dismembered woman in sharpton's bathtub and nbc would pay him on "meet the press" next sunday. these were created because we were told the system was racist, that it needed to be corrected. but is that even true? in a "wall street journal" op-ed written by jason riley, which we recommend you read, it says the criminal justice system isn't racist. an authoritative, newly published academic paper citing 51 studies says race has little clear impact on criminal adjudication. the study actually finds black defendants receive more lenient sentences than whites. the study shows that blacks are incarcerated at higher rates than other groups because they commit crimes at higher rates, not due to systemic bias. and everyone knows poor people commit crimes at higher rates. it has nothing to do with race.

what's interesting is, when the black population was extremely poor in the '40s and the '50s, the black violent crime rate was much lower. the reason why, black families were intact. in 1940, 96% of all children in the united states were born to a mother and father. today, 40% of all kids are born to a single mother, and 64% of black children are born without fathers. so what is the democrat solution? not the nuclear family, which could cut crime and poverty in half in a generation. it is to end cash bail, empty the jails, and hand out reparations. it is plain white supremacy. raise your taxes and is redistributed. they don't want to improve your life, they want to improve their's. keeping black americans dependent on big government and incentivizing single motherhood

when they get money, where do they want to live? i've got to tell you, i live in a white neighborhood, and the white people are always on my reading talking about a missing dog, something like that. and i'm thinking, my goodness, late of these white people go to sleep? so i don't have to worry about them doing anything to me, because it is sad that we as black people understand that the biggest fear we have is other black people. i have a movie called "a fatherless in america." it chronicles exactly what you've said, that single motherhood is the number one cause of a lot of things in the black community, including crime, and yet the liberals who claim they want to end crime and make you safer won't talk about that. >> jesse: sharpton doesn't want to talk about any of that. he wants to talk about dei going away. because what happens, sotomayor, if dei dies?

>> this is a hustle. when you can get rid of things like -- you look at al sharpton, jesse jackson, all these guys profited greatly off of selling used fear. fear of white people, fear of the bogeyman, but not fear of what the actual problem was. they never fixed the problem and, again, we don't talk about the fact that their pockets are lined and they don't live in the same neighborhoods they claim to represent. that is what this is. when you can tell someone, "plagiarism is bad," yet if a black person does is fine. as you stated, why would a person want to hire -- i don't know if you sought a long time ago, seattle mayor put out one of my videos where i said, if i was a white cop and i went to a black neighborhood, i would wait until the shooting stopped before he ever intervene, because you can't win. he almost got fired because he shared that with his police department, because they understood, why deal with a headache? and that's exactly what you

brought up. >> jesse: did you ever find that white neighbor's dog? >> [laughs] i tried to turn the ring app off, jesse! they were talking about the stock all night long! i said, wow, white people really like dogs! >> jesse: we love 'em, we sure do. >> but everybody cared. i look at my neighborhood, and my neighbors are probably watching right now and they are glad that i'm here, but i look at them and they really care about each other. that's one of those things you want to keep neighborhood safe. the people in the neighborhood must care about each other and they must care about the environment. have you noticed, any black person that talks about self-reliance -- not that the government is at fault or that the police are at fault, but that it starts at home, they are excoriated. they are kicked out. they are told, like me, "we've got to ban you." i listened to with those people said, that the lady you are talking about was criticized for her free speech. why is it that everybody else can't have that same

>> jesse: fox news alert, the second tranche of epstein documents has just dropped, and the "primetime" team is digging through them like serious truffle pigs. we saw an email between people indicating bill clinton personally walked into the offices of "vanity fair" and threatened journalists to spike six traffic articles about his

"good friend" jeffrey epstein. why would he go to bat for epstein? not sure. another email indicates that a 17-year-old virginia giuffre was traffic to prince andrew and other men, including "two of the world's most respected politicians." the names of the resp respected politicians are redacted. go back around 20 years ago and ask yourself, who are two of the world's most popular polit politicians? yesterday we discovered that anne epstein victim told her that bill clinton likes his girls young, and that he did indeed fly on epstein's plane, and even his chopper. we learned just how close stephen hawking and epstein really were. we discovered that david copperfield spent some time at jeffrey epstein's palm beach estate. he was not able to make his name in these documents disappear, though. and we learned that world leaders may currently be under the threat of blackmail. you would think an international

sex trafficking and espionage ring involving the highest levels of politics, finance, celebrity, and royalty would stir slight interest in professional journalists. not really. this is how they are covering the story. >> former president bill clinton and donald trump mentioned in deposition transcripts, both denying any wrongdoing. in one, a woman who once worked for epstein recalled he spoke to her about clinton, saying epstein told her one time "that clinton likes them young," referring to girls. the same woman says epstein once suggested calling trump for an outing in atlantic city. speak of the media , a lot of them controlled by big intel, is both sides of the scandal. bill clinton, who was photographed getting a massage by an epstein victim, who has lied repeatedly about flying on epstein's jet, is now involved in a cover-up threatened journalists? and reportedly had a romantic relationship with epstein's

madam, ghislaine maxwell? that is on par with them going to trump's casino 30 years ago? and was that valerie jarrett's daughter, laura, fronting that piece? i think it was. let's get the facts straight here. here's the lawyer who represents dozens of epstein's victims. >> the only thing i can say about president trump is that he is the only person who, in 2009, when i served a lot of subpoenas on a lot of people, or at least give notice to some pretty connected people that i wanted to talk to them, he's the only person who picked up the phone and said, "let's just talk. i'll give you as much time as you want, tell you what you need to know," and was very helpful in the information he gave. >> this is the same lawyer that said bill clinton spent a lot of times in epstein's orbit and refused to help the victims. >> he was in jeffrey epstein's presence, and even more so in

ghislaine maxwell's presence. many times, numerous occasions, including on occasions when others who were victimized by jeffrey epstein were there. he has a lot of information. we have invited him to speak to us. the fact that he has been less than helpful is troubling to me, who has only been trying to fight for the victims and survivors and get real answers. >> jesse: "watters world" spoke to a source close to epstein's pilot and said that the rides on the jet were kind of kinky. >> bill clinton was on those flights? >> numerous times. these girls are dressed -- he would describe them as candy stripers. >> jesse: you are saying on the flights that bill clinton was on with jeffrey epstein, the stewardess or stewardesses, many of them were under age, where dressed as candy stripers? >> correct. >> jesse: and there were beds in the back of the plane?

>> beds, bedroom, yes. >> jesse: epstein was trafficking underage girls to politicians, business executives, foreign leaders, even well-known prime ministers. he was obviously an intelligence asset collaborating with our government. even ghislaine maxwell's dad was reportedly an intel asset who allegedly worked for mi6, the mossad, even the cia. it was a match made in heaven, or for some of the victims, h hell. biden's cia director had three meetings with jeffrey epstein. so it's no surprise the fbi's keeping a lid on the surveillance videos from the epstein properties, and dick durbin doesn't want to subpoena any of these flight manifests. the entire op was at risk. so what's next? joined me now, sox senior correspondent tara palmeri, has done a lot of excellent research looking into the epstein world. we are not here to convict clinton or clear trumpet or any

of that. you studied this pretty diligently. pull us back. what was going on with epstein and the u.s. government? >> well, all i can really tell you about is what i learned from the victims and the people who had worked for jeffrey epstein, and the world they painted around jeffrey epstein. he was clearly rolling at the highest levels among politicians, entertainers, leaders of banks, industry titans. really, every science, art, philanthropy. and he obviously got this sweetheart deal that was pushed all the way to the top of the bush justice department. at the time they actually approved this sweetheart deal and he was only convicted of procuring a minor for prostitution. this was back in 2006. i think the bigger picture we should take away from all this, he had this charge, he was convicted, he spent time in prison, and after that he was

quickly rehabilitated into society, spending time with these same high rollers for the next ten years, more than ten years, until he was again arrested. and there was no issue. people are willing to do business with him, they were willing to take his money, and it just proves that there's two different types of justice in this country. there is justice for the elites and for everyone else. because i think anybody else he was charged with that single crime, even though he had an entire pyramid scheme at a local high school of poor girls going to a palm beach high school, and he had hundreds of girls coming in and out of his house, he was only charged with procuring one minor for prostitution. but even that charge enough, you would think it would make a person a social pariah. especially among leaders. >> jesse: schuller. even after the me too movement, we are still having trouble getting dick durbin to subpoena the fbi for the flight manifests just to know who is on this dead pedophile plain.

why are they still protecting a dead pedophile? >> i don't know exactly what's going on with the flight records. i know that some of them are hard to obtain. >> jesse: tell me about it! >> right. when i was reporting on the case for my podcast, "broken seeking justice," we went to the home of the pilot and we asked for the flight records. he was not as forthcoming with that, said he didn't have them. that was at least what he had told her lawyers. we went to the houseman that worked there, and he ended up being a crucial witness in the ghislaine maxwell trial. he testified and said it was an open secret, that the way jeffrey epstein lived his life, he was a man in his 50s, 60s, around girls who were teenagers. pretty out in the open. it was pretty hard not to see what was going on is what he said, which is why in a big way these people enabled him and helped him come back into

society, enabling him to continue the sex trafficking. >> jesse: they sure did, and his handlers within the u.s. government obviously enabled him and didn't give a damn about any of these young victims. and that's what the story should be about, the victims. >> right, and he had a way of figuring it with each person, each prosecutor he was dealing with, how to find their mentor, some lawyer that was close to them. with acosta, and florida. he knew that ken starr was his icon, so he hired ken starr to be his defense lawyer. >> jesse: he was a wizard with finance and with personal relationships, that he was a sick bastard. >> he could hire whoever he wanted. >> jesse: and that's the problem. when you have a sick guy like that is not smart, with a lot of money, and all of these perversions, you just leave a tragedy in your wake. >> and people who are willing to bend to it. >> jesse: you are right.

minutes ago, the smash and grabs. that's going to be a reality when there's no food in the grocery stores. where are they going to go? to other people's cupboards. >> jesse: do you think, when they build these things, that they think they're ever going to need them? where is this some vanity play? >> i think it's like an insurance policy. i believe some of them know that someday they'll need it, and some are buying it just as insurance. >> jesse: when you build these, what is the must have with the billionaire bunker that everyone needs to have this one thing? >> typically theaters, for personal entertainment. libraries are really common. with the billionaire bunkers, you don't see much self-sustaining type things, like no hydroponics or gardens, things like that. it's more about storage and comfort, bowling alley, swimming pools, saunas, shooting ranges.
