arthel: much of the southeast is on high alert tropical storm and debbie moves toward northern florida is a big bend at region as fears grow it could turn into a hurricane before making landfall. fox a weather storm specialist mike is alive and floored it flt with the very latest. >> good afternoon. there is a big concern again with a storm surge. last year adele yet hammered in this area with a storm surge up to 14 feet. i was showing the latest satellite loop you can see the reds and oranges wrapping around the center of the storm which is south and southwest of tampa. already some very heavy rain flash flood warnings we have had at least half dozen target words on the west coast of florida so far. that is all going to rotate upper to the big bend.
