with 32 years in the navy, i know personally what it means to be deployed and how much we want to put down roots when we come home. as a veteran, you've earned the right to apply for a va home purchase loan, with no down payment. with the newday va loan, you don't have to save up to move up. helping veterans buy a home of their own. that's what we do. from newday usa. welcome home.

>> harris: idf is readying forces and stockpiling supplies near the gaza strip and as a full-on ground invasion, we are told is imminent israel says 300,000 reservists have been called to fight and are nearing the border with gaza setting up what will be historic theater of urban warfare. israel set up an emergency war-time government and the electricity has officially run out for gaza. hamas terrorists against the idf. also continuing to exchange artillery strike, israeli citizens in ashkelon zeeming as missiles were hitting early this morning. ing as missiles were hitting early this morning. sing as missiles were hitting early this morning. cring as
9:02 am
missiles were hitting early this morning. eing as missiles were hitting early this morning. aing as missiles were hitting early this morning. ming as missiles were hitting early this morning. >> harris: you can see the black smoke billowing from the ground after this strike and fitting the skyline after near constant stream of strikes on hamas targets. that was within the last hour. it is dark now and you can still see smoke and some neighborhoods nothing remains but rubble and debris. first shipment of military aid has arrived in israel late last night and the uss gerald ford was sailing to mediterranean, it has arrived and the eisenhower is on its way, as well. welcome to "outnumbered," i'm harris faulkner with emily compagno and kayleigh mcenany. also joining us christina and congressman and co-host of bottom line sean duffy.
9:03 am
let's go to mike tobin, who is near the israeli-gaza border. i know you had to take cover. >> we did. people in the north of the country are taking cover as the sirens are sounding on the northern border, possibly this time due to infiltration, meaning someone got across the border. we see squirmishes, it is ominous for another front. you may hear the booming in the background. we can show you video, that is israeli artillery in the southern part of the country, up and down the gaza strip as forces are amassing and waiting for orders to move. booming away at targets inside the gaza strip. two effects, psychological advantage, letting the palestinian hamas militants in
9:04 am
hiding know the massive israeli defense force at the ready waiting for orders to cross the border and softening the battlefield, essentially laying down scorched earth so anyone not a combatant would leave the area. if you see someone in the area softened, they become a fair target. israeli soldiers are outside the gaza border waiting for orders understand they are engaging in complex asymmetrical battle. >> harris: we will come back to you as news warrants. we were going to go to the president, he is giving remarks protecting consumers for hidden junk fees at the rose garden today. if he should begin speaking on what is playing out in israel, we'll take you there live. want to let you know there is potential for that. and the secretary of state
9:05 am
blinken is heading to israel today as we learn more about that, we'll let you know, as well. on the left of the screen, i mentioned how dark it was. i'm curious, sean, they have lit up the night sky and one point general jack keane said they must have hit something with fuel in it, they are trying to take out capability of hamas to do anything at this point. >> sean: trying to soften the target. above ground, high rises, below ground, you have all of these tunnels and hamas has been waiting for this attack. we know urban warfare, we watch through america's involvement in iraq, it is challenging. the israelis are good at this. you want to recover the hostages first, the elderly and young people taken. you want to send a message, never again decimate hamas. really challenging here.
9:06 am
>> harris: the general said last hour and congressman dan crenshaw of texas told me they are good at what they do, hamas. hezbollah and iran and lebanon look to them to see how they sort of do what they do and their training and iran has been part of that in terms of training some of the fighters and terrorists. i call them serial killers of hamas. >> kayleigh: that is what they are, david of "washington post" listed x-factor for israelis. maze of tall buildings, you have to go floor to floor, not just house to house, you have potentially boopy trapped passageways and tunnels and the list goes on and on. gaza, this was organized on the part of hamas. they infiltrated the border at a dozen points. you have to know they planned
9:07 am
point b. israel was going to retaliate, israel is wontderring if there is plan b, is it booby trapped? what is the end goal of israel here? four times they have gone to the gaza strip. they want a final blow at hamas, what do you do at the end? >> harris: interesting question. >> kayleigh: that is on benjamin netanyahu's mind. and there are palestinians living there, what do you do with those people who are near complete darkness except lights provided on the other side by israel. they turned off all electrical grids, hamas is not a government and doesn't provide for the people. here is president biden deliver ing comments on israel moments ago. >> president biden: we continue to monitor the situation in israel very closely and vice president and i and the bulk of
9:08 am
my security team spoke with prime minister netanyahu this morning and i'll speak about this this afternoon with my meeting with jewish american leaders this attack brought to the surface scars left by antisemitism and genocide against jewish peep and he will this moment we have to be crystal clear. there is no justification for terrorism. no excuse. the type of terrorism exhibited on beyond the pale. safety of the jewish people is unshakable. the united states has israel's back and we'll be working on this all through today and beyond. >> harris: have a lot to say about that. joining me is former cia station chief dan hofman. before we start, i want to say
9:09 am
this, i thought this was pretty important last hour and i can't, breaking news. trey yingst right now, i'll come back to you, dan. >> trey: -- we are in kibbutz. i got you now, harris. >> harris: got you. >> trey: okay. guys, i need to warn our viewers what we are about to show you is aftermath of the massacre against israelis on saturday morning, we are in kibbutz, just over the border on saturday morning hamas militant stormed the area. i need to warn you, it is graphic, if you are home with children, do not have them look at this. this is what israel is facing
9:10 am
and very important we show you this. the floors are stained with blood. it was is the morning around 7 a.m. when militants stormed this village. weapons they brought with them extra ammunition, bullet holes in the side of the house and knives on the floor. this was the scene. this kibbutz, this community over the border with gaza is littered with bodies. it is completely destroyed. it looks like some buildings were hit with rpg's, explosives and beds covered in blood, the kitchen floor covered in blood. this home was stormed by the militants. it is hell on earth. [audio cutting out] -- we have
9:11 am
seen sitting on tables -- life on a saturday morning. walk outside. >> harris: trey, what you may have to do. you are doing an amazing job, we are in tears here. this is really hard to watch. if you can make your way back to the front door to get a signal on you, we want to hear you tell us what you are seeing. we can show the video, as you get deeper into the structure where those people were trying to get to a safe place, we can't hear you. can you hear me? >> trey: i can hear you now. can you hear me? >> harris: yes, we got you. >> trey: i want to describe what it is like in kibbutz. we arrived with the army a few hours ago. on the road in, we passed the area of the music festival where
9:12 am
260 innocent israelis were mowed down. you could smell the stench of death in the air. many families were slaughtered in their homes. we didn't even have a full grasp what took place. when you turn to kibbutz, the army has taken control of thisirria. there are no longer militants here issue but 12 hours ago, they were in gun battle in the area. there is large pile of bodies stacked outside of the kibbutz issue bodies of militants they collected. down the street, we saw about eight bodies in body bags of the local residents here, some may be militants, some are hard to identify. i want to tell you what the commanding officer told me when we got here. he saw many families slaughtered
9:13 am
in their bed and bomb shelters after hamas militants broke through the door. he told us there were people decapitated here. people with their hands tied behind their backs and shot, executed. you saw from inside that house, most horrific thing i've ever seen. a community where there r breakfast plates out with food still on them on dining room tables. there are refrigerators like you see anywhere in the world with pictures of little kids playing sports. there are bicycles and still ceiling fans going inside the house and beds soaked with blood, the floor, and weapons laying everywhere. you can see vehicles just outside. it is a house of horror and the entire neighborhood looks like this. quick number of how many people
9:14 am
live here. 1000 residents live in kibbutz before this horrific terror attack on saturday morning. more than 100 were killed, many children among them and their pictures on the refrigerators in the house. >> harris: trey, a couple of things, there are no words really. when you say 12 hours ago, they were fighting militants, they have not gotten far in. this is going to be hell as general jack keane and congressman dan crenshaw have said. if it took them that long to get to kibbutz be'eri, not far from crossing into hamas territory, how long will it take for them to penetrate gaza and get the guys out? only 12 hours ago they were killing militants right where you are standing.
9:15 am
>> trey: the roads are lined with bodies of militants >> last night we came upon the scene and they had gear with them looking like they were going to stay for a long time. they were holding territory in southern israel. piles of bodies of militants, so many they collected 1500 dead hamas and islamic jihad members who stormed into israel. they have weapons, people and belief they are doing the right thing. that is the hardest thing to understand about all of this. they came into this community and slaughtered children, bodies of civilians off in the distance we saw. i will toss back to you, we need to get out of here, it is dark. not the best place to be after dark. i wanted you to see the hell on earth here. >> harris: we are grateful. 12 hours, did you get everybody? i know you need to go take cover.
9:16 am
thank you and be safe. god bless you. kayleigh? 1500 militants with military gear and kits that look like they were going to be there for a while. if the israelis had not gone in when they did, how much farther into israel could they have gotten? they were planning to stay. >> kayleigh: yeah, probably much farther. it is hard to conceive what we just saw, we here are emomotion looking at the account approximates. kibbutz you lose 100, imagine losing 10% of your neighbors. it is extraordinary. if you have kids, get them out of the room, we will look at pictures. you saw the colorful picture
9:17 am
juxtaposed against knives and blood on the floor. he froze. this is a child's room. take a look at this picture. you see the colorful bedspread, that is a toddler bed like my three year old speaks in, brightly colored comforter and a monster truck. a little boy put his toys in the plastic bin and you see colorful puzzle pieces in a sleep-away bag. what monitor and terrorist could go into the room of a child and commit that atrocity. why can't rashida tlaib condemn children being beheaded as she was asked six times. the blm posts. this picture is being condoned and shouldn't be condition don't
9:18 am
and to hear trey yingst say they have belief they are doing the right thing. someone could have belief they are doing the right thing, hard to fathom. we just learned biden and harris did get on the phone with netanyahu and i am sure they will frequently. >> harris: i wonder what the conversations were like, jack keane said the president did not go far enough yesterday. you see that was 12 hours ago, 1500 dead among hamas, why were 1500 of them there in that kibbutz? it sounds like they didn't need all of them. they were moving forward and pushing on and those kits show that. the president needed deterrence of two factors. he needed to show the enemy through words, they are watching, too, all over social media. capability we have and
9:19 am
conviction to use it and he says until he does that, we don't know where else that will happen. hezbollah is fighting on a northern front, having anti-tank missiles coming across to hit anything israeli forces will send north. syria doing the same thing. >> kayleigh: even more important than what the president said yesterday was what he did not say, him condemning iran, taking responsibility for our support of iran to embolden -- i know details are being argued, point remains loosening of sanction, unfreezing of $6 billion embolden iran and misogyny of that relationship throughout this administration and obama eight years has led to this moment and taken weeks and months to plan this. it is not without aiding of this administration to do so and without him condemning that
9:20 am
terrorist state, he might as well sit down. i note he likes to use his voice and tone to demonstrate strength with words, it was missing from yesterday. there is stronger condemnation coming and those here on the couch. i know it is so difficult to stomach as we warn viewers to bring children out of the room, no warning for the children in israel for 10% that is now dead from kibbutz be'ere. the president carefully sies an dices comments and david point out not sure what israeli commanders will have and gruelling urban warfare coming. we know it is likely safety of israel that will be paramount and prioritized, not necessarily
9:21 am
safety of the hostages, that is something that is white space for this president to say we will stand next to israel, not behind, next to them in solidarity with ammunition and everything they need for this moment. >> harris: every time he speaks issue the expectation equal what you are saying and they will intensify. he spoke moments ago, your comments? how did he do? >> he was les than forceful, his comment makes sense, his delivery is lacking and he still failed to mention iran. i'm meeting with leaders later today, tell us what generals he's speaking to and what support are we providing to israel right now he can't say or tell us much is classified. israel, have no fear, do not falter, we are with you every step of the way to address your
9:22 am
needs. i don't hear that. where are the deliverables? they mean more than words, words are appreciated, deliverables matter more. search on underway for those taken hostage by hamas. on a scale israel and the world has never seen before. at least 20 americans are missing. forcibly taken into gaza at hamas territory. urgent efforts to locate them is underway. 39 labeling the attack sheer act of evil against israel while failing to mention iran one time. edward lawrence joins us live from outside the white house with more. >> i can tell you hostage negotiators are on the ground in israel, fbi is on the ground and qatari government is trying to work with hamas to get the
9:23 am
hostages out. qatari government did criticize israel. sullivan said no american troops will be on the ground in israel or gaza as of now. listen. >> this point, that is not something under planning. what we are focused on when we talk about sending expertses, it is people who can work on intelligence and overruall planning, we are not currently sending forces to israel, i will leave it at that for now. >> project dynamo a ssembled teams and co-founder said they will get americans out any way they can. president says 20 americans are
9:24 am
missing and u.s. is working hour by hour to see if the americans are hostages. yesterday americans blasted the u.s. and israeli government for failing to make contact with them. these are stories we're hearing about missing americans in the area where trey was showing you. listen to this. >> dozens were murdered, massacred on site. dozens were confirmed taken hostage by hamas terrorists and dozens considered missing. among them, my son. >> president biden as you have been talking about, spoke 30 minutes ago and did not talk about the killed americans or missing americans, he gave unwaivering support for israel and the people. we will hear from the president one more time today as he speaks to jewish community leaders and have a briefing.
9:25 am
>> kayleigh: thank you, bring in morgan ortagus, founder of polaris national security. morgan, i want to pull up a picture for you and i want our meters to meet ariel, four years old. he has clearly just gotten a haircut and next to him the baby we've been telling you about, who was kidnapped. nine month old boy. his mom was depicted holding the two boys, wrapped in a white bla blanket surrounded by hamas militant. i saw an interview with the cousin of the two little boys. is cafir's diaper being changed? is he being fed? has he had formula in the last 72 hours? morgan, what do you think when you see the two little boys?
9:26 am
>> it is just images keep getting more and more unbelievable. our kids are around the same age, this is our worst nightmare. what kind of animals rip children from their mothers and this story is happening more and more as we get, as the death toll goes up. one thing we need to remember, i think we're at 14 dead americans now and that number could grow temperature is possible we have american hostages and i want viewers to remember, i am appreciative of how much i feel so many people standing with the jewish people, we feel that solidarity, this attack is not just against jews and israelis. these hamas animals killed people and other arabs and people of asian dissent.
9:27 am
what i am deeply concerned about, this is not over. right as i was listening to your show, kayleigh, looking at the news, likes like idf is reporting it suspected hezbollah in the north is infiltrating five hours ago the biden administration it was reported biden administration did not think hezbollah was going to enter this war. if accurate and as idf suspects if hezbollah is coming in through the north and we know there are reportedly rockets from syria, i would remind viewers one important policy decision was for president trump to recognize israel sovereignty over the golan heights. i stood there a year ago, you see how close israel is to the
9:28 am
attack. thank god president trump gave israel ability to recognize their sovereignty over the golan heights. we knew war like this could happen, had no idea it would be mere years after president made that policy decision. if we end up in a multi-front war, we have lost deterrence and for the last 2-1/2 years i've been talking how crucial it is for biden administration to get deterrence back. we had massive failure around the world where we had careless withdrawal from afghanistan and that emboldened so many actions around the world. you saw russia invade ukraine and now you see this war that has happened. this administration needs to stop saying, we are not sending
9:29 am
in troops. spend more time talking about tough actions you will take if iran enters this war through hezbollah and proxies in syria. >> kayleigh: you cannot even mention the country's name and today you are talking about junk fees. we know he was on the phone with netanyahu. update the viewers, at least 22 americans have been killed, 22 americans. numbers continue to get worse and morgan, our colleague, robert o'brien, fair to say, premiere hostage negotiator in our country or the world, responsible for releasing dozens of hostages through his work said saturday, get fbi and j-soc in there. what do they do?
9:30 am
land in israel, what are they doing to secure release of people like a nine-month-old baby? >> morgan: great question. negotiators can only be as effective as who empowered them. that ties into the conversation about need for deterrence, need for credible threat. john kerry talked about this no credible threat of force which made it hard to negotiate. they have to know the united states is serious and there will be retribution. even for terrible loss of life in israel, we have 22 dead americans now. we have to respond to that, this is a massive terror attack that has affected our country. in order to negotiates, people
9:31 am
on the other side, heinous terrorists need to know there will be ramifications. when they say we are not going in, that is not deterrence message. you will want to defer to the israelis because they know gaza. house to house fighting as dan crenshaw talked about with harris in the last hour is difficult and hard especially if you don't know the territory. we'll have to hope and pray negotiators make progress. >> kayleigh: a lot of prayer morgan ortagus. pray for the families and hostages. thank you. >> kayleigh: harris, hearing 22 dead americans, i want to echo the jerusalem post who said what point do we treat hamas like isis? many deported isis supporters
9:32 am
stripping them of citizenship. they are isis. >> harris: if they are isis, close the border. isis like to come here and kill people they deem are worthy of their cause. you mentioned earlier, they are doing what they believe in. what is that? being the devil in carnate on earth? yes. the number shouldn't be above zero, there should be zero killed. they should have never been able to breach. so many things will be looked upon as to how they did this. they have all the time in the world and they are only focused on hate and killing. congressman dan crenshaw was so right, can you imagine if they put their energy into feeding those people? can you imagine how those children would thrive among the palestinians if the fake imptent government called hamas, they say they were elected, if those
9:33 am
terrorists built electrical grid that israel couldn't control? could you imagine if they normalize better relations with country like egypt, maybe they would not have closed their border to the crisis unfolding on hamas watch as they let them die above while they hide in the tunnels. that is what we're dealing with, they are scorpions, roaches, i that are the worst. it is hard to kill in the dark and where you don't know where you are going. they need resources. they called up 60's,000. so 360,000. joey jones said it yesterday, the game cannot be to do it quickly and get it over, it has to be a win, knock them out this time. >> kayleigh: difficulty of enemy that believes what they are doing is right.
9:34 am
they believe slaughtering 40 babies is right. >> sean: that is there a dream that you have, sherri, that's really wild that you still want to live out? tactic. this is new step hamas has taken, they know israellet respond with massive force and they have thought about that. how are they trying to play this game out? we don't know, we will find out, israel will come with mass force. something you said, talking about joe biden not talking about iran. if joe biden would unfreeze $6 billion and tell us he has ability to refreeze it, unbelievable. they don't have ability to refreeze the money. president trump had operation maximum pressure on iran to make sure they couldn't sell office and allowed iran to sell barrels per day to china.
9:35 am
joe biden policies destabilized the world in middle east and with russia and ukraine. american leadership and strength matters, breeds peace and stability in the world. when you are weak, you have mas ch chaos, thank you, joe biden. >> kayleigh: "wall street journal" yesterday said if you could say what is happening in one sentence, latest installment in unravelling of military primeacy are called into question. >> emily: they are called into question as sean articulated because biden administration and obama administration before it. specific things we have seen as result of their policies and inaction and failures. consequences we are now seeing. let's underscore how many positions that should be -- should hold senate confirmed top-elected officials that are
9:36 am
open and vacant. we do not have an ambassador to egypt or kuwait, we are missing delegate to usaid. represent radness we do not have. on top of lack of a speaker and on top of incompetent president that displayed it every juncture and opportunity inability to articulate condemnation of iran or a full support of israel, open border, a priority of climate change, capitulation to the far left, it is why putin invaded ukraine and china will likely invade taiwan next and now why i am fearful hezbollah is invading in that direction from lebanon to israel as we hold reports.
9:37 am
"washington post" reported many of the terrorists -- many hostages were taken by freelance looters and thugs, rather than hamas fighters. hamas has now undergone, as well how do you negotiate with a terrorist, with animals, with monsters that now seem to potentially not answer to iran and their -- >> harris: you kill them. that is what you do. >> sean: joe biden is not thinking of bringing smartest people in, he is concerned about what is your sexual preference, what is your color and you want smartest people, most well informed with best experience giving advice, we don't have that, joe biden doesn't wear about that. >> kayleigh: should focus on people who ensure babies across
9:38 am
the globe are not -- we are getting horrifying video of remain of israeli children's hospital hit by rockets launched by gaza. a children's hospital, war crimes to hit targets like this. bombardment devastated the medical center and rescue crews are only beginning to survey full extent of the damage and destruction to the once critical resource. a children's hospital where babies go, this is what hamas chose to target. we get new eyewitness accounts. listen. >> i saw a group trying to enter my front yard and i had to engage them. i opened fire and they replied
9:39 am
with burst of fire in my house and i don't know how and why, but they decided to go away and not proceed and fight me. the amount of my best friends died and i hope that we can heal. i hope that we will get all of our friends back from the -- back from gaza. they were taken and we want them back. i hope i have a home to go back to. >> kayleigh: that eyewitness account another example of unthinkable brutality of hamas terrorists, senseless brutality
9:40 am
and indiscriminate killing. we showed you a photo of a child's bedroom soaked in blood am hamas murdered families, fathers, mother, their children. we learned yesterday in kibbutz of kfar aza. babies were decapitated, 40 found dead. babies were found slaughtered in their bed and some decapitated. an israeli general shared his account. >> it is not a war, not a battlefield. you see mother and father in bedroom, in protection room and terrorists killed them. it is not a battlefield, it is a massacre, terror activity. look on yourself, it is something i never saw in my life. it is something that we used to
9:41 am
imagine as our grandfather and grandmother -- >> kayleigh: despite barbaric bloodshed, some groups are blaming israel. they are the victim. some have tried to justify the action of hamas terrorists who went into a child's room and put blood all over the toddler bed we just saw. we begin with matt finn and protests as they occur across the country. matt. >> there are pro-palestinian and pro-hamas events happening. organized pro-palestinian events happening in london, germany, pakistan and bangladesh and in sydney, a thousand demonstrators stopped at the opera house and there were chants to gas the
9:42 am
jews. [chanting] >> back in the u.s., pro-palestinian rallies in deerborn, michigan, cambridge, massachusetts. calm is being your honored, there are reports of women and babies being slaughtered have not changed people's mind. >> if you cage up an animal, they will fight back and try to escape. they escaped and they were successful. >> we shot this tense moment at massive pro-israeli rally, the demonstration passionate and peaceful and agitators pulled up in that yellow suv and began taunting supporters and there ended up being a physical fight and some pepper sprayed the driver and that moment signified
9:43 am
tension in the air and extreme conviction on both sides right now. >> kayleigh: hate runs deep. anti-israel statement swept college campuses in the united states. student groups at california state university are facing backlash for sickening pro-palestinian rally poster featuring a paraglider who swept the concert killing the young concert goers, they are referring to the deadly invasion in support for palestinians here. molly is live in cambridge massachusetts. >> this is happening coast to coast, dozens of students, you mentioned cal state advertising, they were chanting free palestine and other inflammatory language in the wake of the horrific attacks. the administration pushing back
9:44 am
writing we reject glorific of war or celebration of death and acknowledge pain caused by speech that does. reaction coming quickly after president of nyu bar association blamed israel for horrific attacks. he writes this regime created condition that made resistance necessary sear, i condemn the violence. the dean of the law school declared that message was not from the school or nor did it speak for the leadership. harvard leadership was slammed for failing to denounce a statement signed by 30 plus student organizations. response was published monday
9:45 am
night, former harvard president who called out harvard silence posted to say this fails to meet the need of the moment, why can't we find anything after george floyd's death or russia invade of ukraine when they take hundreds hostage attending a concert. a new article noted several student groups have now withdrawn. back to you. >> kayleigh: i can't say i'm proud of my alma materr at this moment. one blm groups this is self-defense that must not be condemned. black lives matter chapter in chicago posted this image of a para glider with caption, i stand with palestine. we know paragliders stormed that
9:46 am
concert where many were murdered. here are details. eric. we just saw examples of americans supporting hamas. israeli ambassador of united nation say those in this country who do that, it is like backing the nazis during the holocaust. latest example of that hamas support comes from black lives matter posting an image of a paraglider that gunned down at the music festival. i stand with palestine. the comment, blm chapters in louisville reposted that image showing their support and another chapter called black live matter gras roots call this
9:47 am
self-defense and say that act must not be condemned. one would think killing babies in their bed could not be condemned under their thinking. erdogan said he just cannot understand and singled out two members of congress, rashida tlaib and ilhan omar. >> i don't think there can be convinced, it is like talking to members of congress who hold antisemitism ideology. rashida tlaib or ilhan omar, what can i tell them? they cannot be convinced, here it is more severe. >> black lives matter say they bring freedom to black people across the globe, critics say the same goal should apply for people who are jewish. >> kayleigh: sean, you have been
9:48 am
in congress in a disgraceful moment took place yesterday when rashida tlaib was asked if children should be killed. let's hear what rashida tlaib had to say. >> terrorists have cut off baby's heads and burn children alive, do you support israel's right to defend themselves? no comment about children's heads being chopped off? congressman, why do you have palestinian flag outside your office if you do not condone what terrorists have done to israel? >> sean: that is what members of congress do when they don't want to answer the question. this is really easy, listen, if you are tlaib, i stand with palestinian people but i condemn
9:49 am
hamas and she wouldn't take that step, that is outrageous. talking about the universities and colleges and black lives matter, hometown of wisconsin, left wing hotbed, big palestinian protest or rally in support of hamas and palestine, they are chanting glory to the murderers, look how sick that is. administrator, faculty and kids and when does america understand this does not reflect american values. radical statements. companies like delta and american, united, target have given to black lives matter, when do they stand up and condemn black lives matter and ask for a refund.
9:50 am
when do they stand responsible and apologize for gifts of money they have given? >> kayleigh: mainstreaming hate through university campuses. >> this is all shaking me to the core, i think mostly as a mother, it is gut-wrenching to think a mother's initial instinct is to protect her child. it transcends boundaries, it is difficult to even be here discussing this. we need leadership and hamas needs to be eshg eliminated. i agree that biden is just not the leader that we desperately need this this country and when america is weak, the world collapses and that is what we are witnessing right now. those poor children, this is an opportunity to awaken humanity
9:51 am
and realize is there are opportunities to work toward peace. >> kayleigh: biden had tough words, but one line hasn't been discussed, he said he discussed with netanyahu about how democracies are stronger and more secure when we act according to the rule of law. i don't think netanyahu needs reminding of that at this hour. >> harris: when 9/11 terrorists hit us, the world stood with us. we did what we thought, go get the killers. it took many decades to get the killers and we were looking in the wrong places for the killers. why is this not the same? being compared to 9/11, they did not see it coming like we were hit. i mix in pearl harbor because

these guys can fight, they showed up with strategy and a plan, hamas terrorists, blood thirsty baby killers. all that said, the world must stand with israel. if your country is hit, have people stand by you. we stand by them. the president needs to have a prime-time address now. we have many dual citizenship american-israeli members of our family in america. we share history. now mine, faith moves mountains, mine is rooted in faith. i think we are in a spiritual fight for civilization and we don't have a lot of options which side we want to be on, there are only two. i will be on the side that fights along with those, support those who want to do the right thing in the name of the lord

and if you don't take out the people that kill your next gene generation, what are you? you are not a parent. i am sure it is hard for them. i was at a vigil last night with 3500 people at the local jewish community center. my husband is jewish, i watch him sing in hebrew, a song he had not sang since he was nine. it should be personal because it is, they will fight with us and we must support them in every way, no one thought that the 9/11 terrorists could be confused with good people and if they were hanging signs of them hitting our buildings, can you imagine on capitol hill? where are right-thinking democrats to go after those people like rashida tlaib and say take that down.

whatever it is, blm, whatever, this is america. say whatever you want to say, when you are asked a question and you are supporting killers, maybe you should answer that, i am sure your voters would love to know what you think. >> kayleigh: harris, you describe a beautiful moment. >> harris: my daughter works there, too. >> kayleigh: that beautiful moment of unity, i got a message from our church, they are having a mass on behalf of israel, that is what people should do, faiths coming together. where do we see, i'm reading protests, the daily mail, protest, we're going to kill them all, leave our country, philadelphia, daily wire said people were saying when people are occupied, resistance is justified. i hope this is minority of the country, but we must call them
9:55 am
out. >> it is a horrifying minority, however, it is growing and being fo mented by this administration and academic campuses that reward despicable, vile language and behavior. there are no sides to this, this is not liberation of palestine, this is clear when babies are being decapitated with breakfast on the table with most graphic horrifying images we are seeing and there are thousands who have seen it three-dimensional that death stench carries for miles. those are atrocities, befitting monsters. i note, too, that people are threatened with criminal prosecution if they use wrong gender pronoun and threatened with prosecution that words have
9:56 am
violence, but here, how is that not aligning with likes of isis and al qaeda and what we drew a line for. we prosecuted john walker lind in california. he got three years off for good behavior, saved his time and was released despite protesting from president trump. before he would speak with reporters, he required isis scholarly writings, that is rewarded here. what is different now? where are condemnation, the unacceptable line, where is that with these people who we pay to represent the people refusing to condemn this violence?
9:57 am
it is abjectly unacceptable and so clear intended erasure, no sides to that, when will this administration stand up for it? >> harris: excellent question, they faced that threat since dawn of time, genocide, holocaust, they have been there. resilience now will depend on friendships they have around the world. biden better not falter, he better be solid. they need it. we are awaiting today's white house pres briefing, pres secretary karine jean-pierre and national security council coordinator john kirby, he has been busy, they are set to answer more pressing questions on the united states response to this growing conflict in the middle east. we will bring that to you live

when they step to the lectern. our thought and deepest sympathy with the many families affected by the atrocities in israel. fox made $1 million donation to united jewish appeal, providing relief and helps fight antisemitism and supports jews across the globe. to support the israel emergency fund donate to ujafedny.org, or scan the code at the bottom of the screen and we'll talk more about that later. let's talk about the perform, emily, you laid it out. kayleigh, my ears are taking it in from what you said yesterday, i don't care if and like a lion, you roar and
9:59 am
protect your pride and need leadership, tenacity, resilience, we have none of that. and so much is in the delivery and this would have never happened under the past administration because our enemies can smell, especially animals, smell weakness and i feel that's what has transpired here, hamas, they are animals and they need to be eliminated. >> harris: how do we show the world we are back, we are strong? and oh, by the way, a hearing going on on the hill right now. >> we are talking about who is the next speaker. >> harris: and said on "the falkner focus" it will get out of house conference and full vote as early as today, between jim jordan and scalise. he's happy with either. >> i'm not in the room, that would surprise me to get a name out of the conference. i think what's happening today, the images we are watching and the conflict in the middle east is driving republicans and the conference to say listen, i'm a supporter to say one of the two guys but wherever the majority will go, let's get a speaker,
10:00 am
i'll switch my vote. i'm not my feet in the sand, drag my feet, i'm going to go with the person who has the momentum of the conference which is positive. i hope we actually have a president who looks not just to support israel but also looks how do i protect americans at home. and our southern borders are -- and we see people from around the world, don't know what their values are or beliefs are, making sure we have refocus on the border. we keep america safe. >> harris: number 1.7 million got-aways in the country. >> shocking. >> emily: on november 17th we learn whether the budget will cover the government again, this all points towards the instability, weakness, they better get it together today. >> harris: i love that. get it together tochltd emily said it. thank you for watching. coverage continues, here is "america reports."
