>> todd: kessler attended a rally north of los angeles to honor victims murdered during the hamas terror attack one month ago today. witnesses say kessler was hit in the head from a pro-palestinian counter protester, he fell back hitting the ground. >> my friend told me, they took your friend to the hospital. what happened to him? he said, there was a lot of blood, go take a look. i did and i left the area to go to the hospital. >> todd: kessler died in the hospital yesterday morning, community members gathered to mourn the senseless law. a local rabbi said it never should come to this, somebody wanted to raise a israeli flag.

ago, they assaulted a young girl. took her flag away. they got arrested, a lot of people are not getting arrested. police have been told to stand back and allow this to happen. this is violent rhetoric. >> brian: some of the people don't know what they are talking about. even some anchors. all they are focusing on is what happens in gaza. if they think it out, anything happening in gaza is solely responsibility of hamas and bennett has to do more of this and do more american television. you need him, former prime minister on msnbc told msnbc anchor, get ahold of yourself, have perspective on what happened and understand this operation. we have no choice but to take gaza back. listen.

is the choice. >> steve: the democrats what they say is republicans want to restrict your right to an abortion. >> that's because that's all they've got. they sell fear. that's all they have. they have no plan to create jobs, no plan for excellence in education, no plan for families and parents, no plan for making communities safer. no plans for transforming behavioral health. we delivered on all of them. all they have is fear. we're the party of hope. they're the party of fear. hope beats fear every day of the week. [cheers and applause] >> steve: i know you haven't been a politician long because you came from private business and -- but in watching you work the room, it seems like you like politics. if you do really well today and you are not on the ballot. but you kind of are. if you are able to hold the house and flip the senate, it could be good for you on a national scale or down the road.

>> let me just begin i like people. and one of the things that i have enjoyed so much is meeting as many of the 8.7 million bosses that i have in virginia as i possibly can because everybody tells me about their concerns and that's why i think we do a better job is because we listen. i do think that the nation is watching what's happening in virginia. why? because they need hope, too. a state that was just 22 months ago lost has completely taken a right turn and forged a new path forward and virginians are on board withholding the house and flipping our senate.
