that is described in very benevolent terms. >> equity on this, from the beginning making a commitment that we would increase minority and women owned businesses getting federal contracts. >> and infrastructure law with equity at the center is so important. >> he means that sincerely. and of course, that is the antithesis of equality is guaranteed in the constitution. it comes out based on phony and subjective sense of what is fair, rewarding americans based on arbitrary categories, the same activists demanding reparations now are the ones that influence the president's executive order that was aimed at advancing it for all of them including people of color and others who have been historically underserved and

impacted by inequality. because it requires a systematic approach to fairness and decision-making processes and agencies must recognize and work to address inequities and policies and programs. but ignore the noble language because when they use this term racial equity, it's not about helping african-americans, it is about helping to advance the democratic agenda, which is 21st century socialism. their idea of equity would never include a scenario under which a government contract would be awarded to a business headed by a conservative black man or woman over headed by a white reliable supporter of the claimant agenda, let's say. because unless you buy into what they believe, you don't count as

being traditionally from an underserved community. do remember my old boss, justice thomas, was treated compared to oprah winfrey. it wasn't until a year after the museum opened that they had added under pressure a small exhibit on justice thomas. disgusting but so predictable. the true aim of the equity agenda was to build a political machine where the leftists get as many resources as possible. so this is seen in how the joe biden team has downplayed the derailment of east palestine. >> how you just get up and walk away from that. >> this is the first time i've ever been afraid to get home. >> i can't take anything from my

community? what kind of farce is that? what ultimately leads to our established firms setting up subsidiaries with on the surface minority staff so they can compete for that federal contract. the story is as old as time. just as the left came to dominate university faculties and hollywood, they want to dominate all aspects of the federal government and the lucrative government contracting. this is why they are so afraid reform the civil service. but the truth is they have essentially given up on the system, they think it's racist, evil, and they want to end it. but since socialism can never deliver better outcomes to people, the radicals need to rig things in their political favor as the only way. they are kind of jealous of

china with their social credit system, and they would like to establish the equivalent of that here, a system that rates you based on if you are a member of a select group or certain attitudes or beliefs. so if you have the wrong friends, if you donated to the wrong groups, if you go to the wrong church, you will be shut out of certain opportunities and this is what they want. they effectively did this in the universities and in hollywood and now they aim to do this in government. by extension in corporate america. so everything that you hear about is all the same. it is ditching any objective measure, whether it is the sats comedy act's and yes, objective assessments via artificial intelligence. yes, you heard that right. as americans struggle to buy a dozen eggs or struggle to fill their gas tanks, don't worry

come of the administration has a plan to eradicate algorithmic discrimination. designers and developers should take continuous measures to protect individuals from algorithmic discrimination and to use and design systems in an affordable way. and this is anything to avoid what might even approach and objective assessment. and of course business leaders are also bowing to the equity gods as well. >> most speak out as allies to the black lives movement. >> we supported black lives matter. >> business leaders cannot remain silent on political issues. >> this is already a play in
