united states continues to support israel and we know that, we've heard from our president saying that he'll be able to bring in ammunition and the other thing is we were talking about this with mike cerelle and how the united states are working on finding americans that are missing or in hiding or taken hostage or killed. so essentially it's like, okay, a bunch of americans are in pearl and we're going to help however we can. >> ainsley: you saw congressman cory mills going over to israel and he took a plane and filled it with 32 americans, they were calling and said they were calling the state department, according to cory mills wasn't helping them and said i'm going to take a plane and i'll rescue these individuals and they were church groups working with a pastor of the church group and it was
4:01 am
mainly the church group and a few other civilians that were americans and not going to go home. >> steve: there's different places and weapons depot and underneat those piers and the intense over the last 48 hours and interesting the way they bracketed it out and that's the support that gaza controls and support under attack and maybe they felt as though they'd be safe and it comes to weapons and they're targeted and i imagine defying drones all over the place and the thing is and the city is 100% surveilled and they're trying to see movement and trying to see fighters and they don't gun down hamas and target civilians but they're trying to shake the battlefield before the invasion. >> steve: according to the idf, the gaza border is still not secure and hamas terrorists are still trying to get into israel from the sea and so that
4:02 am
could be the point of departure right there. listen, the israeli haves got eyes in the sky and they know exactly what's going on. in the meantime, they've got about 100 tanks stationed along the fence and keep in mind, the border is not secured. so they are making it very clear, anyone who goes near the fence, will be shot. right now nobody is going in or out because of that. >> brian: apparently there was 18,000 day passes that gaza residents could come into israel and work. obviously that's been rescinded. they shut the power, shut the water. there was some semblance of cohabitation between them even though a lot of people thought the border fence, which was a smart wall was too much. now you realize it wasn't enough. >> ainsley: brian, explain this, if they hate israel so much, why rely on them for their power and why is israel shutting off food, power, water, fuel?
4:03 am
>> brian: they probably never adjusted after it was given up in 2007. we cover it had on our shore. jennifer griffin was on the show and grabbing israelis and ripping them out of their houses and giving them over to the palestinians, which would turn out to be hamas and told them you're out. we're giving this away. not even bargaining it. you can take it. they did and i didn't realize this till they were able to do it is we'll control your power and water. >> ainsley: it was an agreement? >> brian: or just did it. >> lawrence: we'll be talking about this all morning, but it's your clear hamas much like iran, they don't care about their people. they don't care about their safety, they believe because of their ideology that is everything that they do, they do for the glory of their god. >> ainsley: which is so hard to fight. that's been generational. >> lawrence: it is what they believe the radical islamist and i alluded to this yesterday but there's been a liberal philosophy that you can
4:04 am
negotiate with these people and you can change their mind when it's deep rotted and it's different for them and they'll discuss this today during the press conference and there'll be questions from the press saying there's good people on the side and there are in palestine. there are some good people but they're not good people inside of hamas. >> steve: yeah and to that point, lawrence, one of the reasons the people of hamas are so driven to kill the people of israel, number one, because they're jewish but number two, they feel that they will be martyred and go to that paradise if they die in the execution of execution. we've been given a two minute warning, 90 seconds till we see the prime minister and secretary of state. it's interesting when we talk about how israel has cut off the fuel and water and all of the supplies to gaza, the israeli health minister in last couple hours directed hospitals to
4:05 am
prioritize victims and said essentially stop treating the terrorists. he's going to need the prime minister to make it official, and he may do it now, but they've been having to prioritize, i have a terrorist here and i've got an idf member. who do i work on? now it's very clear. >> ainsley: it's triage. >> brian: forget the terrorist. >> ainsley: yeah, in gaza in the strip, the hospitals are so overrun because they have so many people in the hops. trey said they're targeting anyone posting on facebook or x or any of the social media sites and posting pictures of dead bodies in israel of what they had done, what these terrorist hads done to them. israel was launching rockets over into the gaza strip cpi and killing those individuals. >> brian: jerusalem has sirens going off and they're being targeted and sending rockets in and see how much they have and good news is when a rocket goes off, you're able to find out
4:06 am
exactly where it came from and blow up those areas. >> ainsley: remember the ambassador was here yesterday and we interviewed him from israel and said his dad is still working. >> brian: yeah, a lawyer. >> ainsley: lives very close to the border and he said my dad is like 76 years scold still going to work, he's a powerful lawyer there, and he said he wants to show up but he's running to the bomb shelter like every -- 20 time as day. >> brian: right. and we know that. >> steve: as trifoliate trey ind yesterday and asking about an air raid warning and there's an app. i tried to download it. it is not in english and useless to me. what is interesting is -- i'm sure we'll hear the prime minister talk about this in a moment but that is trey showed a flag. i know isis flag that was found at the kibbutz where all those children were massacred. they also found it in the last couple of hours on the vest of a terrorist. so there's something, there's an
4:07 am
isis connection to this that perhaps will become more clear in this press conference. >> lawrence: they're all radical islamists and i'm interested in, brian, we'll play this interview that you had with former president donald trump and he criticizes his friend bb netanyahu of his response -- >> steve: there's the flag right there. >> lawrence: sol soleimani and s his strong enough in that reaction to the former president. >> brian: yeah, he says a failure not to be ready for this to be hit and that was one thing he was pretty clear. when it comes to the response, it's not really -- he says this is not necessarily an american response but the whole problem is'iran. not forget hamas but the focus should be iran. that's the exact opposite of this administration. there's a story out today that "the wall street journal" story. we think that iran knew about the training and had no idea
4:08 am
about the attack and timing and didn't know when it was scheduled to be caught by surprise. how does that help? know what that help s? current president and administration's narrative i can deal with iran and they're pulling in and training for it. there's another explosion right there in the port of gaza, obviously where a secondary explosion after the official hit. >> steve: all right, about three minutes ago, we were told it was a two minute warning and now waiting for a press conference about two and a half minutes away and something is delaying the press conference and back to trey yingst on the gaza boarder and the sirens going off in jerusalem. do you think the terrorists are coordinating to try and hit tel aviv and jerusalem at the same time the prime minister and secretary of state tries to speak? reporter: it's possible. i hadn't seen the sirens and that's significant if they are. they only have a very small
4:09 am
number of long range rockets that can reach heavily populated areas and when they use them there's a message to send them and generally why they do and short range damage behind one here and earlier today slamming into the sidewalk sending shrapnel and blood up against the wall over here but the situation that they're firing on jerusalem significant given that visit and given the fact that there's a clear message being sent by the americans and they're here to support the israelis across the board and also ensure that there's american hostages inside gaza and the american government can do what they can to help israel and trying to find them and get them out. >> we talk about it without a day of protest going tomorrow and protestern the world and we saw pro palestinian protests in spain and in england and time square and there was a sense the
4:10 am
nypd and no nypd officer having dignity or excuses and you're working tomorrow and there's legitimate terror worries and i put this as 10 out of 10, trey. reporter: there's a lot of tension here and tension around the world in different communities and people saw the images of what took place on saturday morning and immediately on social media online calling their friends whether or not someone checked in. people took this personally and it is something that will change the state of israel but it will also change the world and the way that people responded to this because there were clear images about what took place against civilians and as a result people could come up with an assums or idea about where people stood on the issues. that's on a personal level. on a larger political level, they're starting to see that countries around the world are taking pretty hard red lines about what is acceptable and not acceptable and clearly what took
4:11 am
place with the atrocity on saturday morning was not acceptable by anyone including the united states and it's part of the reason that careerer strike group is closer to israel. the other party firing rockets and not only the mortars and -- >> mr. secretary, my good friend tony, thank you for your important visit here today. thank you, thank president biden, and thank you to the american people for your incredible support for israel.
4:12 am
in our war against the barbarians of hamas. i thank you in english and i want to thank you in hebrew as well. [speaking non-english language]
4:13 am
[speaking non-english language]. >> mr. secretary, your visit is another tangible example of america's unequivocal support for israel. hamas as shown itself to be an enemy of civilization. the massacring of young people in an outdoor music festival, the butturerring of -- butchering of entire families, the murder of parents in front of their children and the murder of children in front of their parents. the burning of people alive, the beheadings, the ki kidnappings a young boy not only kidnapped,
4:14 am
molested, hurt, attacked and the sickening display of celebrating these horrors, the celebration and glorification of evil. president biden was absolutely correct in calling this sheer evil. hamas is isis and just as isis was crushed, so too will hamas be crushed. and hamas should be treated exactly the way isis was treated. they should be spit out from the community of nations. no leader should meet them. no country should harbor them they should be sanctioned. my friend, i say to you, say to all of us, there'll be many
4:15 am
difficult days ahead. but i have no doubt that the forces of civilization will win and the reason that's true is because we understand what is the first prerequisite of what you just said in our meeting, moral clarity. this is a time, a special time that we must stand tall, proud, and united against evil. tony, you are taking that stand, america is taking that stand, thank you for being here today. thank you, america, for standing with israel today, tomorrow, and always. >> mr. prime minister, i'm
4:16 am
grateful to be back in israel in this incredibly difficult moment for this nation but in fact for the entire world. if you'll permit me personal aside. i come before you not only as the united states secretary of state but also as a jew. my grandfather fled b pilgrims n russia and the czar, survived concentration camps, auschwitz, mydona and so, prime minister, i understand on a personal level the harrowing echos that hamas' massacres carry for israeli jews, indeed for jews
4:17 am
everywhere. i also come before you as a husband, and father of young children. it's impossible for me to look at photos of families killed such as mother, father, and three small children murdered as they sheltered in their home in kibbutz and not think of my own children. this was just one of hamas' countless acts of terror. in a litany of brutality and inhumanity that, yes, brings to mind the worst of isis. the slaughter, bodies desecrated, young people burned alive, women raped, parents executed in front of their children, children in front of their parents.
4:18 am
how do we even understand this? to digest this? and yet at the same time, at the same time that we've been shocked by the depravity of hamas, we've been inspired by the bravery of israel's citizens. the grandfather who drove over an hour to a kibbutz under siege armed only with a pistol and rescued his kids and grand kids. the mother who died shielding her teenage son with her body giving her life to save his. giving him life for a second time. the volunteer security teams on the kibbutz that swiftly rallid to defend friends and neighbors despite being heavily outnumbered and we're lifted by the remarkable solidarity of the israeli people demonstrated in
4:19 am
long license of people giving blood and hundreds of thousands of reservists who mobilize some rushing home from abroad, people around the country opening their homes to fellow citizens displaced from the south. the people of israel have long and rightly prided themselves on their self-reliance, on their ability to defend themselves even when the odds are stacked against them. the message that i bring to israel is this: you may be strong enough on your own to defend yourself but as long as america exists, you will never ever have to. we will always be there by your side. that's the message that president biden delivered to the prime minister from the moment this crisis began. it's the message that i and my other colleagues in the government have delivered to our israeli counter parts on a daily, even hourly basis. it's the message that i bring
4:20 am
with me to our discussions today, and it's what i'll affirm when i meet with members of israel's newly formed national emergency government. we welcome the government's creation and the unity and resolve that it reflects across israel's society. we're delivering on our word, supplying ammunition, interceptors to replenish israel's iron dome and other defense personnel and shipments of u.s. mill stair support have already -- military support have already arrived in israel and more is on the way. israel's defense needs met, we'll work to make sure they're met and there's overwhelming bipartisan support in the congress for israel's security. here in israel and everywhere. it we'll affirm clear crystal warning that president biden issued yesterday to any adversary, state or non-state. thinking of taking advantage of the current crisis to attack
4:21 am
israel. don't. the united states has ziti relatively constant's back -- israel's back. we've deployed the world's largest aircraft carrier to the eastern mediterranean and bolstered the presidents of u.s. fighter aircraft in the region. we're providing other support as well. we continue working closely with israel to secure the release of the men, women, children, elderly people taken hostage by hamas. we're pursuing intensive diplomacy throughout the region to stop the conflict from spreading and i'll do that in my trip in the coming days. too often in the past leader haves equivocated in the face of terrorist attacks against israel and its people. that's why we've been adamant with all countries in the wake of these attacks. there is no excuse. there is no justification for these atrocities.
4:22 am
you heard the prime minister say it. this is, this must be a moment for moral clarity. the failure to un-am biggously -- am ambiguously proe terrorism. individualsfrom 36 countries killed or missing in the aftermath of hamas attacks. europe, asia, africa, the americas, no region has escaped hamas' bloody reach. anyone who wants peace and justice must condemn hamas' reign of terror. we know hamas doesn't represent the palestinian people or their legitimate aspirations to live we call measures of security, freedom, justice, opportunities and dignity. we know hamas instead of promoting the wellbeing of its citizens, rules repressively and
4:23 am
dedicates the resources it has to terror tunnels and rocks. we know hamas didn't commit its heinous acts of the palestinian people in mind. hamas does not stand for the future that palestinians want for themselves and their children. hamas has only one agenda: to destroy israel and murder jews. no country can or would tolerate the slaughter of its citizens or simply return to the conditions that allowed it to take place. israel has the right, indeed the obligation to defend itself and to ensure that this never happens again. the prime minister and i i did cussed, how -- discussed, how israel matters. we democracies distinguish ourself from terrific rihannas by striving for a different standard, even when it's did i have cults and holding ourselves
4:24 am
to account when we fall short. our humanity, the value that we place on human life and human dignity, that's what makes us who we are. we count them among our greatest strengths. that's why it's so important to take every possible precaution to avoid harming civilians, and that's why we mourn the loss of every innocents life. civilians of every faith and every nationality. tragically the number of innocent lives claimed by hamas' heinous attacks continues to arrive. at least 25 american citizens were killed. we joined families in israel, and the united states around the world in mourning with immeasurable loss. nearly 15 years ago my stepfather who i eluded to earlier came here to perform the mourner's prayer that he wrote
4:25 am
to accompany leonard burnstein's third symphony. reflecting on the unspeakable horrors he endured in the natzi concentration camps, he wrote that man, though created in your image, and endowed with the freedom to choose between good and evil remains capable of the worst as of the best of hatred as of love, of madness as of genius. in this moment, where evil, hatred, and madness have once more taken so many innocent lives, we must stand together. resolve to confront what is worse among humanity with what is best. we must provide an alternative to the vision of violence and
4:26 am
fear, nihilism and terror presented by hamas. that is what the united states will do, standing with israel, working together with its people, and all those in this region who remain committed to the vision of a more peaceful, more integrated, more secure, and more prosperous middle east. thank you very much. >> ainsley: looks like they're not going to take questions. what a sympathetic message. he said i come to you as more than the secretary of state, but also a jew, and he says i love this line, you might be strong enough to stand on your own but as long as there is an america, you won't have to. >> steve: mr. netanyahu thanked america for its un-waiverring support and at one point, this was a headline for us, hamas is isis and it needs to be crushed and here secretary
4:27 am
of state going to go to jordan to meet with regional leaders there. tomorrow he'll meet with the president of the palestinian authority and keep in mind for the most part, palestinian authority was kicked out of gaza, i think it was in 2007. however they still do have partial control over portions of the west bank. >> ainsley: interesting he's going to meet with palestinian authority when he stands with israel. >> lawrence: he also said, when he said hamas is isis should be spit out from nations and this is key and talking o into all those that want to justify this. there's no excuses, there's no justification, brian, this is sheer terrorism. >> brian: yeah, said they don't represent the palestinian people. if you gave hamas a vote and when they did vote, hamas won. immediately that put us in a perplexing position because we know hamas defines itself as a terror organization. hezbollah has a political
4:28 am
element but it's a terrorist organization. hamas goes, no, this is what we do. they are more popular, not only in gaza but in the west bank. that's why the one we give the checks to. trump didn't. he said, no, we're not giving them money unless they prove to us they're going to try and live in peace and since they couldn't, no checks. the minute president biden took office, $70 million. then another, then another. where is that money? believe me, we're not tracking it. it plays into all this. i think -- i don't think it's necessarily a bad thing the secretary of state goes to meet him and says stay out of this. last we need is rockets from you and it'll be your suicide pact if you get in. ziti ragaini el will not lose and you can. israel will not lose. i don't love the legacy of the guy that took over. he was a christian and the problem we he had with him and all his fault is he was too
4:29 am
secular and hamas is anything but secular and they have religious f fanatic component ad they want to say keep him out. i sense that he won't be able and his population sympathizing with hamas. >> ainsley: hamas' agenda is to destroy israel and kill the jews. he said israel has a right to defend itself. they didn't ask for this. in the dead of night under the cover of darkness, this happened. they have to defend themselveses. you can't come into our country and rape our women and kill our children in front of their parents and behead them. you can't steal our individuals, aqueduct them and netanyahu said it's not just kidnapping, it's molesting and hurting and attacking. >> steve: that's why the israeli idf continues to hammer gaza. it's a moment of moral clarify the secretary of state said. if you feel that way as well as most people around the world and
4:30 am
you want to help, we've got a way to help. >> lawrence: yeah. join fox corporation in supporting israel emergency fund in association with the united jewish appeal. scan the qr code on the bottom of your screen. do it with cell phone and donate at ujafedny.org. >> steve: let's go to our next guest. he knows all about fighting the war against terror. he does it. >> brian: he did it and how he's in congress wear ago different suit, gop congressman, retired navy seal derrick van orton. nice to see you, congressman. i'm sure you watch that had press conference with us and what was your take away from the secretary of state and the remarks from the prime minister? >> brian, i'm a proud minister of the republican party and i absolutely 100% stand behind what the secretary of state said. the jewish people need to know the united states stands behind them. we don't just acknowledge their ability to exist and we want them to live in freedom and
4:31 am
peace with their children. what antony blinken said was spot on and what mr. netanyahu said was spot on. hamas is isis. they're a terrorist organization, they've committed atrocity, we haven't seen since the holocaust against the jewish people, and it's absolutely horrific and unacceptable. >> brian: some remarks if you're just getting umm and seeing us for the first time. a little from what the prime minister opened up saying. >> mr. secretary, my good friend tony, thank you for your important visit here today. thank you, thank president biden, and thank you to the american people for your incredible support for israel. in our war against the barbarians of hamas. >> brian: congressman, you're the military guy who also has
4:32 am
that political side to you. i think the goal is now to keep this a one front war. so go to the region, keep the palestinian authority out of it in the west bank, threaten hezbollah if you get in to the best you can, and go to our allies in the area and see what kind of leverage they have. what would you be doing? >> well, that's exactly what i would be doing, but we have to understand that hamas, the enemy, has a vote. so if this is gob that become a multi-front war, it's going to be hamas' fault and they need to be crushed. this is unacceptable and i want to say something, brian, we're speaking to the israeli people and i hope they understand that we unequivocally support them but speaking to republican and democrat colleagues here in washington dc, this is not a time to attack the biden administration. you know how adamantly i disagree with what they're doing but republicans and democrats and legislators here in the united states of america, now is not the time to attack the biden
4:33 am
administration. now is the time to stand with the united states of america. the executive branch and military to make sure that israel understands that they have our enwaiverring support and i'm calling on my republican colleagues and democrat colleagues, let's get together and get the speakership down to support israel as they deserve it. >> brian: speakership done, that's a whole nother topic, especially after what happened yesterday. but, congressman, i think if you look at hamas and there's not a recalibration of how they're treating iran, it's going to be hard to not say anything at this moment. if we continue to pretend that iran isn't thoroughly behind it financing 93% of their budgets that's orchestrating and pulling the strings here, that's too naive for me. >> it is, brian, it's a state-sponsored attack from iran to israel. don't mince words and the biden administration has financed these guys for a long period of time to hundreds of millions and now billions of dollars. my point is this, this conflict needs to be stopped now.
4:34 am
meaning israel needs to be able to crush hamas, islamic jihad and all these folks that have been hanging this sort of over israel's neck. they need dealt with directly and biden administration needs to speak to iran and say the show is over. the game is done. we will not tolerate them sponsoring these terrorist groups that are killing jews at a level that we've not seen since the holocaust. people make don't understand what's taking place there. it is indescribable how horrific what's going on. yeah, iran is at fault. the biden administration needs to tighten up their game and neighmake sure we deponent givem a -- don't give them a sent more. >> brian: your old job is war and behind you is a series of explosions inside gaza. now, in there are people who are
4:35 am
living their lives and what you're trying to say in two or three weeks, you'll be hearing personal stories of tragedy of people that are not members of hamas. what you're trying to say is there's no other way to do it. to eradicate hamas who continues to live among the masses and live a subterranean life, you have to get in there and there's going to dbrox casualties and there's going to be collateral damage. >> that's correct, brian. i did counter terrorism and hostage rescue operations for over two decades. everything that's taking place in the gaza strip is the responsibility of hamas. let's be very clear. what's taking place in the gaza strip is the -- is a direct result of hamas' horrific crimes. that's what's taking place now. so i would encourage the palestinian people to make sure that they understand that hamas is their enemy. they're the enemy of freedom, they're the enemy of peace, they're the enemy of the united states and the enemy of the jewish people. >> brian: lastly, about 22
4:36 am
americans that could be in gaza. what should mesh's role be? if it's -- america's role be? if it's a american being held, is it a american problem? >> i'll never apologize for protecting american citizens. the united states of america needs to leverage all the full spectrum of our combat power and intelligence networks to rescue american citizens. that's what the department of defense should be focused on right now. resupplying israel and having stuff for iron dome, but we must get our american citizens out of the hands of these savages. if that means killing everybody that has been taking our american citizens hostage, then so be it. they brought this upon themselves, but americans -- every entity arnold the world needs to understand if you get near a american citizen, we'll find you. doesn't matter how long it'll take, we'll find you and root you out and remove you from the battle space. >> brian: congressman, thank you and use that leadership skills to get your caucus in
4:37 am
order to get a speaker. >> working on it. >> brian: steve, take it away. >> steve: thank you, brian. great interview. staff sergeant brian won the medal of honor for his work in fallujah. he's joining us right now. david, good morning to you. >> good morning, sir. >> steve: it is good to have you. so, if the folks that didn't -- missed the secretary of state appearing live there at idf headquarters with the prime minister of israel, we're going to play a little snippet of what the secretary of state had to say to all the people of israel making clear we've got their back. watch. >> the message that i bring to israel is this: you may be strong enough on your own to defend yourself, but as long as america exists, you will never ever have to. we will always be there by your
4:38 am
side. we're delivering on our word, supplying am in addition, interceptors to replenish israel's iron dome and other defense material and schmidts of military support have already arrived in israel and performing more on the way. israel's defense has evolved and we'll work with congress to make sure they're met and i can tell you there's overwhelming, overwhelming bipartisan support in our congress for israel's security. >> steve: david, you've got to figure that's exactly what the prime minister and people of israel wanted to hear. >> it is, it's what all allies want to hear. the problem is is what are the actions behind it? words are great. i can say whatever you want to hear and make you feel happy, but actions speak volumes and the problems with this state department and this very schizophrenic foreign policy is that there's no docket republic. what are we doing?
4:39 am
if you want to say you have the support and you're standing behind the israeli people, you'd expect the president of the united states to call out anti-semitism around the world or anti-semitism in the country or how about anti-semitism in his own party. this is serious stuff and this is the business of warfare and people will die and when you have citizens thanking god that their children are dead because they wouldn't have been brought back to gather s toe be used -- gaza to be used as victims and tools of this terrorism, what these terrorists want to do, they're grateful their children are dead and they don't have to be hostages and families are calling the state department and getting dial tones. i mean, it's all rhetoric. it's hollow and empty. i don't think our leaders are ready for this moment in history, and that as a veteran is heart breaking. >> steve: what would you like to see. you say actions speak louder than words.
4:40 am
what actions? what could they do today? >> i tell you what, how about you give us an answer to how many americans are left in afghanistan. the new york sometimes op ed section and every american wants to send navy seals and green beret to rescue people if gaza. they've spent more time in afghanistan and iraq than with their own families for the last 20 years. what was the legacy of that sacrifice? we are going to go out of our way and go into an area where we have zero situational awareness, where no special operative has stepped food in in a 20-mile by 9-mile section of real estate that has 2 million people, one of the most built up areas on the planet, but where was this alleges to our citizens in afghanistan nor the allegiance to the war on terrorism for 20 years? the state department needs to put out on their website
4:41 am
today: americans overseas, be smart, learn self-defense because if you get sideways or come into harm's way, the american government is going to pick and choose when they want to go after citizens. this is disgraceful. it makes no sense. our enemies are watching. they're watching everything we do. they see the weakness. this region of the world demands that america is the america we were for the last 50 years. we are the shining city on the hill, we have to be strong and show our enemies that we are not going to back down. we're not going to negotiate with iran or ayatollah and we stand behind our friends. >> steve: there's an interesting moment when the two were speaking at that press conference, we're going to play that to you, david, listen to this. talking a little bit about hamas and isis. >> and just as isis was crushed, so too will hamas be crushed. and hamas should be treated
4:42 am

the israelis as the prime minister talked about alongside the u.s. secretary of state, have to be prepared for the violence to spread. they have to understand that this may not just come from gaza but also from lebanon and syria. just this hour, we're getting in some breaking news, according to reports in syrian state media, it appears there were air strikes against the damascus airport and aleppo airport. why would this take place? in the past israelis have routinely targeted syrian airports when the iranians were trying to fly in weapons to smuggle into lebanon. and in the past, we also reported from western intelligence sources a few years ago, exclusively on fox, talking about the fact the israelis knew that iran was using these airports to smuggle precision-guided missiles to lebanon. this is important because just this week, we've seen rocket fire and antitank fire from lebanon, the lebanese militant
