chaos. brought up january 6th. she said he is unserious man but serious danger if he gets reelected. meanwhile, they forgot about -- they have cut out the threat to democracy. a couple of things that came out when it came to foreign policy. she got huge applause what she mentioned israel. but she got bigger applause when she mentioned the war is going on too long. she is trying to have both sides of the issue. we have seen her performance on that. remember, she would not meet, she would not show up at the joint session of congress with an ally. she criticized trump for having dialogue your enemies. what about when she disses an ally and then when she does meet she makes that statement that they got to stop killing civilians as if it is any intention. and then she got criticism from aoc saying you should have put a palestinian at one point at the dnc on stage. so, when it comes to foreign policy, another point, afghanistan not mentioned, not surprising, biggest disaster in american military history. she was the last one in the room. and when joe biden had to meet the press afterwards, she went to california.

because she didn't want to be seen with him not one question did she take about afghanistan. when she said yes to dana bash, that's what it looked like leaving afghanistan was a positive thing. that's before people started falling off planes. >> ainsley: they were saying kamala harris as vice president needs to be replaced six months ago. the "new york times" says the vp is still struggling to make the case for herself. they were reporting about staffers that worked for her, tensions in the white house and harris' office people in her office said it was functional and it was abusive. but now, now that they have biden out of the way after that disastrous debate, she is the second coming. listen to what they used to say about her. >> we don't see the vice president. what people are saying to me and i'm sure they are saying it to you where is the vice president? >> americans really aren't happy with this vice president, kamala harris. kamala harris has an approval rating of 28%, which makes no sense because she basically has nothing to do.

of the american people. i think you are onto the word. i hear weather you are going. you can if you have media as your ai crater to create this artifice. you and i had a little mini debate other disagreement over whether this was going to work. was that effective last night? in a manufactured environment, i think the people you talked to behind you, that raised their hand on whether or not they should be concerned are correct. here's what a manufactured environment is, never do an interview. speak from a stage. stay on a prompter. and limit the number of times you have to debate donald trump. that's a manufactured environment. and i think in that world she is doing pretty well. to me this comes down to phoniness. people watching, yeah, we should focus on policy but people focus on superficial things. i think there is a lot of people casually watching going hey, that laugh, that's not really joyful. that's a fake laugh. and looking at all. >> brian: doesn't do at which anymore.

>> will: it's phoney. i think much of this election is going to come down to phoneyness. >> ainsley: it was a great week for the democratic party. but, after the rnc, it was a great week for republicans. but, when you watched last night, if you don't know what she stands for, and you don't know how radical she is, and she doesn't put her policies on her website, she doesn't do interviews, she is not asked tough questions, she is being controlled like a puppet by all these people that have been brought in that helped barack obama win. like david plouffe. and she has media in her back pocket. then, yes, that is, of course, favorable for her. when you see kerry washington come out with her two little nieces and little girls are teaching you how to say her name properly. when you look at her gorgeous family, her sister who is beautiful. you hear her story of her mom coming from india and raising her. then, yes, that does pull at your heart strings. especially for women in this country. but, you have to look at the policy because more important than all of that she does have great story. you might like her story. but her policies, her policies

he came up with proposals. he went to the republican administration in power, met with bush and then when they had an emergency meeting with all the leadership. this one term senator took control of that meeting. senator john mccain was angry. he didn't have a reputation for being very interested in the economy. so, barack obama actually stepped up under pressure and performed on the number one issue, made people think that he was really on top of it. so that's why he took his charisma and he coupled it with action. so the question is, is she going to take her speech and couple it with action? she has the job already. >> will: i think this election has to get off the stage and actually go to some place like where you are, lawrence. i think it has to hit the ground. >> lawrence: of course. >> brian: it's about to. >> will: donald trump does he have well one-on-one. i think he should do more town halls, fewer rallies, i think there on the ground, with the people, i think that's donald trump's strength and i think it's kamala harris' weakness. and i know you are there doing that right now, lawrence.

kamala harris. there has been a rebrand of the democratic party. some of them even have kamala hats now. is that enough to win an election? >> for the folks that they are going for, possibly. because the folks that are actually voting for them, they are not worrying about policies. right? they are worrying about feelings. so if they have something for them, they will go for it. it's a scary situation. but, really for policies, she hasn't even presented much to see if shield rebrand. so it will be interesting. >> lawrence: i'm going to get to this gentleman real quick. if you have one piece of advice for donald trump, to do something differently, to connect differently, what would you tell him? >> >> got work. got to work hard. hit the streets. i mean, i know he is. but it's -- there is a big fight ahead of us here to get trump elected. i think it's going to be real tough. i'm not sold on him being a

border. >> griff: but victims of crime couldn't disagree more. standing alongside border cochise, arizona the mother of rachel morin briewghtdly raped and murdered by salvadorian in the country fought back tears. >> we are here because we are losing our moms, our daughters, our children to criminals. and that shouldn't happen. we should be taking care of our country, our people. and the only way i believe that's going to happen is if president trump is reelected. >> griff: alexis nungaray the mother of 12-year-old rachel nungaray raped and murdered by illegal migrants in the u.s. had a message for the country. >> we really want everybody to, please, take into consideration how important border control is because we are losing very innocent people to heinous crimes that shouldn't be

former president trump. >> ainsley: police say he has other warrants out for her arrests. >> ronald cyber now behind bars after allegedly threatening to kill former president trump on social media. the 66-year-old was taken into custody in arizona without incident yesterday. according to a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office there. the man had several other warrants out for his arrest for separate incidents, including a dui. a felony hit and run. and failing to register as a sex offender. this death threat comes just six weeks after the attempt on trump's life in butler, pennsylvania last month. trump, who was in the grand canyon state yesterday, visiting the border during a campaign stop, says he was not aware of the manhunt until a reporter told him about it. but he insists he still has a job to do. >> i have heard it's dangerous. but i also have a job to do. i heard it's very dangerous. and the reason is, because i want to do things that are very bad for the bad guys didn't want

>> ainsley: we are back with some headlines starting with a fox news alert. the italian coast guard confirming they recovered the body of the last person missing offer that super yacht disaster off the coast of sicily. believed to be the 18-year-old daughter of tycoon mike lynch. six bodies recovered after a capsize on monday during a severe storm. italian authorities are investigating the shipwreck and launched a manslaughter probe now. also to another alert, a texas delegate was reportedly robbed at gunpoint by two men in ski masks near the dnc.

donald trump wants to pass a national abortion ban with or without congress? they both did it the last two nights in a row. he has said overtly, numerous times, including most recently yesterday on "fox & friends," i am not going for an abortion ban. that has not stopped them in their tracks from issuing that lie, richard. >> look, i think what both tim walz and kamala harris are talking about is the pieces of his policy, pieces that were written -- pieces written in project 2025 that are written by his close allies, things that his vice president has endorsed that said they were going to pass a national abortion ban will have to see what the president is going to do. if you track donald trump's record, right, when he was the president in his last term, you saw what he did at the supreme court where he overturned roe v. wade that picked justices that overturned roe v. wade. >> will: that's not the same thing as a national abortion ban. >> it's not different. it passed. but, will, will, it passed as prologue then the proof is in the pudding. >> will: same thing with project
