>> earlier this week, hunter biden's special counsel david weiss sat down for a transcribed interview before the house judiciary committee. fox now has a transcript of that interview. we can now confirm that weiss did, indeed, say what the irs whistleblowers had said, that he was not given the special status that he asked for. and while weiss's investigation of hunter sputters on, the house oversight committee, they are now moving forward in a very aggressive way with the probe of the biden family business and their dealings. chairman comer issued subpoenas for hunter biden, james biden, their business associate eric sherwin and the list got very long tonight. he will join us in a minute and explain, along with the guy who runs the gallery where hunter biden sold his, quote, art work, to a no, ma'am mus buyers who bought hunter biden's painting before getting appointed to a board by joe biden. also breaking tonight, john solomon, just the news.com, investigative reporter, editor in chief, well, he's reporting

that hunter biden even misled his own accountant about his foreign income streams and is now cooperating with the irs and possibly even david weiss in the hunter tax case. here with the full report, john solomon just the news.com. joe, what have you got tonight? [cheers and applause] >> listen remember back in 2020 -- thank you. remember back in 2020 when joe biden was talking about wety people need to pay their fair share we need to make a fair tax system. at the moment he was uttering those words his son was trying to clean up and hide before the public before election day the fact that he was a tax cheat and had not paid taxes in years. he brings in this accountant and trying to get things cleaned up and paid off. there's wealthy donors paying off hunter biden's debts in march and july of 2020. and hunter biden is not telling the truth even to his own accountant. the accountant says he's misrepresenting income, misrepresenting taxes. in fact they were so worried about hunter biden, they made him sign a letter saying i promise i'm telling you the

truth. they still found that he wasn't. why is that important? within a few months of that cleanup operation, that accountant, jeffrey, became a cooperating witness with the irs. they interviewed him a couple times. he is likely to be a very key witness if david weiss ever proceeds with gleany tax charges against hunter biden. remember joe biden's out there preaching fair taxes his son was trying to hide the fact that he had been cheating on his taxes. >> sean: we learned from david weiss that the irs whistleblowers did tell the truth about david weiss. >> yes. >> sean: doesn't that mean somebody else did not tell the truth before congress? >> the truth and the justice department is a very fungible thing seems to move around to whatever they want it to be at every moment just like it does in the biden family. the truth of the matter is james comer, jason smith, jim jordan they are going fact by fact, witness by witness, document by document. they've given the american people an irrefutable truth the only people having a problem with the truth, the justice department and joe biden. >> sean: johnson monday just the news.com.

financially with dealings from china, russia, kazakhstan, ukraine, and romania. close to $30 million? do we know anything that they did for this money? >> not a thing. absolutely nothing. all we know is that the bidens received millions and millions of dollars from foreign nationals and from oligarchs. these were people that, i like to say were bad people from bad countries that were in trouble or wanting something. we saw that with the case of burisma they were needing a prosecutor fired who was investigating for corruption. we think a similar thing happened in romania. we know a lot about why he got $3.5 million from russia. we haven't talked about that yetment and we're learning every day more about the millions of dollars they took in from china. so we're looking forward to hearing from people that were involved with all of those different schemes. tony bobulinski is someone that has been on your show, sean. we're looking very forward to
