one of the families -- one of the people who passed away with these mysterious circumstances has hired a private investigator, essentially because it seems like the police investigation is stalled. but, as dr. baden mentioned in a soundbite that lucas just played. cops probably already know what killed these men in their 30's and 40's. and they are just trying to put all the other pieces together to figure out exactly if it was drugs, who did they get the drugs from and stuff like that. i mentioned it a little while ago that apparently that fifth friend who left at 11:00 the night before or the night of and they were all watching jeopardy on the couch, he allegedly texted other friends hey, they are using drugs at the house during the watch party. that is something that is being reported this morning. >> ainsley: it does seem something must have happened to make them go outside and then pass out and not, you know, when

thank you so much for joining us. when you hear the passion. >> that's what i hear in my office all the time. it is a balance. like i was telling you earlier the state owns this building so the governor has to make a decision on where to put the overflow migrants. at the same time the community needs to make sure that their services we keep their services in place. >> why would they declare boston as a sanctuary city? >> i think a lot of cities across this country, once they declare themselves a sanctuary city i'm not sure if they knew the amount of support we were going to need to give. >> lawrence: i know you are a democrat but do you think declaring cities as a sanctuary was a mistake in retrospect? >> looking back in our communities end up losing the services they need to lead full lives we may be questioning that. we need a balance to make sure the migrant families have a same place to go at the same time my concern i'm elected official here i represent the whole city and chair of public health in the last two years in homeless in and i have centered my advocacy and policy on making

4:44 am
to the streets. where most of them are already at. you know, like when we look for help, it seems like the state and the governor and them people, they push us away. they want to turn our children to animals. they want our children to be bad and f-up. we want better for our community. but this right here is going to be a shit show and it's going to be crazy. >> lawrence: i'm sorry about that, guys. that's just the passion out here. people are upset because they don't feel like the people that are in power are representing them. >> yes. >> lawrence: we will have reaction here all morning. i will send it back to you guys in new york. >> brian: she says it like it is. she is 100 percent right. no one doubts it. a real story on the ground. appreciate it. coming up governor kristi noem joins us. that will be great. plus, new video shows the kansas city chiefs party host handcuffed moments after his friends were found dead and frozen in the backyard as we are learning he has now checked into
