happened over last 48 hours. what needs to happen is restore to level never seen before. if you can just imagine having holocaust survivors being carted off, party-goers being plowed down and toddlers being taken. this is not something you can live with and israel has not a right to defend itself, but a moral obligation and i'm positive it will do so. >> todd: we did report iran called an emergency meeting for islamic cooperation, to me, that begs the question, what will response be of all the countries in the middle east?

specifically saudi arabia. the peace deal is -- i don't want to say blamed, cited for action of the last 48 hours. this seems like time to choose sides, choice between good and evil and it is interesting to see which country chooses which side. your thoughts, rabbi? >> that is the case, whether it is oslow accord, never needed to be excuse for people tow try to kill jews in israel. you have infiltrated society that breeds itself based upon hate, you will see division of the region and leaders that can look forward and the palestinians had free control of gaza since 2005.

rockets launch from gaza. a pair of sisters barely made it out and returned on friday. they join me now. thank goodness you are home and safe. what was your reaction when you woke up to the news saturday morning? >> i woke up around 8 a.m. after coming in from the midnight flight. israel was at war. my nerves were rattled and my heart sank for those people. we met so many wonderful people over there. >> shea, we have reported new reports of explosions in and around jerusalem. i'm not asking how close you remember to those attack sites.

overall, how close would you have been during transit to where some of the attacks happened? >> we were in jerusalem, that is where we would have been. i'm not sure if we would have been able to get out of jerusalem, we were right there. >> todd: you told producers you got out in time thanks to god's grace. you changed your flight until tomorrow, but then as you look like at gaza city, look like we did see incoming there. you change your flight to tomorrow, but changed it back at the last minute. why did you change back to leaving on friday? >> around midweek, we were there during the tabernacle and everything was crazy.

c.o.o. our tour guide invited us to come stay with their family for a personal experience. we changed our flight to tuesday rather than friday when the rest of the group was flying back. next evening i told shea i had a bad feeling about staying and we should consider moving our flight back to friday. she thought i was just panicking about being two women in a country we had never been before. she said, let's think about it. next morning she was having the same feeling and we were approached by a pastor on the tour bus and he had concern about us staying and we took it as a sign and changed that flight back to friday with the rest of the group.
