10:13 am
zelenskyy, get dirt on biden or we're not going to give you the funding you're supposed to get from the united states. so you had a very clear cut, strong evidence that went directly to high crimes and misdemeanor issues, abuse of power of the presidency in order to benefit himself. there's nothing like that even remotely so far in what's been produced with respect the hunter biden and these other allegations that the republicans are trying to trump up now, pardon the pun. mike: all right. i want to show you some numbers from the fox news poll on if joe biden has the mental a soundness to serve. it has dropped to 36% yes, 61% no. that must be alarming all democrats heading into election season, no? >> yeah, you know, i think the bottom line is the ageism piece, i think, is going to give way as we get to the general election. because biden's going to be the nominee for the democrats, trump's going to be the nominee for the republicans. and the united states, the more than voters are going to decide

who they'd rather have in charge of the government and of the country. i think president biden beat donald trump before, i think he's going to beat him again. i think he's got a strong record of accomplishments not only from the last congress where you had the chips bill, the infrastructure bill and trying to rebuild the crumbling economy, you've got the legislation that tried to address -- took some steps to address gun violence, the push to restore reproductive rights that the supreme court took away. there's a lot of issues where president biden is on the right side of this and has strong accomplishments. it's a direct contrast to president trump to who, i think, is halfway to jail. and i think he'll be convicted and incarcerated over, in 20 a 25. mike: well, we will follow those legal charges and those cases as they move forward, and we'll follow the election as well. man ivy of the great state of maryland, thank you for your time, sir. on "fox news sunday,"
