the advisory board chair of the organization of iran ian communities joins me now. my problem with blinken's statement follow. u.s. personnel have been attacked, yet there has been little swift or decisive action from this white house. your thoughts? >> you are absolutely right. this regime has been a strategic threat to peace and stability in the region. end of the day, the head of the snake is in tehran and we have to look at the root cause of the conflict. has been waging war on its own citizen. massacres across iran, we saw in the protests last year. we saw it in the protests in 2019, the massacre. the words can go so far, need to be backed with firm policy on iran. we need to deal with iranian problem with the way that the people of iran are calling for

see students across our country protesting against israel after they saw the genocide. i love this country and i'm grateful for its support as an american jewish college basketball coach. we have jewish students on campus that are scared. just days after october 7, we got together and said, coach, we have to do something. church of highlands along with our student jewish group got together and said, let's get humanitarian bocks together for aid and write notes to soldiers and childrens and moms and do do something positive in support of israel. >> carley: 15 people were supposed to come to the event, 50 people showed up, it must have been good to see that level of turnout. >> we just wanted to be together and try to do something positive

and rape of women, how do you rationalize that? >> i can't understand it, it goes to show you how deep the roots of antisemitism are. i don't know if any organization is calling for death and destruction of entire race of people. when they chant from the river to the sea, they mean every jew from jordan river to mediterranean sea, six million in that number, they want dead and all israel has done for 75 years since existence is simply defend itself. this time the world has seen they just have gone too far. israel is looking for partners of peace. there are two million israeli-arabs living in israel and peace and prosperity, doctors and lawyers and in education and healthcare and living a really good life, but there are about a million palestinian or other arabs that don't want to live in peace and clearly demonstrated that.

plague out on cspan. the idf linking iran to the attacks in the middle east and hamas on israel. tony blinken says our country, the united states of america will respond swiftly and decisively. congressman, have you seen anything from this administration that reeks of swiftness or decisiveness? >> i've seen nothing but pandering to iran and iranian proxies attacking troops and we have to do something. not only to the iranian proxies but to iran. the biden administration since day one has done nothing but pander to the iranians and give them resources so their proxies can carry out types of attacks on the troops and the atrocities that are going on in israel and gaza. i do not have any trust or confidence that we have the leadership in the white house or pent gone to do what need to be done, but we better do something and do it fast.

we need to respond to this on behalf of the troops that are being attacked and need to provide the strong support or our allies. >> carley: yeah, and two dozen u.s. troops have been injured in drone and missile attacks on the u.s. basis in iraq and syria. what's the response? >> i don't know but it needs to be decisive and needs to be very clear that it's in response to this. if you come after and attack american troops, there needs a price to be paid. we know without a doubt that these are iranian proxies and they're funded, trained, and equipped by iran so this response needs to be directed at arraign, and it's -- iran, not just at proxies but iranian assets and it's embarrassing for the country and sends the wrong message to other enemies around the ward.
