after class. that bill says, end of fiscal year, have not done appropriations bill, government stays funded but we stay here around the clock until we do our job, that would take this shutdown politics stuff off the table. do that and focus on the legislation. if we need a continuing resolution or stopgap measure, i think it should go all the way to next year. the way the debt ceiling deal was done, if you do a spending bill, there is automatic cut that kicks in, incentive for us to get work done and focus on the approximatelies we want on 12 appropriations bills. that is the only strategy that makes sense. that funding bill, everyone voted for that, two-thirds of senate and house voted for that, joe biden signed it, it is something everyone supported. i think that is incentive to get
