6:00 pm
people are defending the hamas, they are defending the actions that they did. defending a terrorist organization that beheads babies and cuts babies out of pregnant women's bodies and kills parents in front of their kids. these people taking to the streets and protesting they are supporting these -- i can't even say animals. these people that are doing these horrendous things. it's scare toe me. it's not about a political argument. it's not about israel or palestinian or anything. it's about humanity. it's about people who have compassion in their heart. if they see videos of a nine-month-old baby kidnapped in gaza without parents. >> sean: this is a fox news
6:01 pm
alert. welcome to "hannity." we have three majors breaking news stories. protests across the world today after one former hamas leader called for an international day of jihad. sara carter was in times square covering a massive protest. things are still going on in new york city. earlier today things got tense where she was. a quick preview. >> did you hear about the babies? >> no, they were never be headed. that's a made up story. that's [bleep]. show me the [bleep] pictures now. you are lying and full of [bleep]. >> sean: go to x and the prime minister of israel account and you will see the pictures. house republicans are one step closer to finding the next speaker after nominating jim
6:02 pm
jordan. it is now time for republicans to come together. get a new speaker with the new war breaking out in the middle east and our ally israel involved. this is not a time for republicans to be weak. they need to be united and put aside their in fighting and move forward and reopen the people's house. jim jordan would make a great speaker. more on all of that coming up later. first, tonight, another fox news ared shirt. -- alert nine p.m. on the east coast and four a.m. in gaza. israeli defense forces confirmed to fox news they entered gaza for localized raids and are clearing out hamas so they can no longer use gaza as a launching ground to bomb israeli cities. last night on this program
6:03 pm
israel continued air strikes against gaza. we have reports indicating they struck at least 750 targets. most happened during the two hours we were on the air. as we reported last night, israel issued a warning to civilians in northern gaza and the u.n. giving them 24 hours to evacuate. that window has passed. according to a recent report from fox news world correspondent trey yingst some hamas members are preventing civilians from leaving. hamas wants them to be human shields. they think that will protect them. a sick side of hamas. an evil side of hamas. take a look. >> we are getting new reporting from the gaza strip. a diplomatic source told fox news that hamas is preventing
6:04 pm
civilians inside homes and they are continuing air strikes in gaza. this source telling fox news that hamas is preventing civilians from leaving their homes after they announced air strikes. they can tell the civilians to leave and destroying homes belonging to hamas. a source inside gaza confirmed that information. >> sean: with estimates putting the total number of palestinian refugees over one million. where do they did? egypt is facing pressure to open its borders to civilians. they have refused. why won't they open their borders at least to women and children seeking refuge? you have to remember, as we have been showing you this week, children in palestinian are
6:05 pm
6:06 pm
israel as of tonight. gaza can no longer be used as a launching ground for hamas to fire rockets into neighbor ing israeli cities. israel must end this as a staging ground for hamas. gaza is so close to israel. what happens next is there will be full on war. shootings and bombings. people on both side will die. sadly innocent people will die. our prayers tonight are with the israelis who have to defend their home land and the innocent human beings used as shields so hamas tries to protect their own lives being the cowards they are. all of this could stop. all could end right now in hamas the terror group would lay down their weapons. lay down their arms and stop
6:07 pm
using human shields. don't hold your breath. why expect a terrorist group to have any empathy of the carnage they are causing? they are founded with the idea that israel must be destroyed. they use hospitals as human shields along with schools and now plan on using israeli civilian hostages as human shields. they are using palestinian civilians trying to leave as human shields to advance their radical idealogy. nobody needs to die. the loss of life could be prevented. israel could enter gaza and prevent further attacks. but if israel lays down their arms as some on the radical left called for, it would be not just a ceasefire, israel would cease
6:08 pm
to exist. the brutal hamas terrorists have no regard for human life or hezbollah on the other side of israel would destroy israel. they have said so. they plotted and planned to do so. today iran's foreign minister warned israel of new fronts opening up in the war if they don't stop their retaliation strikes. iran is referring to this as war crimes. it's a sick joke. these strikes would not be necessary with hamas didn't kill israeli and burn and kill babies and women. iran's foreign minister in lebanon he met with the head of the iranian back terrorists
6:09 pm
group hezbollah and they claimed credit for attacks on israel military post and the lebanon border. hamas is claiming 13 hostages were killed by israel air strikes. take everything they say with a grain of salt. these are terrorists. they are killers. they are liars. their words are worthless. the mob and the media might start going along with it and stop advancing their propaganda like they did during today's day of jihad. in the last 48 hours, outlets stopped calling it a day of jihad. the news outlets said this is a day of rage instead of a day of jihad. jihad means holy war. as angry and violent as protests are breaking without across the
6:10 pm
world, protests in the united states have gone all week. some of the worst on our college campuses. how repugnant to watch ivy league institutions like yale and harvard. look at the gut wrenching video of two jewish women confronting protestors at the university of washington. this young girl says it all. they want to kill us. they want to destroy us. they want to murder us. listen. >> they want our people dead. [sobbing]. they want us killed. >> [sobbing]. they want us dead!
6:11 pm
>> sean: we will have reaction to all of this in a moment. first we go to greg palkot for the latest on the ground. 10 minutes after 4 a.m. in gaza. he reports to us tonight. thanks for staying up into the early morning. >> greg: we are seeing a little bit ever pick up in activity at the israel air force. fire jet overhead. in the gaza strip they are striking hamas militants. a lot of activity since we last talked. rockets targeted the city just behind us right here. thank heavens for the israeli iron dome defense. they knocked it down. the israeli airport has been very active. the big story tonight is the
6:12 pm
word from the israeli defense force they entered gaza. commando units have intel about where certain hostages were or corpses. i hate to say that word. they went in and moved in and they had clashing with hamas militants and they came out they said with evidence about some. where the 150 hostages are in gaza strip. some reporters say more but we don't have confirmation. last night we talked about this evacuation being demanded by israel in the northern part of gaza. hamas said no way. you stay there. we need you as civilian human shields. the u.n. said that won't happen. there have been people, thousands that have left but most of them are staying put as
6:13 pm
unrest is seen throughout the country and throughout the region. the west bank. 14,000 palestinians killed and you talked about clashes in northern israel with hezbollah. the focus is on the building run up to a full-scale land incursion. look at this. what we saw and heard on the ground. >> are looking at the israeli military getting in place for action. two miles away from the gaza strip. big trucks are bringing in tanks and other trucks. as the artillery blasts in the distance. doing more damage to gaza ahead of a possible hand incursion to knock out hamas. in southern israel lethal equipment brought in ready for the call. with tens of thousands of soldiers facing off with the
6:14 pm
militants. >> do you think it will be strong? >> it will be very strong. >> should it be strong? >> it should be very strong. >> what do you think of the hamas militants. good or bad? >> very bad. >> his english was not perfect but his determination was. 1300 killed by the hamas militants here in israel. 1900 in gaza strip. the fear that those tolls on both sides might soar if the lan incursion. happens. according to the government it will happen. it's just a matter of time. >> sean: greg palkot thank you. south carolina senator lindsey graham is facing back lash over comments he made right here on
6:15 pm
this show about the war in israel. take a look. >> they don't want to co-exist with israel. it's a problem of you can't live in my world. my god determines you die. the final solution was to eradicate the jewish people. iran and hamas believe the jewish people should die as a result of religious people. i am with israel. do whatever you have to do to defend yourself. level yourself. >> sean: alexandria ocasio-cortez responded with comments about ethnic cleansing. lindsey graham joins us tonight to respond. your comment -- let that in
6:16 pm
a minute. the 24 hours warning to the u.n. and the people of gaza has come and it's gone. we now have israeli troops. they have entered gaza. they are conducting localized raids. we see all of the other equipment. the staging is right behind them. we have entered a new phase. a ground war has begun. >> yes. i think you are right. israel has no choice but to go into gaza and up on the gaza strip and destroy hamas or they will get hit again. the old way of doing things died with the babies like world war ii. i am not calling for the eradication of the palestinian people. i have palestinian friends.
6:17 pm
hamas and the ayatollah want to kill all of the news. -- jews. i struck a nerve on your show. the response from israel is to fight back against a religious war with a war of humanity. we are fighting for human decency. if israel didn't occupy gaza they will get hit again. enough is enough. here's what i worry about tonight: there are 100,000 rockets pointed at israel in the hands of hezbollah a proxy of iran. biden is not sending a clear signal to the iranians. they are threatening to hit our soldiers in iraq and syria. it's imperative to let the iranians know escalation means we hit you.
6:18 pm
>> sean: one problem is i don't believe that this president has the strength, the vigor, the cognitive commitment. he has an obsession as he had with barack obama when he was vice-president to do deals with mullahs in iran that want to wipe israel off the map. that's their stated goal. why he was going to give them $6 billion. why he allowed the free flow of oil out of iran in terms of aiding 100 billion dollars deals that enriched their war effort. number 1 state sponsor of terror. it makes no sense to me. i don't think you will have the support you are looking for as the prime minister of israel said, we are at war. we didn't start this war but we will win this war. if it's a 2-front war i believe israel will win the war. they have the munitions to do it themselves. >> here's some good news.
6:19 pm
a bipartisan meeting today. a massive aid package will be flowing into israel. armaments and medical equipment to deal with the upcoming -- >> sean: if i may interrupt you. people are seeing on the live big picture. that's gaza and air strikes are happening as we speak. didn't mean to interrupt you, senator. >> that's okay. they are basically hitting the beaches. it's not a beach but they are opening up lanes go into gaza and destroy hamas. here's where iran is very dangerous. . if they activated hezbollah tonight to attack israel from the north with 100,000 rockets, israel would have a problem on their hands. i don't know what president biden will do. but i will introduce an
6:20 pm
authorization against iran. there is no hamas without iran. if israel is attacked by hezbollah. i know the israelis will hit hezbollah hard. then israel will need our help. president biden, please communicate as strongly as you can that an escalation in the north. hamas attacking israel on the second front, the killing of hostages will result in going to the iran. they escalate this war at their own peril. let them know that to avoid this war from getting bigger. >> sean: what role should america play? i know the appetite in this country for long, protracted conflict, the high costs. i have been very disappointed in the case of europe not
6:21 pm
protecting their own continent with ukraine. we had issues with corruption ever money and joe biden putting handcuffs on president zelenskyy. that infuriated many conservatives. now if iran tries to work with hezbollah and tries this two front war. they will be firing rockets from the north? >> that's a bigger challenge. we know according to hamas and hezbollah a lot of the planning and a lot of scheming and the weapons came from iran. the iranian revolution guard was involved. the only people denying that are on the biden administration. assuming they are involved up to their eyeballs. my question. there are two targets in iran
6:22 pm
that could devastate them. one is the stopping of their oil production. that would result in a direct attack on their refineries. the second more complicated and difficult military strategy, which has been in place for years. everybody talked about it. taking out the nuclear sites. it's a country with a big area. they are surrounding the entire country. they are spread out. they are buried deep in the ground which would require bu bunker busters bombs. is joe biden capable of that? >> we should have an aid package to israel give them a military edge over all enemies including iran. america should send weapons and medical support and supplies to israel. tell the iranians if you
6:23 pm
escalate the war you have already killed 27 americans you will be taking us on as well as israel and be ready to attack rein oil refineries which is the heart and soul of the oil machine. there is no hamas without iranian help. tell the chinese to stand down. put iran on notice. escalation means an attack on you. to those who worry about war, the best way to avoid war is to make sure you win the one you are in and deter future aggression. we lost deterrence on biden administration's watch. donald trump had china and russia scared. we lost all of that. we have to come to israel's aid with weapons and medical
6:24 pm
supplies and be ready to join israel to strike iran if they try to destroy the state of israel by opening up a second front. >> sean: i heard comments from former about the george bush. they had wisdom. he thought any military incursion now that they entered gaza and have troops on the ground. they have to avoid what happened to your troops in iraq. we can't have -- they can't have their national treasure going door-to-door and trying to win a war that way. it seems to me the best way to win wars is maybe the way donald trump took out isis. bombed the living daylights out of them and bombed them straight to hell where they belong. he did that fairly quickly. i don't think we can go back to
6:25 pm
the old days of a ground war like that. especially with military technology. do you? >> well, you are a dear friend. there is no way to defeat hamas from the air. you have to go under the ground and kill them. pull them up by the roots like we did in determine and jap -- in germany and japan. there is no option other than going underground. dig them out and kill them and hold the territory. that's what i fear will open up the second front. with all due respect, sean, i am an air force guy. you can't win the war from the air. somebody has to get on the ground and kill these guys to stop israel from being slaughtered by hamas. you have to go on the ground. hold the ground and kill them. >> sean: i think that needs to be communicated immediately by
6:26 pm
president biden if he is capable of it to the mullahs in iran. they better not open up a second front. there will be severe consequences if they do. it would become a much bigger challenge. thank you. here with more reaction to the breaking news, as you can see on the screen, those are live shots. what you are hearing is gaza being hammered by air strikes for the second night in a row. that sound is live. those pictures and flashes are live. great to have back our friend fox news contributor olive north. you know about iran and about war. it looks like now the ground incursion has begun. your thoughts on how to best fight the war with minimal casualties for israeli? >> like the senator said you
6:27 pm
have to put people on the ground. it will be bloody. gaza is 27 miles long and 7 miles wide. it borders israel and the eastern side of gaza. it has an ocean as the west border. and south seven mile long border with egypt. the place to work is with egypt. the folks are running. we have seen the footage not just on fox but all over the place of people getting out of gaza. what you will see i think is some need to open up help. refugees centers. we had american troops in this area since 1973. egypt is the place to turn to help to deal with the refugees flood that will come. they need humanitarian supplies.
6:28 pm
only a slightly significant river. it's a source of water for the people -- that should be opened up so people won't get killed there. the muslim day of rage y'all observed mosty on college campuses. it's disinformation trying to make this look like the israelis are committing war crimes. those comments needs to come from the administration. the jihad terrorists dispatched to kill my wife and children. it was a terror cell in virginia. they were there indoctrinating students. sean, if you want to know what is happening on college campuses, get this book. this is all about what is happening. what we have seen day in and out since the israelis started this
6:29 pm
operation. american gullags. this is not just an intelligence failure. this is not their 9-11. this is their pearl harbor. they broke the japanese code but could not get anyone to pay attention to it. some things will show here there are people -- let's call it fort mead and people in mosad who will claim we told you this was going to happen. nobody what paying attention. why? it's a systemic failure of awareness distracted by politics here in the united states and throws trying to bring down netanyahu. that's part of the equation as to what the hell happened. we need to get everybody that
6:30 pm
can speak in every country on the planet -- china, russia and iran won't stand up. all of the rest should. >> sean: with modern military technology and weapons. and intelligence on the ground. tell me why more of this war can't be fought with the use of technology. for example, i go back to the caliphate and isis under president obama and vice-president joe biden it grew and spread out. under donald trump he bombed the living daylights out of them and walked them back and bombed them into oblivion. why can't that happen here with the proper intelligence on the ground rather than going door-to-door with kids stepping on ieds?
6:31 pm
>> well, you will have to put people on the ground. somebody has to knock down the door and go in and save the hostages. otherwise the hostages will be dead. netanyahu was very, very wise -- >> sean: do you think that is possible? i want to have hope. there is always hope. i am not that optimistic. these are evil people. >> well, of course they are. you may remember that back a few years ago when i was a kid i was in the hostages rescue business. the last one i brought out was the by running the hospital in beirut. there are things that other people are not looking at right now. >> [loud explosion]. >> what are the chinese doing? they are centers in the united states to spread propaganda and disinformation and misinformation. what i am suggesting is this
6:32 pm
is -- you said it yourself. in world war ii we turned on the spigot. everything we could do was designed to bring hitler to heel. the reality is young men are going it die in this thing. very brave young men. i know some of them. i know guys who won the medal of honor in the israeli military. there are guys picking up telephones in hamas who can't dial out. all of that and a lot more is coming down once this ground operation gets going. it's going to get going. just look at the number of troops and all. armor they lined up ready to go. the fact we know there are operations on-going today.
6:33 pm
gaining information. every step they go. we have people up on the top watching very carefully. sean, god bless you. >> sean: appreciate you. what you are watching and seeing -- this is the sights and sounds. this is live. images out of gaza at this very minute. it is being bombarded with a massive air assault by israel happening in real time. on top of earlier today israeli troops entering gaza and bring ing the ground incursion. on this global day of jihad. massive pro-palestinian protests in cities around the world from baghdad to new york and los angeles. sara carter was with demonstrators in new york city. here's what they told her.
6:34 pm
>> people say these babies were beheaded and burned to death. children were killed. why not speak out against that? then protest later. why protest now? >> they are already killi ing hundreds of lives as we speak. >> do you think it's going to ever stop? >> the problem is i don't see any difference. >> you care about the babies beheaded? >> that was a made up story. that's [bleep]. show me the [bleep] pictures now. show me the pictures. you are a liar full of [bleep]. >> they didn't kill their babies. [bleep]. no validation of that. no proof of that.
6:35 pm
netanyahu is running his own [bleep] narrative. he is killing all of the palestinians! >> it's a shame that hamas can't stand here in the middle of new york city and say every day, this is crazy. i don't understand how the american people this. >> one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. >> sean: massive crowds believing lies. this comes at a time when anti-semitism has seen an ugly resurgence not just in the united states but around the globe, around the world. sara carter joins us with more. the massive size of the crowd
6:36 pm
that you have been in all day, it is shocking to see people that ignorant and that much in denial. that actually are supporting the terrorists attacks against israel with a passion. >> that's absolutely true, sean. we have been out here all day. there have been thousands of pro-palestinian supporters in new york city. they march madness -- march madness to the consulate. tensions are high. there hasn't been any violence but the nypd is concerned about that happening. they have been doing yeoman's work and targeted with foul
6:37 pm
language. every time they try to move people out of the way. one of the bigger issues for me personally that it happened right here. i have covered the war. i spent eight years in afghanistan. back and forth in the region. i was in iraq. i saw the atrocities of war and what hate did to those communities. we are starting to see it here in the united states. i talked to both palestinian supporters fighting for a palestinian state and i also spoke to pro-israeli supporters here. a smaller group. far smaller group. they were terrified. they could not believe the rise in anti-semitism. on the other side we have the palestinian people saying that the reports coming out of israel were lying.
6:38 pm
they said the reports about the beheaded babies were not true. there is a lot of conflict. this is not going to resolve. one of the bigger questions for everyone here today -- and there are so many people here still on the streets -- how does this -- >> [shouting]. >> interview here on tv. >> come here. what would you like to say? the bigger question a lot of people have and the one i asked everyone. there were 1200 plus people killed last weekend on saturday. people killed that were innocent civilians. killed by terrorists according to their actions. there were children involved.
6:39 pm
>> can i speak? >> do you consider hamas a terrorist organization? >> we muslims were upset. we don't support that. but you people genocide in palestinian is not okay. when it's palestinian it's okay because hamas is hiding there. that's not right! we as humans need to do better. those are children. >> what would be the reaction be? i covered the war for a long time. i have seen this. my heart breaking news. really it does to see so much death. >> our hearts do too. >> what would be the reaction be in it was the other way around this weekend? >> so palestine is the size of washington, d.c. you don't need to send war ships to destroy that strip. >> how many people believe here that babies were killed and they
6:40 pm
were beheaded by hamas? >> nobody, nobody! >> nobody believes it? >> [shouting]. >> [overlapping talking]. >> [inaudible]. >> sean: sara carter, i don't know if you can hear me. >> no religion wants the killing of children and women. >> sean: ask about the 260. >> are you worried that this war going spill here on the streets of the united states? >> absolutely not. >> this is not a war anymore. this is an extermination. this is what is happening. these are defenseless people against one of the best militaries in the world. what was the holocaust? exterminating the jews.
6:41 pm
what are the jews doing now. >> sean: who started the war. >> do you believe there is a two state situation. >> we want to stand up for what is right today. today the empire state building should be red, white and black. not blue and white. they are still supporting israel. today thousands of palestinian children have died. where are the name of the terrorists? israel should have a list of the name of terrorists. they can't pull one terrorist out. >> sean, i think -- >> [overlapping talking]. >> sean: you can wrap. >> [shouting]. >> sean: sara carter, i want to get your final thoughts. >> the rage and the anger here. and what the problem is and we have seen this throughout is
6:42 pm
that everybody here has one belief. people on the other side have another belief. nobody is shaking their beliefs. whether the people here believe what happened in israel or whether they don't, on the other side when i spoke to israeli supporters, people that were adamantly opposed to whatever's happening, even here on this street of new york city. they were saying anti-semitism is on the rise. they said nobody believes us. they were brightened on the streets. you can see on the side of the pro-palestinians they feel this intensity and rage. that's why i asked. is there a two state solution? >> give them waters and electricity and stop bombing hospitals. let them go to egypt. why are you putting a siege on
6:43 pm
everything? >> it's simple. >> sean: sara carter, can you hear me? >> the government is not allowing people to go into egypt. they are kept on the outside. inside israel. sean, we are looking at the beginning of what could be continuing protests throughout the week and not just here in the united states but throughout the world. it won't end today. back to you. >> sean: thank you. stay safe. one side started this war. one side began the conflict. one side killed 1300 innocent people. that included innocent women and children. one side took hostages. not the other. the other side is now defending itself. to see such a large crowd not just in new york but in other cities and all around the world for that matter is just an utter state of denial.
6:44 pm
the truth of what happened. we have the evidence. we have the videos. we have the still pictures. we have it all. inspite of that so many cling to their idealogy like manna from heaven. we're watching live images of massive bombardment in gaza. earlier today israel troops entering gaza beginning the ground incursion with localized raids. also today the white house stopped joe biden from falling. he had an event in philadelphia where as you can see he had a little trouble yet again getting on stage and operation keep biden administration from
6:45 pm
tripping and falling again nearly went into a tail spin. here with reaction -- you can hear the sights and sounds of live bombing of gaza. israel fighter jet are flying between the strikes. it's very loud. tomi lahren fox news contributor and charlie hurt. tomi lahren, your reaction to how massive that new york city protest has been all day. the idea that they truly just denied the reality and the evidence of what it is that the terror group hamas did to israel on start this. why such denial? >> first of all, sean i am happy to be in nashville, tennessee and not in new york city or any
6:46 pm
major city in the united states. there is a lot of people that are mystified. they live under a propaganda regime am a lot of americans have fallen victim do to the propaganda that the terrorists put out. what i would like to see from these individuals who are passonate in the streets. i would like to hear them say free palestinian from hamas. if you care about the palestinian people and their struggles and their community. you should want them to separate themselves from hamas and be out of hamas's control. that should be what they fight for. that's not what i heard tonight. i am hoping we hear more of those people on the palestinian side saying that. that's the way they will get the liberation they want. get rid of the terrorists groups. embrace humanity.
6:47 pm
>> sean: you are right about one thing, tomi lahren. sara carter god bless her. a war correspondent. not an easy assignment tonight. she does have people around her, thank god. we pray for her safety. your thoughts on all of this charlie hurt. the denial. giant oft the deny -- not just the dinial. the numbers of people defending what is nothing but pure terrorism. it shocks the soul to hear in australia gas the jews. people in great britain that are jewish being told to stay home or not use your real name in places. it's something i never thought the world could ever return to me.
6:48 pm
this hatred. this rabid anti-semitism worldwide. where is this coming from? >> well, it's the result of decades and decades of propaganda and lies and evil teachings. we go through much of life not thinking there is a religious war going on. but you have entire parts of the world that believe there is a religious war going on. i think that what tomi lahren said is the most important thing about all of this. as poisoned and toxic as those people are that are protestering, they are misguided about all of it. everybody has compassion for civilians palestinians who are caught up in this. it's incumbent upon them to stand up to the government that
6:49 pm
speaks for them and operates for them and carries out terrorists act tufts. -- activities. they have to take responsibility for their government. if they don't take responsibility for hamas they can't be surprised when outsiders get attacked protect themselves. >> sean: thank you both on this friday night. we hear air sirens now. that would probably be in israel. meaning there are in coming rockets there. you hear israel jet. gaza city bombarded by air force jet from israel. and earlier today israeli troops entered into gaza to bin the ground incursion. we have other news tonight. back to this in a minute. we will keep these pictures up.
6:50 pm
another fox news alert. house republicans are one step closer to electing a speaker after ohio congressman jim jordan won the republican conference nomination for speaker of the house. jordan has also been endorsed by former president trump. it doesn't appear jim jordan has the votes yet for speaker. some republicans call for an extension and increase of the speaker pro-tem. that's mchenry's temporary powers or do a deal with the democrats. republicans you were sent there to do a job. pick a leader. i can't think of anybody better than jim jordan ever ohio. it's an obvious choice. here is florida congressman and texas congressman.
6:51 pm
chip, i know it's difficult in these circumstances with what is happening in real time in cities around the world and what is happening live this gaza. this is an important issue. with war breaking out in the middle east we have to ask what is the republican party going to elect a speaker and open the people's house. this has gone on long enough. >> yes. great to be here with my friend brian who is wearing the uniform of the idf. this is an american hero. he lost limbs and fingers defending this country and stood along side with the brave men and women of idf. we will defend them and our national security. let's be very clear. right now a lot of drama on the speaker's debate. there are people in this town who think the status quo is
6:52 pm

special operations units inside of gaza for the last week. we have the general staff reconnaissance unit, you have the air force commando unit which is lazing those target of military structures where hamas is storing weapons, gear and other supply. the reason why we have commanders on the ground there is so that we don't destroy civilian buildings. we do our best to follow international law. however, the hostages are number one. intelligence gathering right now is the reason why we are not destroying gaza and turning it into an absolute destruction. the other thing is, the palestinians, let me get this clear and i respect professor dershowitz, he is a brilliant mind but they are not able to leave gaza. egypt, nobody is letting them out of gaza. hamas is keeping them inside. this is the largest hostage rescue siege in the history of

modern warfare. hundreds of israeli, babies, kidnapped, dragged into the tunnels and you have got 170,00a city trapped, hostages. so this is a monster hostage raid. what is also happening, they are preparing for this invasion. i believe it will be accommodation of slowing down by creating a pressure cooker in gaza with missiles, with artillery to tire hamas out. they do not shoot straight. one other point, israel has perfected not only hostage rescue. we didn't invent it but the brits invented it and the americans are fantastic at it. we sell but they did with captain phillips. we saw what they were able to do with the ship. but the israelis perfected the playbook. the general staff or reconnaissance junior who reports to the chief of staff of the idf come i will take it back to 1976, june 3rd, 103 hostages

of stress. israel is kicking the rust off right now, guys to everybody into my other guests. we have gone through this once every ten years. we were attacked from multiple fronts in '73. israelis are used to it. the reservists they will knock off the rest. you are about to see a serious operation unfold that has been methodical. listen, there was intelligence failures. those leaders of those intelligence agencies who failed. they will be replaced but now is not the time to look inward spirit is released come together. we are a culture of warriors. we fight to gather and we do reserves together. where you served in the military dictates the quality of the work you get afterwards. it is part of our lineage. the harvard, we have the israeli national police terrorist unit with top three units in the world. your american delta force gs, g9
7:38 pm
and everybody comes to learn from us. what you are about to see again is israel at its finest so standby. >> sean: i will agree with you on this front, aaron. and i hope you are right. i hope the superior military tactics and professionalism, the idf can accomplish everything you outlined mention here tonight, including the hostage rescue. >> sean, we don't have a choice. >> sean: we don't have a choice but i will say this the question was brought out to the demonstrators tonight. is there a solution? there is a solution. they started a war, israel will fight the war that they didn't want to fight and they will win the war and defeat and dig might destroy the terrorist. i will tell you all tonight, that is how this will ultimately end. israel will win! and hamas will lose. and because of will never be the same fear that is how i predict this ends.
7:39 pm
aaron, thank you. we also appreciate you general keith kellogg being with us. dan, always good to see you, my friend. joining is now 2024 republican presidential candidate, former vice president mike pence is with us. mr. vice president, i want to ask you right off of the top here, a lot of this come if we go back to the iraq war, which r with. you think of those moments and you think of some of the toughest moments when you thought, when you think of the reboot of the conflict of the mistakes we made early. military technology has become way more sophisticated. it is advanced to levels where wars can be fought by people in american cities pushing buttons and with pinpoint accuracy hitting targets, hitting, you know the head of a pen, for crying out loud, which is how sophisticated it is. my question to you when you
7:40 pm
marry this new technology, military technology, ingenuity, to these conflicts, how does it change the look of work? does it take away some of the component of risk going door to door, stepping over ieds in the process? >> well my first, let me say commit is extremely important that we speak with one voice as a nation. that america stands with israel. we will stand with israel tonight. we will stand with israel when this ground assault begins, and we will stand with israel every day through the hard fighting and loss that will occur until they achieve an outright victory. they have no choice in this moment. but to crush hamas. you and i both know, we have lived through these years, 2005 the bush administration decided to turn gaza over to hamas. it has been a catastrophic
7:41 pm
failure. it has been a policy of containment. we can't do that anymore. that horrific assault claiming 1,300 lives of men and women, children must be met with a crushing response that ends hamas as a threat from gaza once and for all. now, i'm very heartened that some of your guests say that israel is today focused on hostage rescue. i hoped that president biden would direct joint special operations command oh, delta force, our navy seals to work in close proximity with israeli defense forces because we have americans that are held hostage. i respect at least the reporting that just happen on your broadcast to focus on getting our hostages home. but look might think we ought to be making it clear that we are americans in harm's way with cherished l.a. israel suffering a brutal assault and hostages being held. we ought to make it clear to hamas that they either turn over
7:42 pm
where we are coming in and we are coming in hard. i have no no doubt the rescue personnel, special forces are the top of their game. but we are the best in the world. there are americans in bold. one of the thing i would say to you, sean, we heard one of your guest a moment ago talk about the border to egypt is closed. that is totally unacceptable. if i was president of the united states come i would be on the phone with the president and i would be sagging open your border. let's start with women and true to my children and sent us the bill, we will set up the refugee camps. but the very idea that egypt who we supply military support and components and for whom we have partnered and taking terrorist elements and during the administrating shutting our door and this hour is unacceptable. and lastly if i was president, the u.s. si is an error battle group and just pushed up
7:43 pm
yesterday. i would end in a about that. in the white house i would direct to the eastern mediterranean and have them pull alongside the u.s. the aircraft carrier, the battle groups to send a clear message to iran, clear message to hezbollah in lebanon and besides murderous regime in syria that all of them are to stand down. and if a wider war ensues here, the united states will stand shoulder to shoulder to defend the jewish gnomic jewish state of israel. >> sean: mr. vice president, let me ask you this. isis grew under the obama/biden administration but it was destroyed during the pence/trumpet fanfare. but it was a sophisticated military strategic effort that literally went backwards and as they grew, they began to shrink and you wiped out the caliphate.
7:44 pm
and it got very little notice. it got very little credit for it. but you did it with overwhelming military force in the precision technology that i have been bringing up all night. i ask you based on the technology that you are far more knowledge of than i do and that our audience would have, with that technology, how possible is it to use strategies that defeated isis in this case? i know it is more complicated because of the hostages that we have been talking about all night. but campo strategies strategies be applied here? >> well, look, thanks for giving credit to the armed forces of the united states. look, it was barack obama that called isis the jv. remember that? and then they took over land mass the size of ohio. at the end of the day, our administration unleashed our military and essentially took the safety zone and took the
7:45 pm
fight to them. and i think everything begins when you are dealing with terrorists but a mosque might hurt some of the protesters talking about free palestine were however, they were against killing civilians. hamas did not invade israel to free palestine but they invaded it to kill jews. it is their objective, it is their goal to kill jews civilians to essentially drive israel to its knees and drive israel out of existence. and so, i think the first order of business is to make it clear that you are going to take the safeties off and you will lean in. with regard to perception technology, look come in many cases, it was open and spread out over a large region. this will be house to house stuff. it is much more analogous than what you just referred to, sean, as that search took place in places like rome adia and the iraq he war. this is going to be hard
7:46 pm
fighting and literally going to be building by building, house by house. it is one of the reasons why i think is absolutely imperative that palestinians living in gaza take to heart those warnings and get out of those areas because israel is going to have to move in and move in with heavy armor. but they will have to move in with overwhelming force. >> sean: can i ask a question. >> just like the search did in iraq. and they are going to have to do everything in their power to hunt down and destroy the 30, 40,000 hamas terrorists held up in gaza today. >> sean: are you suggesting and do you think the american people will be at excepting of boots on the ground, american boots on the ground in the case of hostage rescue? >> well, look might is what the delta force and abc will do
7:47 pm
better than anybody in the world appear to be are talking about americans here, right, sean? and i know there are other people in the public debate on our side of the aisle pushing american commitment from american involvement. they like to use words like "boots on the ground." i'm talking about americans held hostage in gaza. i've been in this situation a lot. this is a moment for you to tell joint special operations command to begin immediately to prepare to mobile lights whether delta force or navy seals and work with the israeli defense forces, special operations, and as i said before, make it clear to hamas that you either turn them over or we are coming. we will come and get them. we will bring them out. we are better than anybody in the world. we need to be prepared to do it. but at the end of the day, look, this is a moment where there are tragic days ahead.
7:48 pm
and i just want to prepare the american people for the fact that when we say america stands with israel, we have to be prepared to stand today, tomorrow, and every day until they achieve outright victory and destroy hamas once and for all. and i will. >> sean: mr. vice president, thank you for being with us tonight. we appreciate it. as you are watching, this is in real time being bombarded by massive air defense by israel and gaza pure the largest we have seen all week on top of the early news today, is, israeli troops entering gaza. it is no secret that human has historically been anti-american, anti-semitic. quite frankly, an organization not hopeful or supportive of israel. but get this, the u.n. is so out of touch with reality that they refused to label hamas or has split terrorist organizations, which they are. al qaeda, taliban, isis all blacklisted by the u.n. but apparently they ran back
7:49 pm
militants that want to wipe israel off of the map and commit the worst atrocities we have ever seen. they get a free pass. here with reaction former israeli ambassador to the u.n. danny cannon, california congressman darrell license and i begin with you, why do we pay the money for an organization that is historically anti-semitic and anti-american? >> you know, kennedy, that is a huge question the right answer is we pay too much and too many places where the basic existence to make existence of the u.n. a good idea. they have very pockets we pay ridiculous. it is one of the areas where truck pulled back on some of the most defensive. this has put the money back in without congress' approval. >> sean: mike waltz, congressman of florida, your thoughts. >> congressman darrell is right whether the u.n. relief agency
7:50 pm
or where it is teachers, students and others praising hamas martyrs as martyrs, justifying rockets and rocket attacks. president trump defended it for its anti-israel bias. biden restored it to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. we recently voted to defund it again on top of the fact that under trump, they tried to at least get hamas' sanctioned and labeled. nobody voted for it not even the u.k. and france but the biggest thing that i watched, sean under president trump because of maximum pressure campaign on iran, you can't forget the head of the snake here. hezbollah, hamas, the militias in iraq and iran impact once were all complaining that they were running out of money. their coffers were dried up. they couldn't afford to pay their fighters. that was all under president trump and now they are
7:51 pm
flushed with cash and unleashing on israel and the entire world we have to get back to those policies to get trump back in the white house. >> sean: by the way, those sounds you hear, the site you see, that is causing an real-time being bombarded with israeli airpower. this on this day, the israeli troops have entered gaza. that is what we have been showing all night. now, let me ask one exit question two darrell issa, any people say what is the solution? to me the only solution is the total complete defeat, destruction of hamas. and hezbollah's to begin a conflict in the north, then the complete destruction of them as well. if we want to know what the solution is, is really victory anything short of that would be a failure, to me. >> you are aptly right, but sean, you say hezbollah but you
7:52 pm
need to say again and again and president trump said it, you have to go after iran. you have to go back to sanctioning them. we are all focusing on $6 billion, but there is $50 billion documented and sanctions that are not being enforced that iran has gotten in the way of money. that money has flowed to hezbollah, hamas. it has flowed directly and indirectly into the kind of programs that will lead to a nuclear weapon. >> sean: danny, i see only one solution, and that is is really victory over terrorism after this brutal terrorist attack last weekend. >> absolutely. what we have seen is the atrocities and we haven't seen since the day of the holocaust. with respect to the u.n., sean, we don't care about the u.n. right now. we care about defeating the enemy, and we will do it. i want to share with you something which was highly classified two hours ago.
7:53 pm
that is a document that hamas -- including the capture citizens to brutalize -- and when you see that kind of hatred, you realize we have to beat them. in the days of jews, massacre, raped, kidnapped and no one response? we are determined as israel. we appreciate the words we heard on your program, sean, but we have to realize in a week, two weeks' time, we will see the u.n. will come against us. some other countries will come against us. >> sean: there will be an attack on israel. >> you know what happened with russia, sean? russia with a resolution to the security council to call for a cease-fire. shame on them! a cease-fire after they killed more than 1,300 innocent israelis? and they took our girls into
7:54 pm
gaza and raped them? there will be no cease-fire. we will go in together and handcuff hamas and demolish hamas. we will support the community with or without the u.n. we are fighting for our lives. and we are determined to win. over here in israel, we have to attend so many funerals. we see the strength of the israelis coming together. we put together a unity government. in the next few days, hamas will with idea of. >> sean: congressman from florida, the last word. to me only one solution the total defeat, destruction of the terrorists that killed all of these innocent men, women and children last weekend you are the people that are holding all of these hostages currently. and that means that there is one solution, and that is that you use as much force that is
7:55 pm
necessary to win the war, and frankly, to win it quickly. >> and i've been fighting terrorism my entire life. whether it is al qaeda and isis or hamas and hezbollah, we have to remember this. when they are putting their headquarters and when they are launching rockets, when they are putting military facilities and fighters in schools, in mosques, in hospitals, they are committing a war crime. when israel does what it has to do to defend itself, it will do its best. but if it hits those facilities come of course, the u.n. and everybody else is going to immediately blame israel. hamas and hezbollah committed the war crime i even putting military facilities in those civilians and on top of it and literally will be chaining civilians to those sites. god bless those idf soldiers. they will do the very best they
7:56 pm
can, but those terrorists have already committed the war crime. you will see the chirping and the complaining and the hand reading from the u.n. what i pray is that this administration, this biden administration does not get weak kneed like we saw out of the gate. they got better, but we will see the europeans followed the u.n. we have to stay strong. that is why we have to get republicans back in charge in the house because we want to have 100% israel's back. >> sean: i want to thank all of you, david cannon, darrell issa, mike waltz, thank you for being with us in joining us now fox news contributor tammy bruce, jason chaffetz. you know, i think tammy, mike waltz is right. i think as this work progresses and as israel has now said that there will be no two-state solution but one solution. it will be is really victory. i believe that we are seeing tonight this massive bombardment
7:57 pm
as every indication of what is to come. the early beginning incursion from israeli troops now into because of earlier today. this is just the beginning. however, i do believe mike waltz is right in the sense, there is going to be propaganda and blame thrown towards israel. people will seem to forget very quickly that they were the victim of the worst terrorist attack in their history. that has to be factored into this. >> well, does. israel will be speaking up on its behalf. those of us that understand the vast majority of humanity on this planet that what happened was obscene in the beginning of what they wanted to be as a genocide. we understand this. people have to be reminded. remember, there is a reason why we have the phrase "never forget" because that has been the case with the holocaust itself. there is still efforts to try to make people say that it never occurred. we understand these things now
7:58 pm
who are too interesting with the u.n. is. we understand what certain nations are purely have seen it played out by hamas, the most average in the human not just inhumane, but in human behavior. it happens and it is psychotic. you have tens of thousands of people willing to do this. this is what humanity is up against. jews, once again are at the front for the rest of humanity in stopping this kind of madness. that is why they deserve our support pier that is why they are getting it. it is the nature of what america we owe and not just israel but the historically pure the world does with response to world war ii and ignoring to some degree of what was transpiring in the camps. this is our ability to say truly, genuinely, not again, never again. the jewish people around the world, god bless them. god bless israel because once again, they are going to save
7:59 pm
humanity. >> sean: let me get jason in here if i can, tammy, because of constraints of time. we have been watching and i said since this whole issue of kevin mccarthy going down, republicans have a very limited window. they must show the american people that they can lead to. they have now nominated jim jordan. they need to confirm him as speaker, jason. otherwise, the american people every day will be losing confidence in their ability to be a in leadership. am i wrong? >> you are exactly right. look, jim jordan is the nominee. they should put him to the floor and they should vote for him. i want to hear the people that will vote for somebody other than jim jordan at this point. why in the world is the house going in recess until monday? get your back in the room and get on the floor and start voting in public and show us what it's all about! that is what you should be doing. and you know what, one of the best cases for jim jordan is how
8:00 pm
vehemently against him liz cheney is. if you need any more evidence that you are on the right track with jim jordan, look at liz cheney! who else are you going to vote for? you have nobody else that can garner votes. he is the very best that the republicans have in taking the fight to the democrats explaining to the american people why republicans are the adults in the room. if they could actually be that, get in the room and vote for him and make him speaker of the house! >> sean: if not, we will have to bring you out of retirement, jason commit is that simple. it is not a joke. they need to get their act together hopefully by monday of next week. thank you all. unfortunately that is all the time we have this evening. as always, thank you for being with us. set your dvr so you never ever miss same episode. our thoughts and prayers are with the innocent people of israel and innocent victims in all of this. stay with fox news channel and continuing coverage and "fox news @ night" with kevin
