going to fix america's problems, inflation, the border, energy, america's place in the world, law & order. i don't hear a lot about that at all. >> there are two big facts about this convention. first is the nt trump convention. the one thing that brings all the democrats together to go against trump. the second is that, in fact, all the core values are so far away from the american people they can to talk about them so what you end up with is not a personality talk, a lot of babel and none of it relates to the real world and if they actually explain what they wanted to do they would be defeated so decisively that they can't do it so they want to run a personality based campaign of things like coach walz even though he was never a coach.

they want you to be distracted with oprah or beyoncé or anybody except serious political conversation. the other thing i would say is it really struck me that the democrats have continued to be who they are. you get pelosi, you get bill clinton, hillary clinton, the obama's. the republican convention was exactly the opposite. this is a new republican party. a populist party of people who go out every day and worked for a living. it is a profound change in the traditional republican party and i think in that sense the difference in the two conventions tells you a lot about what's happening in america. >> sean: i will get into the specifics and ask you about the dramatic, the largest tax increase in the history of the country and the world that the campaign has put out here.

she's now backing off that what they did an ounce there were times we would get more of the details, they want to raise the corporate rate, they want to raise $5 trillion in new taxes. i will go into the specifics later. the corporate tax 21 to 28, quadruple the tax on stock buybacks. double the global minimum tax from ten to 20 percent. that would take away america's competitiveness, raise the top income tax rate, raise the corporate minimum tax from 15 to 21, raise the capital gains tax, at this. capital gains 24 to 43.5 percent and the first ever tax on realized capital gains at 25 percent. that would be -- that would make america the least attractive investment country in the entire world. it would be a distraction of our capital system. are they serious about this

because i can't believe they put in writing? >> i was surprised. i thought the strategy was to be all personality, no policy putting it through the election without admitting how radical they were. that speech last week in raleigh where she outlined her economic plan was crazy. that was so far to the left of bernie sanders that gorbachev and russia would've thought it was a radical speech p. or you need to understand, h. when he d capital gains means theoretically if your house goes up in price and value, the government can step in and say give me the money. if you don't have the money the government can step in and say give me the house. it's the most crazy tax structure we have ever seen.

has rap sheet also includes over a dozen aliases, and 17 by my count and multiple felonies. no bond has been set as of this hour. you mentioned it, the former president was in the great state of arizona at the border today. we also learned tonight from the trump campaign that an unnamed special guest is expected to join him at a rally thursday or friday afternoon at the desert diamond arena in glendale. that comes amid speculation that independent presidential candidate robert f. kennedy junior may endorse him, we will be there for all the details but for now back to you sean. >> sean: thank you. anti- israel protesters, they have gathered in pretty big numbers tonight in the streets of chicago. live on the ground, as i was coming in tonight i saw a bigger crowd than what i had seen in previous nights. are not sure what you are seeing. telus.

corporate tax rate to prevent competition among countries for businesses and investment? to ensure a high tax rate and opportunity. this tax gets past on to all of you in the form of higher prices and so much for making america a tax safe haven for people around the globe to invest here because this is the best place to invest. that would take away our competitive advantage. >> everyone: has also invented a brand-new tax on something called unrealized gains. slow down. if you have 8401 k. or you own a house or you have business or some stocks which most americans have in any retirement account, the values of those assets, let's say they go up on paper. my stocks went up to 15 percent. you would have to pay an annual tax on that even though you didn't get a penny. you didn't realize again and when you sell it, what if the

stock had gone down in the interim? are you going to get a refund? i doubt it. you will have to cut a big check on unrealized profits from any asset you have if you bought a house for 200 grand in the nineties and the house is now worth a million dollars. get ready to come up with some cold hard cash if she gets her way and god help you if you are a farmer or a rancher, your entire life will be destroyed if you bought into a mutual fund, prepare for your portfolio to drop in value while your investment company is forced to sell off stocks in order to pay for that massive tax bill. they have a 401 k. that you paid into that is still getting money and the value is going up and you want the value to go up so you can retire and have some financial peace of mind. as that value continues to go up and you get ready to cash it in, you will be paying an annual tax. the big lie that they are not what to tax people in -- under

$400,000 a year. the market crash from this is almost unimaginably possible. now same with the real estate crash. her aides save this plan is only intended for wealthy people and between these massive hikes and the new plan for socialist price controls, they are trying to say maybe we oversold that and we don't really mean it like everything else that she flip-flopped on but she wants to and private health insurance and a socialist green new deal, comrade kamala's bear -- promising to end capitalism as we know it in america. this is the most outrageously dangerous economic plan i've ever seen in my life. it will hurt every american, the american dream will be shattered. our country will start to look like venezuela if you like eating out of trash cans, working hard and making no money

and when early voting starts we have to get the vote out. every person we can get to go vote republican from the top of the ticket down is one less person we have to worry about as we move into election day. i was with -- at an event today with two legislators that are in vulnerable districts and i asked how are you feeling and they said we are feeling good. we know we are hearing your people are knocking on our doors, they are turning our base voters out we are also trying to get persuadable voters to get out in these tough districts and -- in suburban and metro areas and we have to be working hard to run up the score. jd vance was out with the democratic sheriff of... he's a great supporter of president trump and senator vance so those of the things that we have to keep doing in georgia to get the vote out. we cannot take this race for

granted. >> sean: let me ask you this kind that also you have tackled the issue of bringing integrity to the election process. basic common sense measures. i don't know why any party would resist... partisan observers watching the voting all day and all night. you have taken huge steps in georgia governor and i think the country can learn a lot from you and what you've done down there. >> when i was secretary of state we sent...s still in place. we've had photo id since 2006 and we had photo id in places. you know after the 2020 election we pass one of the strongest election integrity acts in the country and it's a plea make it

easy to vote and hard to cheat and we added the photo id or requirement to absentee ballots. we've done a lot to make sure the elections will be secure in georgia. i would urge people to volunteer to be a poll worker or watcher. get involved in the process. i feel like we are going to have the secure, accessible and fair election in the state and if we turn our people out and vote from the top of the ticket on down we will put georgia back in the red column for a presidential race like we did in 2020. i believe we can do that. we did in 2022 and i believe we can do it again this year with a lot of hard work between now and november the 5th. >> sean: with your team and your leadership, you going all in for the country i think at an inflection point it is so critical and important a very grateful for all you're doing. thank you so much for being with us. we hope you come back. thank you sir.
