some of the suspects arrested for beating two police officers have skipped town after being released without bail. here are the attackers putting up the middle finger, blowing kisse kisses to the media. cb joins us. >> my police sources tell me these migrant senses used phony names to hop on a bus headed for california, which borders mexico. these sources tell me workers recognize the suspects from their mug shots and alerted police. five of the men charged with felony assault but released without bail have upcoming court dates, as far as whether they will show up now remains to be seen. officers believe these men were

in time square over the weekend pit pocketing people. people are turning to the judge and da alvin bragg who oversaw releasing these suspects without cash bail. a spokesperson of alvin bragg says it is paramount we identify each defendant. a sixth suspect was arraigned yesterday, so far only defendant to be held in jail. his bail set at $15,000. he resisted arrest, which caused the brawl to begin. police unions question why the other suspects are not in jail, too. why aren't they in jail? they brutally attacked a police officer and lieutenants, our criminal justice system is upside down and fails everyday.
