diamonds. >> the come back of american evil. plus, we go to brown. ♪ >> jesse: actor and xhomd russel brand has been accused of sexual assault. saturday, three separate british news organizations published allegations of rape, sexual assault and abuse against the british star. roerters spoke to four accusers that knew him between 2006 and 2013. one said she was 16 when he assaulted her. they aired a documentary saturday that included interviews with the four women. some of the women were portrayed by actors or had their voices changed. primetime is unfamiliar

promiscuous. at the height of his career, he was also an addict. throughout his life, he abused heroin and alcohol and he owned up to that. he was married to katy perry at one point. the marriage lasted a little over a year, after their divorce he told vogue he was controlling and she knows the real truth about russel which she's keep locked. he said it was a chaotic time in his life. additional allegations are pouring out. deadline, reports that russel brand was dropped as a judge from a comedy central show in 2018 after he was accused of being a sexual predator on set. commercial interests reacted swiftly to the scandal. he has been dropped by his talent agency and his publisher. he says this is all a coordinated attack against him and denies all of the allegations. over the past few years,

coming forward and channel 4 in tandem with the sunday times who did a big expose', actually he addressed it in a standup the day the documentary dropped, seemed to have good reception for the crowd he performed in front of. one of the alleged victims, 16 years old. this is a woman who said she was of the age of consent, that russel called her the child. they had a semi relationship a few months, and there was one occasion where russel had hired a chauffeur through the bbc to drive her from her house to his house and in the course of that drive, the chauffeur must have noticed she was under age, still going to school, he turned to her, said please don't go in there. i have a daughter who is about your age, i would not want to see something like this happen to her. that was indication to her he knew exactly what had been going on. the other woman, one of

his accusers said their incident happened in months following his divorce from katy perry in 2010. and the details are pretty horrifying, saying he pinned her against a wall, raped her, that she had tried to fight him off but he resisted. she said she actually went to a rape clinic in santa monica the following day, which has all been corroborated by the way, never went to the police because she claimed she did not want her name being dragged through the mud. so you have a number of women that came forward who felt comfortable coming forward but not necessarily to the police. metropolitan police worth noting said they were aware of these sexual assault allegations only through the media. they had never received any reports themselves directly of these accusers. >> jesse: these reporters contacted everybody to kind of start the story. we don't know what happened, we want to say we have absolutely no clue

to pursue corruption, hunter biden's lawyers have sued the irs for embarrassing him. they claim his confidential tax information has been exposed and you know how much hunter hates being exposed. irs whistle-blower joseph ziegler joins me now. joseph, when you hear as an agent about diamonds, what kind of alarm bells does that set off? >> jesse, thank you so much for having me. so when it comes to diamonds, anything that is given to someone, what we would look to in a normal investigation is how did that person receive that diamond, what was the purpose for them receiving the diamond. was it a gift, a loan, or for services rendered. those would be things we would look into. >> jesse: when you see a chinese company purchase $23 million in diamonds, 18 different transactions, does that make you suspicious of anything?

>> yes. so i don't want to speak to any of the -- anything that that might be, what i can tell you is a normal investigation, what we would do is try to trace back that transaction, try to figure out where this came from. we would interview witnesses, we would do all sorts of things to establish why that diamond was given to someone. >> jesse: cyprus. what reputation does cyprus have? >> so i don't know any of the exact. i know of cyprus, cyprus has come up as part of investigations within the irs. i can't speak to any specifics of cyprus. >> jesse: you can't talk about the reputation of that island with regards to taxes, money laundering? >> i can't speak to any of the specifics of that on this area. >> jesse: okay. i'm going to leave that at

that. joseph, now your agency is being sued by hunter biden. when you heard about that lawsuit, what went through your mind? >> yeah, i think that the biden family attorneys have given up on arguing the facts any more and now have decided their best defense is to muzzle us and intimidate us and it is not going to work. we're not, we won't be muzzled and we're not going to distract from the mountains of evidence coming forward for the house ways and means committee that they're uncovering daily. they're trying to distract from recent testimony by irs employees that establish two things, most recently, that being that the d.c., district of d.c., that president biden, u.s. attorney declined to partner with bringing charges in that district and that president biden appointed u.s. attorney in the

south carolina without a pilot. the pentagon lost track of the jet yesterday after there was a problem with the equipment, and the pilot had to eject from the cockpit, but the jet was still on auto pilot. for the last 24 hours, the pentagon has been searching for the missing f35. the department of defense even asked for help from us, the public. please help us locate our missing $100 million plane. and moments ago, we got word that wreckage has been located in south carolina. joining me now, u.s. air force veteran, former fighter pilot james murphy. was this a stealth jet? >> yeah, it was, jesse. f35b i believe, the marine corps variant of the f35. so it is a stealth fighter. >> jesse: it was on auto pilot, it is stealthy, we couldn't see it on radar, we were just looking around up in the sky to maybe get lucky? >> well, you know, we haven't heard anything officially from the marine

corps nor should we expect to hear anything really soon as the investigation is under way, but maybe what i would suspect is the flight leader probably had his transponder on, this might have been the wing man which typically is not squawking if you will. if it is a stealth fighter, we're not going to see that airplane. if the pilot ejected, his wing man, flight lead is supposed to do rest cap over the area, if the f35 was on auto pilot, maybe even not on auto pilot but under power, their plane will trim for 1g or auto pilot will take over. if the debris field is really the jet, it flew for another 80 miles which it can easily do. >> jesse: did it run out of gas or just slow down? >> i don't know. i don't think we know that right now. i would just be guessing at this point. >> jesse: okay. so ejecting from the cockpit of an f35, what

does that feel like? >> well, anytime a pilot ejects, it is a pretty traumatic event. within milliseconds you've got rocket under your rear end, you're going vertically 30 plus gs into 200, maybe 300 knot airspace, so, you know, it is a real smack in the face. never ejected from a jet, had a few of my friends who have told me about the sequence and it is quite a roller coaster ride for sure, probably one you and i, jesse, wouldn't want to take. >> jesse: sometimes on the five i wish i had an ejector seat. maybe make me one of those in the back room. thank you very much for your expertise. we are glad the mysterious jet has hopefully been located. >> i hope so. >> jesse: evil in america. a psychological investigation ahead.

worker was viciously attacked during a robbery over the weekend. a group of six attacked the store, most were ransacking shelves, one of them targeted the woman behind the counter, repeatedly pommelling her with punches and kicks. here's the beaten store clerk. >> i know it is always, a reminder it can happen. but i never thought that i would be attacked the way i was attacked. i don't know if it is just kids don't seem to fear anything any more. they don't -- there's no repercussions for them the way there used to be. >> jesse: dr. katherine coleman, clinical psychologist, joins me now. this is evil. but evil needs to be nourished. this didn't just happen overnight. how did something like this happen in the united states? >> i mean, you're right. the behaviors we just saw on the videos, people don't go 0 to 60. that started probably at a young age. kids don't just start out

by murdering people or beating them to a bloody pulp, they start by shoplifting, skipping school, not being disciplined for getting poor grades or bullying their little sister or their brother. this comes from lack of oversight from parents, lack of discipline from teachers in schools, police officers being fearful of arresting kids, prosecutors not wanting to prosecute crimes. kids learned they can get away with this. >> jesse: they are getting away with it and we're seeing the results now. does this phone have anything to do with it, the numbness that you experience when you can attack people over this thing and not feel like you're doing any harm? >> i don't think there's any doubt that technology and social media has been a bit of a did he say perimeter to society. you know, kids with social media get instant gratification. they don't have to wait to see if their good behavior will result in something they want, they'll get it

right away. with social media comes desensitization to violence. kids have access to literally anything they want to look up. so they're seeing images like this through social media and youtube videos, through people they follow, through video games, what have you. and they're thinking that looks fun, might try it myself. >> jesse: is this a way to show off? it is a snuff film, when you film someone being murdered, it is a snuff film. do you think this maybe gave them clout? >> i hope not. i would hate to live in society where something like that would give somebody clout but it probably did. they probably thought they were doing something cool, that they were being bad and they were being good and other people would look at them, want to do what they did because they were doing the same thing with somebody else, they probably idolized somebody that did something similar, thought they could do the same thing. >> jesse: so the kids, i'm sure they'll catch the other guy, the one guy that's already nabbed will

it has been almost 60 years since john f. kennedy's assassination, still searching for answers. there have been countless investigations, a commission led by chief justice earl warren. they reached the same conclusion, he was shot by a so-called magic bullet. >> the bullet is slightly flattened with a cone of lead missing from the rear end. could such a bullet have penetrated a human neck, human torso, a wrist and thigh and emerged in this condition? >> what do you think these tests have indicated here? >> well, i think they very strongly show that this one bullet couldn't have caused all the wounds. >> jesse: the theory is the first bullet that

struck jfk passed through the president and hit john connelly in multiple places. what if after all this time we learn the magic bullet wasn't so magic. that's what former secret service agent paul landis is insinuating in his memoir the final witness. he was feet away from the former president when he was shot. he was assigned to protect the first lady, jackie o, was riding with the presidential motorcade. when shots rang out, he sprang into action. in the chaos, he says he found a bullet lodged into the seat of jfk's limo and dug it out. not sure what to do with it, he pocketed the intact bullet before heading to the hospital. there he placed it on his stretcher where he claims it fell off, landed with the texas governor where it was later found. the warren commission would assume the bullet fell out of governor connelly and so sprung the magic bullet theory.

if the bullet that hit his throat was found in the car, does that mean there were more than three shots fired that day? and was there a second shooter? former secret service agent paul landis joins me now. so paul, why did you grab the bullet? >> well, at the time i was worried that it would disappear and that a souvenir hunt er or somebody would pick it up and take it. >> jesse: why are you coming forward now after all this time? >> just happened. i reached the point where i had not talked about the bullet. i had not read any -- i did not read the warren commission until four years ago. i just accepted the fact that whatever they were talking about, a magic bullet, i figured they had

to have it right. nobody ever questioned me. nobody ever called me over 60 years. >> jesse: do you believe there was another shooter besides oswald that day? >> not yet, no, nothing changed my mind to think that there's another shooter. i heard the first shot. turned and looked over my right shoulder where the sound came from. turned back, i looked to president kennedy. he was leaning slightly to his left and he had his arms raised up towards his throat. but i just thought -- i thought the first shot had hit him. but i'm quickly scanning around and then a few seconds later this very short period of time i heard a second shot.
