obamas did it. all the politicians do it. it is snobbery. >> right now, virginia is really the center of the political universe for the next month where the governor of virginia really won based on school and this whole issue of parental rights and making the schools better. there you have randi weingarten because they can't defend it on the merits, they are going after

the racist segregationist argument, but they are doing it also in virginia. that's where she is. >> yeah, no kidding. you know, it's what we're seeing across the country. you know, you're exactly right. consistently poll after poll shows that black parents overwhelmingly support school choice over white parents, and it is because they're very concerned about how their kids are being failed in schools. i heard it -- i can't even tell you how many parents came up to me as i was campaigning in 2020 in south carolina, parents who were deeply concerned about their children receiving a failing education. they can't afford to put them in private school. you know, both parents are working two jobs. they can't homeschool their kids. they have no other option but the public school, and saying how is it that others who have means have this choice, but we as parents do not and how hard that must be as a parent to accept. the other thing is, just the blatant hypocrisy of them accusing those of us who support school choice and parental rights of being racist as though

>> yes. >> then you also have the shutdowns which killed supply chains. and then when we opened things up, it blew up inflation, and then they printed and spent trillions of dollars. here we are with $4 gas almost again. two major things that will affect this election, standard of living. under trump average household income $78,000 a year. that's highest it's been ever. now, 74,000. three years in a row, incomes have gone down in the united states. you can't spin that. all right? people see their bank accounts. you have quality of life. you go to the airport, chaos. you walk around, crime. you see the migration crisis. you see the homelessness. you can feel your quality of life deteriorating. now, i don't see a problem where ordering off the kids' menu. sometimes the options on the kids' menu are more appetizing. sometimes they have a mac and cheese that looks much better than a pork loin and all you want is carbs. forget about saving money.

committee. >> what should happen? >> you know, i mean, she should face whatever the consequences are the ethics committee reviews and gives to her. but i think there are some bigger issues with aoc, some of which she alluded to in this clip where she's talking about the threat to our democracy being corruption, but she and her friends and allies, they pose a very serious threat to our democracy because they believe that the end justifies the means in their attempt to achieve this utopian world, so much so that they're willing to curtail our rights and freedoms. you know, they talked about fox news in april, demanding conservative media fox news be regulated and censored. you might remember they advocated for a public blacklist of all trump supporters to get them fired or so that their employees would face consequences for their employees' political views. i mean, the danger of the things that these people led by aoc are advocating for should be very concerning and taint everything else that she is saying.
