an election. >> carley: according to fox news voter analysis, state voters with immigration and economy as the most important issues, guys. >> todd: it does beg the question if you lose by 11.5 points, can you claim victory, which is what nikki haley did somewhat yesterday. people thought it was a strategy getting out there with a victory speech before a really trump to get out there himself but we will see if that strategy works. >> carley: i think when she made the victory slip i thought she was going to lose by smaller margin and ended up being double digit loss but obviously 11 points double digits. but the speeches were interesting because many people come i got an alert on my phone that said she would speak after donald trump wins new hampshire. you assumed that it would be somber. she delivered a victory speech. donald trump speech, he seemed much more angry than iowa. when you spoke to him, did he

say anything about that, why he may be frustrated? he definitely went in and attacked nikki haley. some people were making comments about the way he commented on her dress. it looks like a fancy dress, it might not be. he said thinking haley and ron desantis ran great campaigns. >> the thing is trump is honored and really excited about the numbers. something that he and his campaign pointed out as new hampshire, you can vote in the republican primary. so even with independence, changed and voted and the republican primary for nikki haley, trump still won. he said nikki haley, he didn't say she had to drop out, but he said she should because his campaign is wasting money instead of campaigning against joe biden right now, which is what they know they will be doing down the line. he says they have to waste money and still kind of run against her. what he says is the republican party is completely were united

behind him. monday night is lester rallied before the voters at the polls in new hampshire, he had senator tim scott, vivek ramaswamy, doug burgum stood with him on the stage and ran against him a few months ago as g.o.p. opponents. now, they have all endorsed him and you have florida governor ron desantis dropped out of the race on sunday and endorsed him. i think people were surprised how quickly after suspend of the campaign he endorsed him. but what trump is saying is the whole party is united behind me. >> carley: looking ahead to south carolina, there are so many south carolina lawmakers who endorse donald trump. some of them we will be talking to her later in the show. >> todd: i think you made the important point that cannot be overstated. nikki haley was expected to do better in new hampshire than other states. that is in large part democrats and independents can vote. where is new hampshire? new hampshire is right next to massachusetts.

and i know so many people, they were a very liberal democrats who just got sick of massachusetts because they couldn't afford it anymore move to new hampshire. spirit about their politics with them and nikki haley mobilized a lot of those people, whether she intended to or not and hence, that is why 11.5 is the margin there where iowa much more. >> carley: moving ahead of ahead, nikki haley in recent days did not say she would win new hampshire but she would do better than she did in iowa where she lost to donald trump by 32 points. so now she can say, well it may be double digits but it is 11 trending and the right direction. on the other side of the aisle -- >> if you look back to 2020 and those primaries, joe biden after iowa, new hampshire, he was losing big time. he was losing big time in new hampshire. he had his sights set on new hampshire. it is nikki haley taking that model? we don't know. does she have the numbers in south carolina? not according to the polls we are seeing.

on the other side of the aisle, presidepresident biden a write-n candidate. minnesota congressman dean phillips grabbed 20% of the vote yesterday. biden setting his sights on potential match up with former president trump. listen. >> donald trump is betting you won't vote on this issue. but guess what, he is betting we won't hold him responsible either for taking away their rights. he is betting that you will stop caring. >> i believe 2024 will be the most important election we have had since 1864. here. what is nikki haley's path forward at this point? >> look, there is a path but it is a very narrow path. she has to get her act together and do really well in south carolina. that is obvious to everyone at this point. so i think, look, that is the next big battleground we have to watch for nikki haley. but look, there is a path. it is narrow. it requires her competitor former president trump to stumble on the path he is on because he has a wide path at this point. >> carley: one of the things nikki haley does have his money. she has well-funded appeared as a matter of fact, her campaign received $1.5 million in small donation since ron desantis dropped out. do you think are showing in new hampshire and the new hampshire primary will satisfy those donors or the loss smaller than expected, or are we looking at a possibility eventually down the road looking at the numbers in south carolina? her money drying up before the primary begins?

>> a really tough question to answer. that is actually the single most important question to ask, which is will hurd donors stay with her. my suspicion is those in the anti-trump alternative to trump campaign are going to continue to be with her. they are hoping, thinking possibly at the former president will stumble in some way, whether legal actually sticks or something else happens. but yeah, that is the ultimate question. will the money stick with her? at this point, the evidences a kind of his. the money is staying with her. they do want that alternative. >> todd: with that in mind, there is talk haley could stay in the race all the way until july with the mind-set, hey, nikki wants to position herself as a backup in case the trump trials trip him up. do you buy that they are at all, doctor? >> there is a long road between

here and july, let's be honest and an order for that to happen that scenario you are describing, we would have to see significant progress with her converging closer to the former president. and then money would need to stay there. she would have to have more than a belief that, okay, he will stumble and i will catch the boats if he falls. at this point, she has demonstrated viability in a general election since by having big name, big dollar support and she is not as popular as the former president. so that sort of optionality may be there regardless. >> carley: according to fox news voter analysis, unaffiliated voters in new hampshire which makes up half of the electric favor haley 62% to 32%. if donald trump becomes the eventual nominee, you will need those voters in his camp. what do you think he will need to do to broaden out that

electorate and that coalition so it includes the maga supporters and moderate voters as well lead into the general election? >> i think if it was a head-to-head election today, joe biden is doing such a horrible job on so many fronts that actually come i'm not sure he needs to. if the election is framed as biden versus trump, it is going to be trump. and that is today right now. the question is, is that how it will be framed? will biden make it? as the former president said yesterday, i'm not convinced biden will be there at the finish line of the campaign season for election day. i don't see it. of course, everyone is planning on it, but that is something to watch. >> todd: democrats have to decide what is best for their party when it is best for the republicans going forward. ronna mcdaniel with what nikki haley needs to do. >> i'm looking at the math and the path going forward, and i don't see it for nikki haley. i think she has run a great

campaign, but i do think there is a message coming out from the boulders, which is very clear: we need to unite around our nominee, which is donald trump and we need to make sure we be joe biden. >> todd: final thoughts to you, doctor. is that what she should ultimately do in the end sooner rather than later in order to keep joe biden from building any momentum in the month of february some of the month of march and beyond? >> i think we have a month basically and let's see how south carolina falls together and how nikki's donors are acting in what they interpret. let's see how she is received on the ground in south carolina. again, narrow path, but if it exists. there is a path. it is very, very narrow. president trump has a very wide path at this point and lots of options to get there. but again, i really want to see more data before i come to a conclusion on that question. >> todd: close but no cigar for nikki haley in

32 million in 2020. the usa president and founder abraham enriquez joins me, good morning to you. be haley in new hampshire, 73-26 and immigration was the number one issue. do you expect that trend to repeat with hispanics coming up in nevada in south carolina? >> well, good morning, todd, yes you said two primaries where president trump has basically cleared the win in those two. as you get out of new hampshire, south carolina and more states nevada, ohio, pennsylvania, arizona the hispanic number goes from number to a critical powerful number. immigration and border security tied to the economy that will make hispanic voters lean more to the right and embrace president trumps policies because as your own fox news poll shows biden has less than

18% approval rating when handling the border. he is mishandling the border and the rhetoric over border patrol agents will end up being the best for republican voters. >> todd: there are a lot of stunning numbers when it comes to the biden administration. i would argue the one we are about to show you is the most stunning of all because the latest poll shows trump leading biden with latino voters by five points keeping in mind, abraham, biden had 65-32% margin among hispanic voters less than four years ago. how much of that swing is due to biden's completely disastrous border policies? >> oh, completely. i would say that is the number one reason with the decade year inflation with hispanics to realize there is a better option out there but listen, todd, we talk about the power of the

hispanic community. about you and i know power is not given, it is recognized. the four years the president was in the white house he recognized hispanics. he understood entrepreneur spirit and family values and how we want america protected. as a leader of the america first movement, it only makes sense hispanics the fastest growing demographics in america is embracing trump america first policies. so president trump continues talking about the issues that he has in iowa, new hampshire, leading in south carolina and nevada, i believe he's building up a coalition of hispanic voters who never gave republican party a chance. but because someone is finally talking about the issues that they are saying don't next seeing day in and day out, they welcome president trump to hispanic voters into this new republican party. >> todd: i have not used the word since seventh grade spanish class. it is an exciting moment for me. putting issues aside and looking ahead to south carolina where

nikki haley does need to win, who resonates more on a personal level with the latino voter? donald trump or nikki haley? >> so, i think when you take a couple of steps back, todd, talking about hispanic demographic in south carolina, they hispanics make 57% of south carolina's population. 28% and nevada. so i think nevada gives us a little bit of a holes where the hispanic vote will lie with the republican party. it is important to know republicans talking about hispanic vote, they usually similar to the puerto rican vote. a very critical voting block. more than 67% of the hispanic voting block within the hispanic demographic is mexican to send puritan mexican-americans that live around the border. you are talking about brownsville, eagle pass, mcallen, tucson, arizona, and every single one of those cities went republican this midterm election. you are talking to counties in

beverly hallberg from district media group and independent women's forum and joins me now. beverly, good morning to you. donald trump's speech, the tone was different from iowa to new hampshire. what do you think about that? the media coverage of that as well? >> we shouldn't be surprised by the media coverage since many into the media step in lockstep with the biden campaign. they will denigrate donald trump as often as i can whenever they can definitely taking it a step further to say a bad night when he is a winner of the spirit i do understand the tactics that nikki haley is taking. if she stays in the race, chester show a message and when not as strong and go to the home state. this is where she will have some issues is polling is showing donald trump has a strong lead in south carolina. i'm a south carolinian resident and i can see a lot of trump signs and very little nikkei science where i live. so we will have to see how that goes. i don't think donald trump is

going to be this conciliatory person, candidate. i think trump is who trump is. no love lost between him and nikki haley. i think it will be a slugfest with words moving forward. >> carley: you are looking ahead to south carolina and political looking to the future as well. they have an op-ed that said donald trump has a big problem ahead. they write donald trump as a problem no matter what happens in new hampshire on tuesday night. there is a whole sloth of republican electorate and a good chunk of independents who appear are firmly committed to not voting for him in november if he becomes the nominee. and politico goes on to point to this nbc news "des moines register" poll 43% of nikki haley supporters said they would back joe biden over trump. so if trump becomes the eventual nominee, how does he unite the party moving forward to the general election? >> well, i hope he can use more inclusive language. i hope he can look at people that did vote for somebody else in the primaries and try to

bring them into the fold. i think he will do that. he will try to unite the republican party. locum a lot of people are wondering, how can we take donald trump down and polls show him close with joe biden if they head into this presidential campaign together. it's donald trump is the eventual nominee. but i think a lot of people are just trying to figure out, how does donald trump move forward? he has more support than i think a lot of us expected even a year ago. it is it seems the more he has indictments, the more he sent the spotlight and the more he's taken down by the swamp, the more people want to defend him. i think he has a clear path to victory. if he does win, we will have a strong showing against biden and could win. >> carley: with each passing indictment, the numbers keep going up. the party divided within the republican party but also the democratic side of things. president biden was on the campaign trail yesterday making a speech and of virginia.

anti-israel are not pro-maga republicans. so we needs to figure that out because the heckling will continue. but yeah, a huge problem in michigan and losing some of the vote. i support this biden administration on supporting israel and not as strong at times as i would like. to write about i give them credit for it. this is pointing out the problem we see with joe biden is continued decline and his ability to communicate effectively, handle himself at public events. i have a prediction if donald trump is the nominee come i think joe biden will refuse to debate him, saying he will not t on the stage with someone who is trying to destroy democracy. i think that is the narrative he will use and his team will do whatever they cannot to put him against donald trump and a spoken form. >> carley: that is a great prediction. i believe the word from his campaign right now, "we will think about." beverly, thank you for joining us. the united states carrying out a series of new strikes in the middle east after more than 150 attacks on our troops.

haley will state in this race until south carolina. is that the right move? i'm having some trouble hearing claude to. i apologize that. rick, i will ask you the same question, is at the right move? should nikki haley stand the race until south carolina? >> i think trump has proven he has had to lead how long now and he will continue to have the lead. so i think from her standpoint, i think she should stay in the race. but i think it is clear trump will be the candidate. >> todd: sarah, mike huckabee had a really interesting morning for nikki haley. let's listen to it right now and get your reaction on the backside. >> i think if she goes to south carolina and she doesn't win there in her home state, it dramatically affects her for the long haul. it is a big calculated risk on her part to do it. >> todd: real interesting.

as a voter, do you agree that maybe you would think twice about voting for nikki haley and a national election going forward, i.e. the future of her political career if she gets beaten and beaten badly in her home state, your home state of south carolina? >> to be honest, she is not on the top of my ballot anyway. but usually come i think you have home-field advantage. losing in her home state would really damage a lot of people who are going to vote for her anyway. >> todd: interesting. >> i think losing at home state would be pretty detrimental to her. we went that seems to be where that is headed right now, if you lose south carolina, 0.00 path forward and we have claude back but what are your top issues and which candidate, haley or trump best suited to address those issues? >> it will be the economy, education and family and who better to address those issues
