or insurance company can bring in their own appraisers. when they put valuations out, that is stipulated in the contract. this goes to the heart of the larger argument that we are having in the country. do we have justice in america that has been weaponized and politicized. you had an attorney general, her whole platform. one family, trump family, one organization, the trump organization. the judge wants to take away control of this company, fine them $250 million and most absurd part of the valuation is the property down in florida, mar-a-lago. judge is saying it is valued between 18 and 26 million. i study these properties down in
5:39 am
mar-a-lago, ken griffith bought five homes in a row for $100 million each. there is not a single property that is under $400 million that has both inter-coastal and ocean way, as mar-a-lago. the judge is as more guilty than trump at having a phony valuation of that property. it is really sad what is happening here. you see a deck stacked against him and they are going after the one family for fulfilling the campaign promise. great tragedy and injustice. this can't keep happening, this is stuff of banana republic. you ask any appraiser in balm beach to put a value on mar-a-lago and should come out with valuations and there is not one under $400 million, that is
5:40 am
on low side and for the judge to say that is valued at 18 million is obscene. >> brian: what is his experience? it is just one guy. they made the conclusion and now start the trail. mar-a-lago makes 18 million annually and let alone worth $300 million. there is no popular, no insurance company, no construction company, there is no bank that said we got to get donald trump. when he was hosting "the apprentice" the deals were in place, where was the outrage? nowhere. >> sean: relevant point, banks were paid, insurance companies were paid, nobody is complaining
5:41 am
based on valuations the companies put forward here. back to this point, when you put in for a loan with a banking institution or you want to get an insurance policy, it is in the contract, it was in donald trump's contract and in the trump organization's contract, these are our valuations, but for the sake of your valuation, you must do your own due diligence and come up with your own valuation and that point, responsibility is on them, they have a fiduciary responsibility to get that number right. burden is not on the person applying. >> brian: when they do your taxes, accountants do emthis, last year they harassed their accountant to the point they gave up ownership of the taxes

and fining them $250 million and taking control of their property. what country does that sound like to you? doesn't look like anything american. horrible precedent. >> lawrence: another topic we want your thoughts on, what is happening on the house, it looks like the republicans are at each other's throat and didn't get 12 appropriations bills out, but were able to keep the government open. gaetz wants mccarthy gone, what is your read on this fight going on? >> sean: first of all, i wish it wasn't going on, if you take, lj, take the personalities out, what is frustrating watching this, talking to various people involved. okay, there is argument to be made, kevin mccarthy should have
5:44 am
gotten 12 appropriations bills done faster, they have four of them done. in the short term, there was a coalition put together by congressman chip roy and congressman byron donalds and the freedom caucus and got together with members of the coalition and came up with deal that would have had 8% cut in spending across the way, would have secured the border, and would have bought them time to finish the appropriations bill process and then if they all stood together, all 222, and they would then pass bills, then the pressure point would move from the house to senate when they move to conference. i rather see the pressure on mcconnell and chuck schumer than on house republicans. i want them to be the party of

different than jumping from an airplane. you jump from a balloon. the largest hot air balloon, 560,000 cubic feet. 560,000 basketball could fit inside this thing. we went up to 38,000 feet minus 50 dgs. all the mist rolling out. oxygen masks and beautiful and serene. you could look out and see the entire state of new mexico. took a deep breath. larry last thing he said was smooth, to be smooth, and then we did our formation and jumped out. it was george. >> tell me the preparation for breaking this record. >> we had a year of preparation. almost 100 jumps. some in california, some in florida. obviously we did multiple weeks of training in new mexico where we launched from. >> brandon, the jump is cool but this is all about charity. tell me about it. >> absolutely. i think that's probably the most

important thing to take away from this. we do these sort of things. back then my background i'm a air force parra rescue. we live by the motto so others may live. we're about taking care of others and here to do the charity jump for the special operations warrior foundation. we are going to raise a million dollars for this program. this is where we need your viewers. there are a lot of good, patriotic americans. special operation warrior foundation does something better than any other organization out there. they take care of the children of special operators killed in combat. that's important to us. if you ask anybody who has been over there with bullets flying what they think about is their family back home and who will carry on the legacy if they were to get killed? the mission doesn't stop when we save them or don't save them. children and everybody is left in the wake. it's why we're doing it and it is an incredible organization. we're happy to support it and we ask you guys to partner with us.
