shannon, great to see you this morning it was unclear especially after the texas house had voted to pass these articles forward to the senate. but texas ag kim paxton was acquitted what do you say about it? >> think about that in the texas house 67 of republicans backed this impeachment moving forward and remember his wife is a state senate not allowed to vote in proceedings shrine sideline this thing was sticky involving friends and real estate investors all kinds of allegations but you're right you had to get it a certain number of votes and they didn't even get close on these allegations and kim paxton is swinging this is an odd thing that split the gop there in texas. it was the house speaker who is a republican who is taking a ton of heat from paxton and his allies who said, you know, basically, you know, his supporters have said it is rhinos establishment people that were trying to bury him.
