>> welcome to the special edition of hannity. tonight a chilling a chapter from the thought police of the democratic party we always knew they were the authoritarian party now the authoritarian party is officially the democratic party. notorious loser clinton now calls for half the country to undergo a formal deprogramming. >> so many of those extremists take the marching orders from donald trump who has no credibility left by any mea measure, only in it for himself and now defending himself in civil actions and criminal actions in winter the break with him? because at some point maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the colts members with something needs to
6:02 pm
happen. >> camps? is that classes reeducation? make no mistake this is what most democrats believe hillary clinton just says it out loud something she has been known to do. watch. >> you can put half of trump supporters into a basket of deplorable's. [laughter] [applause] racist sexist islam a phobic you name it. unfortunately there are people like that. and he has lifted them up. >> the top democrats don't disagree politically they thank you are gross and dirty and evil not just hillary clinton listen to the president of the united states dehumanizing americans who don't support him.
6:03 pm
>> the threat to take us to a place we have never been now extreme not only with the legitimacy of past elections but elections being held now and in the future. >> they don't just threaten our personal rights of economic security better threat to our very democracy. >> donald trump and the maga republicans represent and extremism the threat is the very foundation of our republic. maga republicans do not respect the constitution or believe in the rule of law or recognize the will of the people. maga forces are determined to take the country backward. >> those hateful words are backed up with actions. according to a new report from newsweek, bidens fbi is now targeting trump supporters, maga
6:04 pm
republicans. shortly after biden inauguration the fbi bureau drafted a directive to categorize maga supporters under the acronym of antigovernment and tie authority violent extremism. one year later october 22 they added agave others meaning you are a threat. so they could drive a truck through their characterization of who was a threat to them and their power. another words as newsweek reports, trump and his army of supporters were acknowledged as a distinct category of extr extremist. even though they said publicly that was never part of the criteria to investigate or prevent domestic terrorism. not just a label.
6:05 pm
this designation helps the fbi surveillance investigate and target trump supporters. joining us now with reaction tammy bruce and former new york congressman. thank you for being here. does this surprise you with that kind of rhetoric on and on again? joe biden says what he says and hillary clinton says what she says now we learned about the targeting of the fbi. it's largely they control all these entities turning into action. >> it would. of course this is the natural trajectory of what she did with her basket of deplorable's. that was not off-the-cuff line. shoes the first during and israeli interviewed then in another private event and that was the third event where it was covered and made it on the internet. this was a written line. it was a theme. it was not an accident.
6:06 pm
when you have a leading democrat setting into motion the demonization of tens of thousands of americans, what you think will happen? this is the natural point. they thought the indictments were drowned donald trump. that did not work. biden thought his blood red speech in pennsylvania would work. it has not worked. and not just republicans they see it from independents, hispanics, black americans, suburban women. so now it is very dangerous and coming from the left, believe them when they say these things. they don't say things they don't mean. we dismiss what they say. but this, in fact is a remarkable statement about effectively what will they do? conversion therapy? how do you deprogram tens of millions of people? italy and germany looking at
6:07 pm
world war ii you had much older civilizations than ours and they went for that. that is what this represents. it is dangerous and must be taken seriously. hillary does not speak for herself. it is a democratic playbook. i don't know what they want to do. how will this serve them? that they are doing even more division. that's how much panic is going on in the democratic party. >> so they will double down. >> there are a lot of camps housing illegals maybe they just transition into maga supporter deprogramming camps. this is nuts. want to dismiss it but you hear it time and time again but it's what they believe. >> it is desperation. they are running out of names. before donald trump was a candidate for president, they go
6:08 pm
after right-wing tea party extremists. they keep finding new names. there was a period of time if you are on the right you were a nazi. i'm jewish. and because of their tactics i got called a nazi thousands of times if you understand not just tens of millions were racist stores you know forbes or islam of forbes but putting aside hillary clinton to be unlikable are running a terrible campaign are going to the states where she should, donald trump was out there as an outsider saying if you elect me we should be -- -- build a wall, start common core, make america great again, drain the swamp. then it is the democrats the presidents hand is on bible calling for his impeachment so then he starts to fast-track keystone, build the wal

wall, defeating a mess 13. defeated isis while implementing the agenda he said out. promises made and promises kept. they try to take him down and weapon eyes the justice department. the reason why his supporters voted for him in 2020, it wasn't because of the nicknames. all that's left at this point is a third world country but because of the policy. >> hillary's attitude effectively reveals the democrats view the american people as infants. we do not have control of our own minds and we don't know what we are doing. we need to be corralled up. that is bad enough but the attitude and the contempt is not just since clinton but decades of democrat reliance of people
6:10 pm
being afraid, made afraid and condemned because they are lesser than the main benef benefactors. this is outrageous everybody must step forward this will not end. it is the narrative and we see it now with the terrorism dynamic. now we are categorized as an element slipping through here and not just people to do actual violence or riots for those who are anti- authorities. >> that sounded very antigovernment. >> thank you both for being here. we appreciate it. the biden administration it is a busy time to criminalize political differences. the country is falling apart. the american people across the country are not happy. watch. >> one pole after another after another that has shown that the
6:11 pm
republicans are absolutely bashing democrats when it comes to issues. on issues like inflation and economy 25 or 30-point margins. these are big warning signs. and certainly there is other surveys of swing state voters who dislike trump immensely but really disapprove of how the white house has handled the economy. >> former republican joe with a nasty case is worried. joe biden is a terrible president and his policies are hurting the country. even democrats have an impossible time trying to defend the biden crime family. reportedly just nominated former colleagues as a special counsel overseeing whistleblowers so
6:12 pm
when they are making allegations against hunter biden his buddy is put in charge. a coincidence. i'm sure the president has a perfectly good explanation for that. right? considering he can barely string two sentences together this is him today. >> also to increase corporate. i think they know they are better off financially than they were before. it is a fact all that data and pulling stuff shows about the economy that they are more positive about their jobs et cetera. >> think about what you did to reappropriate especially when democrats control both chambers of commerce? >> the wall thing?
6:13 pm
just watch what happened last week in the congress. anyway. >> roll tape every day joining us now thank you both for being here. so he stands and says you are better off financially. that is a fact. that is a fact. but the numbers that he is so scared of that people see it upside down they know who was running this economy into the ground. how better those numbers? >> they are horrible. there's nothing that takes anything good where joe biden stands on the economy, inflation and immigration. his approval ratings that republicans can do way better. yet his response is all that
6:14 pm
pulling stuff says everybody has nobody has felt better. is the actual opposite of what he should be doing. nothing kills trust faster than a contradiction. most people do feel bad about grocery bills and energy bills and everything else. and it's never been better they will just reject you. that's what we see across the board. >> have you seen the numbers work their way into national and state base presidential polls? trying to say there are outliers. is it making its way into the polling? people don't like donald trump so they will not move in his direction but it seems it is. >> it does seem it is. and what matters the most donald trump has an advantage. look at the key demographics what carries joe biden into
6:15 pm
office in 2020 he is losing ground by 20 points also losing ground with suburban women, hispanics, african-ameril across the board. those that carried him that they are turning away from. and it is a big problem. very out of touch. take a page out of the playbook he says i feel your pain but he says it's never been better. >> people are not stupid but he's not smart enough to change his tune. now to the second part of the story, it seems they are just doubling down on the protection racket. we have a special counsel that oversees whistleblowers. we have a whistleblower problem in the biden administration. we know through e-mails that hunter biden knows the guy coming in to run a special counsel. is this cover for that? >> it is a case of who monitors the monitors it's a clubby law firm with hundred 50 attorneys hunter biden was both senior employees at the firm and it
6:16 pm
shows a certain arrogance that they feel the american people won't care or won't notice. there are bigger immediate problems for ordinary people. this is a drop in the bucket. but when he was vice president meeting with business partners in the white house. joe biden is putting hunter biden's art into government commissions. the recklessness and the arrogance and they think the american people are stupid and don't care. ultimately it will be something that has to be adjudicated by the american people in the 2024 election. they have to say this is a factor? will be whole joe biden accountable or not? >> i guess they are counting on another drip of the washington intrigue. most will take our defense. you can count on that.
6:17 pm
i don't want to speculate but how problematic is the investigations the house is causing if we want to get to the bottom of hunter and joe? >> they are investigating on a timetable. democrats are trying to run out the clock to take back the house and shut down the probe if the house is in chaos we are not doing the probe. everyday is critical to take such a long time you have to send letters every single day we lose to set us back in every direction on the probe no question. >> do developments like this register with voters or are bigger issues? >> it is register more than 70 percent of americans announce across the aisle the system is rigged to figure the elite and ruling class. that doesn't mean donald trump they say it's only when i can fight back so it's a big issue

>> former president donald trump made big news late last night when he announced complete and total endorsement of judiciary committee chairman jim jordan for speaker of the house. trump also gave the jordan the presidential medal of freedom in 2020. not a big surprise. inside texas congressman to say
6:23 pm
he is supporting jordan after previously promising to nominate trump. although president trump saying he will take the job temporarily if it helps the republican pa party. i hope he takes it just long enough to be there for the state of the union. it would have the highest ratings ever seen. now jordan's chief competitor for the seat is house majorities steve scalise of the cls now with the latest is the author of the great new book to rescue the constitution. the hosted special report we have an ongoing experiment. and where are we now in the speaker's race? >> the endorsement of former president trump of the judiciary
6:24 pm
jim jordan the congressman from ohio is a big deal. let's be honest the former president carries a lot of weight and it is significant and one would think that now perhaps jordan is in the pole position heading into the voting. a lot of things that can happen as we saw with the mccarthy speaker election that took 15 times. steve scalise was in the picture congressman from oklahoma is going to get in by the end of the day today. when we get to monday or tuesday the official nominations will happen in the caucus members. >> i was looking forward to an interview you are going to do on monday but now will not be happening. >> we lined up the past couple
6:25 pm
of days congressman jordan congressman scalise to be in together then we heard the congressman with throw his hat into the speaker's race. he said he would do it where happy to have use it all together and talk about the issues that republicans face. how this will go. we will do it on monday on capitol hill. somehow it got out. but in the morning it did then there was a lot of pressure and anxiety from caucus members saying why will you do this on tv? the congressman still has not gotten back to us. we will see how it goes. but they all pulled out. we hope to have them on eventually. they want to talk among the caucus members first. we understand that. we were offering the vessel.
6:26 pm
>> i would've liked to have seen that. you would have done a great job. you cannot blame the house republicans for not wanting to air differences publicly any longer considering with a have been through. but let's talk about your new book. but first sunday night 10:00 o'clock a "fox nation" special airing 10:00 o'clock p.m. sunday about your book. to rescue the constitution. you cannot go wrong. and the history, we see a in hindsight. but he saved this country. >> he really did and it encapsulates the book. working with "fox nation" for a long time. it is great to have them do it again and provide this viewing and it's great. the book itself gets to the heart of the founding of our country.
6:27 pm
we don't remember in history books and kids certainly are not getting enough history. talk to them about the founding of our country and how close we were to actually not having a country. this book delves into why washington is the man that held it all together. it comes out on tuesday. >> a small curveball i did mention the fragile nature. are we about as fragile of the moment right now? we been through civil war and difficult times but have we ever seen political parties as distant as they are today? we know the federalist and anti- federalist have differences back in the day but how far are we on that precipice? >> talk about reprogramming is a different place. we are in a partisan spot and a divided country. one thing history teaches us is we have been there before and in darker places.
6:28 pm
1876 ulysses s grant prevented us from getting to the second world war. washington prevented us from not having a nation. optimism is the way to look. but certainly look other places there is some dark stuff. >> good on you because it feels like a back to basics moment. back to where we came from. you are going back to og george washington. rescuing the constitution. george washington and the fragile american experiment. we will be watching sunday night. >> thank you. >> up next, democrats on the defense with the ongoing crime wave. we would say that republicans are doing or trying to. is biting getting border policy advice from trump? it seems like it. we have reaction. stay with us.
6:32 pm
6:33 pm
>> welcome back to the special edition of hannity. as you know crime is wreaking havoc across america in the less radical policies let's not police they only make it worse. earlier today republicans released a video calling out the soft on crime policy. take a look. >> we will reduce funding in the police department. >> when we say defined the police the world woke up and now it is a mainstream conversation we are getting places we could not get before. >> a gentleman came in and pulled a knife on my employee. >> we need to reallocate resources.
6:34 pm
>> crushing cities and american lives according to a report from money geek three out of 10 most dangerous cities are in louisiana. new orleans, shreveport and baton rouge. seven and eight and nine it had a democratic governor since 2016 here with reaction is louisiana attorney general and gubernatorial candidate. i assume you plan to reverse that can governors do that in light of the policies the federal government is pursuing? >> absolutely 2017 louisiana legislature with the leadership of our governor instituted a reform that i said that if we continue down this track with a goal of letting people out of jail versus keeping people going to jail and we have a crime epidemic in here we are so governors can institute policies like this that cause crime to go up. governors can go out there and bring leadership and legislation to cause crime to go down. making sure police are funded we
6:35 pm
have transparency and accountability in the criminal justice system. that's what we desperately need here in louisiana. >> you know they will just call you a racist. everything they can think of they will throw at you. other than actually letting police do their job and locking criminals up and prosecuting them, the basics are simple. it is the onslaught you get when trying to pursue it. >> it's okay they have called me all kinds of things before i then attorney general eight years. i'm perfectly fine with name-calling. but i will be in those communities. the communities affected the most are minority communities basically the most disadvantaged
6:36 pm
neighborhoods out there. we will take the fight directly into those neighborhoods and to make sure they are safe. because people in those neighborhoods deserve as much safety if not more than other places around louisiana. we have a juvenile, - - crime problem as well. new orleans in addition i think it was last week was listed in the top 10 most dangerous cities in the world the only city in the united states to make the list i have been a police officer, sheriff's deputy, military police officer in the army and attorney general for eight years. we know exactly what we need to do is governor and we will get to work on day one. >> in those communities don't typically look i hope you do it. attorney general thank you. we appreciate it. >> a gubernatorial primary is a week from saturday. piling onto the chaos with a
6:37 pm
crisis at the southern border. talk about accelerating it many people are coming into your country and you don't know who they are. the steady stream of immigrants pouring into the country ford -- -- having biden reenact policies like 20 miles of expedited border wall construction. getting rid of 26 federal policies on the environment but they will do it with the 10 but scream if trump did it. somehow claiming that walls don't work at the same time they add 20 miles of wall. deporting venezuelan immigrants and now they are doing it. but biden's attempt to control the situation are not sitting well with democrats and marxist. here's a socialist from the bronx dash from the bronx. >> i think it's a terrible idea.
6:38 pm
i think it's a broken promise. you can build a big trump wall on the entire us southern border and it was still not fix the problem. because the us and us foreign policy is contributing to the displacement of millions of people in south america to begin with. >> so we give it to those who cannot fix anything and now fix everything in south america first before we build a big wall as she preaches from her couch. god it. here with reaction podcast host cara davis and jason is this anything other than politics? >> it is completely politics. but trying to have it both ways
6:39 pm
he makes this announcement in this way to try to shoot up the democrats who are complaining. illinois and new york democrats breathing down your neck and calling you out publicly obviously it's not a good look. but at the same time he cannot please the progressives. who know that a wall does work when they say it doesn't. it doesn't allow people to completely freely come into this country. this is what they want. open border democrat. they are not hiding their intent. when they see the border wall going up, if they truly didn't do anything or stop anything they wouldn't complain about it. but they do know it stops people from coming into this country illegally. parts of the wall not completed? that's what allows people to come into the country. >> counting the number of times with the ticker at the bottom of the screen that democrats say things patently false. walls don't work. if you go into a house and go through the door and go over a wall it takes time. everybody knows that.
6:40 pm
we know they are lying. is a something democrats will benefit them? thinking about immigration and the wall. now with 20 miles i'm with him instead of the republicans? >> they don't think it will benefit them in the media or with the average democrat voter at this very moment. understand what they are responding to his complaints from the democratic mayors and governors in democratic run cities. they are falling apart. they are key to democratic elections. you don't win is a democrat if you don't win the city's. you have seen the maps where everything is red and then the blue city. this is them responding to the pressure they get from the leaders in the cities. we cannot deliver the city for you if you keep overwhelming us
6:41 pm
with issues we cannot attend to right now and keep the economy running. >> you are seeing reluctance. >> you are seeing crowds of people you assume they are there voters stop filling the athletic complex with illegals instead of our kids. jason, does it change the conditions in the cities? is there a policy to address it was 20 miles or will it continue the way it has been going? >> it will continue except now politically he is damaged from the far left because he did not do it soon enough. now the damage has been done. to the point earlier, the crime crisis directly connected. the drug crisis directly connected. i love the folks on the far left to want to tell you that the data tells you american citizens
6:42 pm
commit crimes at higher rates than people in the country illegally. that's a total lie. they have no idea behind that statistic. if somebody is arrested in seattle do you think they ask where they are from? they don't get that information. it is not tracked. to put that out there like a statistic sound like we are bad people to be in the country and pushing back they are lying to everybody. the crisis on the ground unfortunately will continue. and he did it way too late. >> almost out of time but does the tiny little small itty-bitty wall change anything? >> know. this is a band-aid on the gunshot wound. as far as amnesty is concerned she is a useful idiot reminding the democrats they are big bad hypocrites will get some popcorn to watch. >> sit on the couch. thank you both. straightahead big news out of

trumps civil case great jarrett and alan dershowitz are here with analysis when we come back. - [female narrator] five billion people lack access to safe surgery. thousands of children are suffering and dying from treatable causes. for 40 years, mercy ships has deployed floating hospitals to provide the free surgeries these children need. join us. together, we can give children the hope and healing they never thought possible. it's a mission powered by love, made possible by you.

6:48 pm
a partial win 14 trump the appeals court halted the order to cancel the business certificates in new york. common sense while denying trumps request to put the entire trial on hold. the judge overseeing the classified documents case has pause litigation involving classified materials while she reviews the request to extend the deadline on the case. here with reaction we have great jarrett and professor alan dershowitz. i'm confused. i'm sure the viewers are confused. what do you take away from this in new york and other cases? >> i think the appellate court decision halting of the trial court judge and then ordered to get rid of the certificates and dissolve the trump busin businesses, the appellate court has serious concerns with the judges actions violate due process rights of other nonparty
6:49 pm
persons and entities involved directly with the trump organization. they were given no notice, no right to be heard or defend themselves without authority. and the order to deprive them of the constitutional rights they are entitled to. he did under the new york consumer protection law. that is not protecting cons consumers. it is punishing consumers with the entire fraud trial brought under that statute. it is intended for cases where the general public has been injured. the public was not injured the bank made 100 million profits. insurance companies made out like bandits. the judge is misusing the statute allowing attorney general james to go after trump with fraud without proving the basic elements of fraud demanded by law. >> there is no injury.
6:50 pm
we would see the judge mugging for the camera if it continued. the civil trial snuck up on a lot of people in the criminal trial he got so much press. now this is splashed on our screens. they want to take away his properties. the optics of it. i know you are in the legal minutia but could this build the case this is a get trump moment? >> she campaigned on a promise to get trump. and after her campaign pledge. if she doesn't she will lose her quest for reelection. she uses every possible tactic to get trump. i never heard of a case where the attorney general uses her resources not to stop crime or protect people but to protect banks that don't want to be protected. there is no victim. she admitted the other day if he
6:51 pm
inflated real - - real estate holdings to get them on the forbes 400 list. is that a crime? who is defrauded as a result? if you go after somebody for fraud because he was showing off a little bit. then the judge makes the absurd determination evaluation should be based on tax records. i offered to buy the judges house for what the tax value is. i would love to also by mar-a-lago for 27 million and sell it 20 times that amount to the next day. it is one of the most absurd cases and the perfect example of the politicalization and weaponization of the criminal justice system just to get trump. >> greg jarrett do you see these delays taking hold?
6:52 pm
that this will happen after the election? >> apparently the judge in florida put a pause on all of the deadlines in place of the classified documents case for the reasons i predicted long ago. on the air you have classified documents, national security issues. under the sixth amendment, trump has the right to a public trial. and the jurors have the right to see that classified information. they don't have security clearance so how in the world can you bring a case like this with those restrictions? and the judge apparently had an epiphany. we have a problem here. we cannot meet these deadlines.
6:53 pm
we have to hammer out to present classified information in a public setting. in the end one of the solutions is to drop some if not all of the charges. >> last word, professor. >> the strategy is to get down and dirty before the election. it will be reversed after the election. they don't care. they want the impact and the judges have to stop that. they have to not allow the courts to be used to interfere with the election. >> it doesn't matter if the retraction comes one year later if the effect has been had. alan dershowitz and greg jarrett thank you. first day fell victim to the woke mob now the u.s. army plans major cuts. what is going on with our military? we will discuss as more of the special edition of hannity continues.

resources into recruiting in high schools and preaching the importance of physical fitness rather than accepting that americans are fat and lazy, which is basically what's happened and is the truth of where we are. i mean, we have billboard campaigns to tell you that lizzo is a healthy body, but it would be untowards if we had a billboard campaign that said do 20 pull ups or do three pull ups. that's what you need to get in the marine corps. you know, when it comes to the finite numbers of each individual job field, there's probably more justification behind the pentagon's move on this one thing than, say, you know, the nuts, just looking at it, going, wow, we need those green berets. but when you take a 30,000 foot view, you look at the marine corps getting rid of all tanks and artillery and you look at the marine corps getting rid of half of its air wing, you have to look and say, why? and is this because we're focused on the wrong thing? yeah the justification is built on totally misplaced priorities inside a pentagon that yes, there's issues of young people
