voters don't want it which is a plus for those of us who want to save the country because a lot of democrats would be open to the idea of going with somebody like donald trump or anybody else other than what they see right now on the tv screens. the real problem for democrats right now is the window is starting to close for them in terms of getting rid of joe biden and replacing them with somebody else. >> sean: go into more detail about that because you are right. calendar is very different. >> in a matter of months we are going to start looking -- we are looking at a situation where democrats are not going to be able to put somebody else on the ballot if joe biden for the next two or three months that he is still going to run. absolute catastrophe for them if they try to decide something after the fact.

rolling on the biden family syndicate. i know that you have been hot on the heels of tracing where, if you remember in the twin 1023 form the conversation and the trusted fbi informant. take you ten years to figure out how i paid it. are we getting closer now to finding that $10 million? >> there are some specific transactions that the fbi first learned about a few years ago rather than the time that this ten tank three form was filed by this trusted informant. target a specific transaction about $10 million in the time frame that we are talking about. i don't know yet if anybody has make a connection to joe biden, but there is information available from the fbi, i have not nailed down for short, and now congress, we will see if congress wants to trace the roots of that money. and up some weight helping joe biden ended biden family, just a question that remains to

be answered. there is a money trail that has at least made investigators curiosity, and i think that is wanted to questions. the difference between the tax return and the financial disclosures. these financial disclosures give you broad categories, 50,000, 50, there's a lot of leeway. they are not very precise on the financial disclosure forms. much more precise when you file your taxes. can describe the discrepancy, but the money trail is very important. follow the money, and we're going to follow the evidence. that is where you know what happened including what did hunter biden do if the money that way into his account as well. >> sean: one of the grandkids deserve the money as james comey has been pointing out. the tense and millions of dollars. thank you. hunter biden is now lashing out with the government whistle-blowers who sounded the alarm over the alleged special treatment that he received from

the doj and fbi. hunter's lawyers are filing a lawsuit against the irs that alleges that the whistle-blowers violated the internal revenue code by "engaging and a campaign to publicly smear a hunter." hunter is actually trying to smear a. irs says that it's not comment on pending litigation. seeking $1,000 in damages for each time his tax information was improperly received. what is hold up in court? we ask jonathan charlie. i find it interesting, first thing i will say is that hunter has going for him is abbe lowell who i respect as one of the top d.c. attorneys. agree with that? >> yeah, i think i do. >> sean: to me it seems like very clever debt they went after the irs is not the whistle-blowers individually. is there a legal reason for that?

i would think that if i'm one of the lawyers and 40 whistle-blowers will go after my got. i probably want discovery on hunter biden which will not work out well for him, would it? >> i can understand what he is doing. i don't think it is going to work. he is trying to take the shots for his client. under the federal law, the committee is allowed to make public tax information. in fact, senate reports according to this law goes into that public disclosure power and hear the committee invited the two whistle-blowers to a public hearing because he believed this information should be made public. does two whistle-blowers in the hearing went to great lengths to say that they were going to stay only within the confines of what they told the committee. they refused to answer a number of questions. i don't believe that abbe lowell has a strong case here. it will fall apart. he could get a sympathetic judge

on a trial, but i don't think he can hold this together on appeal. >> sean: so many questions, professor. why dig out light repeatedly about talking to his brother, signing, or anybody for that matter. why was he involved in all of these conversations with decent foreign business partners. why was the meeting some of them at the cafe milano. what does hunter offer at a time that they admit he was addicted to drugs. hunter admitted that he had no experience. why do getting tens and tens of millions of dollars, a lot if they coming from our top geopolitical photos. what did any biden at two for all of this money. what did hunter do, grandkids too, why all the shell companies. everybody keeps going with the liberal mantra, there is no evidence at all whatsoever. i'm not buying that there is no evidence. a lot of doors are open that indicate a lot of untold things happening here.

>> it is a case of willful blindness to say that there is no evidence. many in the media now rather belatedly admit that hunter biden was engaged in influenced pedaling. suggesting that he was selling access to his father, but they insist that is an illusion. all of these corrupt figures are just chumps, date fleeced for all of this money. how do you know that. that is the reason you have an impeachment inquiry. instead of revealing information that could clear up this information, the white house and hunter biden are resisting these efforts. that is why an impeachment inquiry is so important. this latest attack on the irs whistle-blower i discussed back in february when there is a meeting of the team planning a scorched earth campaign against witnesses. what is interesting about that meeting is that it was leaked to "the washington post." hunter biden's team wanted

witnesses to know that they were going to go after them. wanted them to note that they were going to go aggressive and target witnesses. that is what we have seen. sued the owner of the computer shop and an absolutely ridiculous countersuit where hunter biden is saying that he still can't confirm that this is actually his laptop or at these emails are authentic, but he claims that his privacy was invaded when he contents were revealed. how does that work. these are all efforts to attack witnesses, to draw them out financially, exposed them to litigation, but it is not going to work. this impeachment inquiry is on the road. he's going to be getting subpoenas, and he is going to have to answer question. the question that i have is why don't you want to answer those questions. why doesn't the president or hunter biden release some of these financial records, show it that this money didn't go to

apartment buildings, anyway you could eat the country ukraine. >> 20,000 kids. >> sean: you are told by a national security advisor to get the hell out of there. told you to not stay there because they knew that he was a top target. you stayed, taught me a lot about you. you could have bailed out. i'm sure you don't want to be 20 why did you stay? >> travel to places certainly from the outside have a certain narrative around them of unpredictability. i have had anxious moments at times, and this was very different in the sense that they immediately. a tremendous sense of hear heartbreak. don't feel like it is 40

ukrainian people and ukraine, it felt like that this was going to happen at this point in human history. i thought about my kids immediately. this was something that would affect them. i think it has. not anything like what is happening on the front lines and in a country where those people, of course, it is the amount of collateral damage is going to continue. economically, i think, psychosocial eat, and it is a real tipping point about a country that i love also. are we going to hold on to the great aspiration. something that we do share in terms of the origin of this country's ideal, or are we going to let it go.

it is extremely fragile right now. >> sean: we talked about this the last time and i'm going to give you news that you probably don't want to hear, but probably already know is true. conservatives report this country that this conflict has dropped and we have discussed some of the reasons the last time you were here. one is europe has not stepped up, they are consonant and they needed to do more from day one. and he states flooding ukraine with -- culminating recently with a $500 million earmarked for green energy in ukraine. that is the last thing that is important in ukraine right now, green energy. survival is the most important. that paces off so many people in this country. veterans that are homeless, all of these people that need help

in our country and we are spending money on green energy and ukraine? that is asinine. here's the other part, europe is not doing their part, we are paying the bulk up the money. it is a proxy war between us and vladimir putin which is what it evolves into. joe biden did something that really infuriated me. that was when he vetoed the 28 megs. he did veto it. here we go again. we start wars we politicize them and that we say it never mind and tough luck to the people who in those wars and left her legs on the battlefield. americans have had it with that. once i saw that joe was not into it, it should have allowed him to have the migs. europe has to go all in and you

have to find a war to win a war. denying that what bernie and that moment was critical just infuriated me. >> there are many elements at play. i don't know what to say that president biden was the dominant voice in that. later he did say he did not feel that they needed them at some point. i think that whether it is republican, democrat, or anything in between, and i am not a political analyst, but as an observer i would say that i'm very confident that whichever party might support decisive action, complete action, it would be a political, not to mention a principal one. by action i mean to give them everything they need now rather

than bit by bit. eventually it is not the political will to send u.s. troops there, nor the desire of the ukraine and to have troops there. president zelenskyy says very passionately that they fought too many wars, died in too many wars. we don't need them to fight h here. what we will do, republican or democrat over the long-term is that we will give everything it takes short of u.s. troops on the ground there. we should do it now because the only difference is death and destruction. more death and destruction. more psychological damage. inevitably a war that will come to our shores in terms of deaths. i would like to see, i have never voted republican, i am unlikely to ever vote repu
