weeks ago to us, you asked for this. they asked for this sanctuary status they got it and now they can't handle it. >> and that's exactly right. and, you know, we're going to experience some of the same problems that denver's experiencing now with chicago public schools because we are seeing an influx in migrant students. we have almost 6,000 to date. and keep in mind that we closed over 50 schools some years ago. so we don't necessarily have the space, we don't have the staff and the funding is not there. and so when you talk about more money having to be spent to accommodate our new-comers and people that have already been here who have had needs again chicago public schools in the ener city where most of the migrants have been housed, are school districts that have already been suffering from things that they needed that

ever. a message echoed by key democrats on capitol hill including the minority leader chuck schumer. but coupled with several gaffes, including ones which saw the president claim to have conversations with long-since deceased leaders of france and germany and mistaking the president of egypt with the leader of mexico, well, you guessed it, now more leaders are coming forward urging congressional lawmakers to act including the letter from the ag of west virginia patrick morrissey. in fact he wrote the vice-president herself, kamala harris, a letter which read, in part, i'm urging you, i'm writing, that is, to urge you to invoke your powers under section four of the 25th amendment and declare that president biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. of course, the backdrop for all of this is that scathing special counsel report by robert her which suggested biden wouldn't be charged with mishandling classified documents because he had come across to a jury as a sympathetic figure an elderly man with a failing memory.

8:13 pm
no such thing making him the first president to refuse to take such an exam. so at this point it's fair to argue that biden's free fall is not going to be stopped. this issue is not going away. because what special counsel's robert herr's report did is put not writing what many in the democratic establishment have already known but didn't want to say out loud that biden is not fit to serve out the rest of this career let alone another four years. but now it's out in the open. they cannot put these concerns back in the box where they've kept them so the question is, what do they do now? >> trace: yeah, that's the question, what do you do now and i want to put this up because an attorney general in west virginia a idea, mike, i'm going to get your take on this but first the abc news ipsos poll showing you, not this, the abc poll where it says 86%, is it 86% people say that he is not going to make it, too old to serve another term. now if you can put the west virginia attorney general patrick mores situate letter, i am writing to urge you, talking

to kamala harris, to invoke your powers under section four of the 25th amendment and declare that president biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. mike davis, some are asking, maybe at least get the ball rolling on the 25th. what are your thoughts on this? >> i mean, this is a pretty bad place that president biden is in, that he was found by his own special counsel essentially to have committed espionage in his handling of classified records, yet they don't want to charge him or recommend charges for him because apparently he's, you know, he's not mentally fit to stand trial. well, if you're not mentally fit to stand trial, how the heck can you serve as the commander in chief? how can you be the guy who would order nukes in a war? >> trace: yeah. it's a fair assessment. here's biden telling israel today that enough is enough. watch this, kaylee. >> too many, too many of the over 27,000 palestinians killed

they're now averaging 200 new country students, new two country students each week. they simply don't have the resources to handle these kids and so they have to drop the teaching levels for every kid. >> the problem is that rather than get to the root of the problem our education system would put on a weak band aid to temporarily fix the issue actually damaging the students. denver's only one city right now being affected educately by the migrant issue but look at right here sitting in manhattan. the main issue is stating the obvious. when you have an influx of students, the teachers have less attention to distribute amongst all of the students which was already an issue because before the migrant crisis american students were already suffering. now we've reached a decade low of math scores and reading scores. and now another problem, speaking of literacy, is a lot of the migrants do not speak english rather than trying to teach them english they're
8:44 pm
trying to put another banned age which is let is teach them in their native language. they don't have a budget to hire translators and rather than teach them ng lesch to surf in our society they're putting them in this bubble to isolate them even further. this is another example of putting a badge on the bigger issue instead of getting to the root of the problem. why are we allowing migrant students to hurt the existing american students which goes against the american first agenda. >> trace: question has been asked again and again. my favorite story is at princeton on campus, the campus newspaper, there are more -- i want to put these numbers up there because you look here, this is the daily prince toneian, their campus up in and it says, those who are slightly right or very right, under four percent, but those who are asexual are 3%. so you are more apt to run into somebody who's asexual on the princetonian app than someone conservative. 77% of the staff is liberal, julie, it's unbelievable and you wonder why colleges are churning out these journalists who go in
8:45 pm
and they just don't look at both sides, they're looking at one side and one side only. >> well, i thought that the personal of asexuals was higher and i was going to say maybe that's a good thing because to have offspring, to reproduce it requires you to have sex but i'm not surprised by those take us the particulars at all. >> trace: really is, xaviaer, it's weird because you think, is it just because that's the makeup of the school? kind of seems like that that's probably the makeup of the college itself. >> it's difficult to navigate that question because part of me feels like there had had to be a conscious effort to seek out this many radically liberal people but at the same time if you look at college campuses today, back when i was in college not that long ago when you introduced yourself here's my name, my major my frat or sorority. now it's here's my gender identity of the week that's the first thing i need you to know about me. >> trace: that's what i don't get emily austin finally to you, how do they know all this and who cares, why can't we go in and say listen this is what
8:46 pm
we're going to teach, we're going to teach you unbiased journalism. >> professors would rather dwell and obsess over gender identities on campus rather than addressing academia literacy and mathematicsment being journalism major myself my professor forced us to write paper about lia thomas being athlete of the month when she's a man participating in 'em with is sports and if you didn't comply you would suffer. so once you do this that benefits nobody the students start to question their identity even though it wasn't an issue before that. why? because they're just putting up a facade of the real issue and putting gender identity to cover all of the suffering students all over the country. it's just a great act and a great political agenda. >> trace: emily, xaviaer, julie thank you all. >> thank you. >> trace: we want to go back to you are breaking news tracking this coming out of austin texas where i a car crashed into a hospital in the emergency room. you can see the car and hear it in the background, the wleels
