4:04 pm
friday through sunday alone. yeah, 4000 migrants. to get a sense of what this means a perspective here. remember, the authors vineyard bleeding hearts couldn't deal with 50 illegals who were sent there. that was too much. fast track them over to boston. a democrats idea of addressing the border crisis is to just make it worse. kathy hochul in new york is calling in the national guard but only to help deal with what she calls case management. i.e., getting them there work permits as soon as possible. in practice by the white, the work permits in the protective status, that amounts to permanent and esteemed we talked about last week with stephen miller. it's all being done without a single vote cast. all done by executive fiat. how diabolical these people are. the white house sabotages the border so they can then come in and force amnesty on millions

to address the crisis that they created. again, all foisted upon the american public without their approval. nobody wants this. all right, now you're wondering what may be crying? this photo. my records in the biting globalists treat our border patrol like sacrificial lambs. this is what happens to the brave men and women were actually trying the very best to protect us under impossible circumstances. it makes you cry for them, it makes you weep for our country. democrats wanted us all to believe that january 6 was really almost the end of america. there were some criminals we talked about at the time who needed prosecuting for sure that day. nothing compares to the coast-to-coast devastation that is being caused by biden's purposeful opening of our border. illegals committing violent crimes, even murder. others busted for dui. like this upstanding

that's my personal belief. we need to hold them accountable. >> do you think this issue which you are running on, you want to retake your seat, you lost it in 2022. you think this issue is enough to propel you back into the house of representatives? >> it's not just the border issue that's important for the people of south texas. also the economy. 61 percent of americans are living paycheck to paycheck. the people of south texas don't have the money that they had 4 years ago under the trump administration. they were able to provide for themselves and their children. that's not the case right now. they are living paycheck to paycheck. the struggle is built for the people of south texas and in general for the entire country. it's not just the border, it's the economy as well and that's why were seeing hispanics every single day walking away from the democrat party that no longer represent our

conservative values as well as faith, family and hard work. that is who we are. >> congresswoman, thank you so much for joining us for giving us that photo. we appreciate that. remember, back towards the trump administration the angle to its own investigative reporting on eagle pass in the del rio border section. this was before trump's remaining new mexico policy was put into place. it was before title 42 or you could turn people around at the border. 4 years ago we told you this. cartels or using the number of people being smuggled. the human smuggling to distract border patrol from intervening in the drug smuggling which of course is far more lucrative for the cartels more deadly for americans. today, the sun family migrants

4:12 pm
border what's the most important thing that the american people are not being told through the traditional media about what's happening there? >> i've been here numerous times. i'll tie the one thing that stands out, this is the worst i've ever seen it.it's come one come all. this border is wide open. wide open. we have thousands of people crossing every day. 223,000 the month of august. 11,000 across the border just yesterday. there 5000 on the other side of this bridge i'm standing underneath. right now ready to come across the border. the come across tonight. there come across all day. this is a national security crisis. for people coming from 120 countries from efferent afghanistan and iraq and all the places that want to do us harm. hundreds of people on the terror watch list. this is a potential public health disaster for us. the border patrol is telling me today the average one or more people or persons a day that drowned in the river on
4:13 pm
average. more than one a day. many little kids are drawn here. we have 300 people that are dying for the fentanyl crisis. there's a whole much people crossing the border that have active tuberculosis. that's an absolute disaster for this country and public health disaster. what about the crime? border patrols telling me that 70 percent of the 223,000 across the border in august. 70 percent are unaccompanied adult males. it's only going to look around. we do our best to vet these people but they said for latino males a lot of these countries in central and south america to have tattoo on the face and neck is taboo. if you see someone with tattoo on their face and neck it's guaranteed these are criminals that have been in prison in countries they're coming from. we don't have any information about that. no information from their countries. the release them into our country. this is a disaster for our country. people are complaining, they can go to their local hospital because the hospitals were overwhelmed with migrants is crazy. it's absolutely insanity down here. >> again, the sheer numbers, they dropped the number late on friday. i think it's over 7 million people that they know of that have crossed the border and have been essentially waived into the united states.
4:14 pm
7 million. that's probably really about what? 10 to 11 million? we have no idea. they don't have any idea. given that number congressman, who's paying the bill? who's paying for this? >> we are paying the bill. these people are coming over here and don't have the authority to work. they go on welfare. our welfare state is growing financially. those are the only ones we know about. these are people in the guideways we have no idea appeared in this border patrol is almost completely focused on what's going on right here in this area that i'm standing in. there 60 miles border behind me. no one knows what's happening behind me. there drug traffickers and 6 traffickers crossing at will. this is the tip of the iceberg. just wait and see what happens in this country 3 to 4 to 5 years down the road whenever this chores in the cartel is set up all over the place. >> congressman, working to get to this later on in the shell. we are sending $100 billion we
4:15 pm
have sent to ukraine. 50 billion or so military aid and other aid. not sure were all of it has gone or how it's been spent. 60 minutes had an unbelievable report. working to get to this. were worried about ukraine's border. very worried to the extent we can spend $100 million. what a tripod, 5 million for the wall? we just don't care. this is the policy. this is an accident. this is what they want to happen to the united states of america. a medigap welfare. a lot of our etiquette weaved into work. half a million villains wetlands and they want millions to get instant work permits which is instant amnesty which doing an end run around you. >> our priorities could not be more screwed up. topic many overseas into

happen. biden does have the guts or the will to do it. he want to it. to tell you it's unfortunate this will not get fixed until we get a new commander-in-chief and a new head of state. >> we have senators that care about this as well. congressman, great to have you on the show and great to see you now, to what may be another disturbing aspect of the democrats immigration scheme. as the democrats are flinging open the border to migrants from countries like villains well. could they be discriminated against others from western europe who have legitimate grounds for asylum? consider this case the german couple who left their homeland 15 years ago after being fined for homeschooling their children. yeah, homeschooling is a crime there. the family says police strike their children out of their home and force them into a school. so the parents were worried their gonna lose custody and they fled to the united states seeking asylum. in 2014 after legal proceedings they said they were given the okay by officials here to
4:18 pm
remain. but then earlier this month they got a call from immigration officials basically tell them to pack their bags and get ready to leave. ã^ sorry i messing up their names. they join me now. great to see both of you. understand you have 2 weeks to return to the local immigration office, the ice office. then what? >> we are supposed to come back in 2 weeks from now to show our passports to be ready to move our family back to germany. >> are you watching this play out at the border of the united states or 500,000 villains wetlands have argument given work permits without any examination of their claims for asylum. no investigation at all of
4:19 pm
their claims. yet there being given temporary protective status. what you think about that? >> yeah, it's interesting. we try to do it the right way. we told get the right to stay here to immigrate for 15 years and it seems there are 2 faces to this administration. >> do you thank you're being discriminated against here because of your cultural views? your religious outlook? obviously it decided to homeschool your children because of concerns about government run schools. to think there's a double standard here at the very least? >> of course we don't know exactly the motivation they want us to leave the country right now. if that were the case and they want us to be deported because of homeschooling then there
4:20 pm
would be discrimination and that would be about things. america used to be a free country and people from all over the world immigrated here to seek freedom we initially got freedom. the got asylum granted by a judge in tennessee. and it was the administration at that time 12 years ago that revoked it and turned it down. we are sad that it happened. were hoping that there would be a change. >> i mean, it seems like your case, at least from everything i understand about your case and i read extensively about it seems like it's the classic case of persecution for your religious views. that is what asylum was designed for.
