11:01 pm
labor day. tonight, for hour, we're going to highlight some of our big interviews and important monologues from the past few months. first up, my monologue vetting kamala and her record. nothing matters anymore in the upside world of kamala harris, for example. remember kamala harris and crusade against fracking, you might recall. >> take a look. will you commit to implementing a federal ban on fracking? >> your first day in office? adding the united states the list of countries who have banned this devastating practice. >> there's no question i'm in favor of banning fracking. >> so, yeah, complete ban. >> she said it on numerous occasions on friday. however the harris campaign told the hill that their candidate doesn't actually mean what she said many times and now does not support a fracking ban. now, here's my question to. you which kamala do you believe? i believe the one that said she wants to ban fracking. and what about that single payer medicare for all bill that she co-sponsored
11:02 pm
co-sponsored with bernie sanders? sanders remember, she vowed to get rid of private health insurance. >> it was only a couple of years ago. take a look. you support the medicare for all bill. i think initially co-sponsored by senator bernie sanders. >> you're also a co-sponsor of it. i believe it will totally eliminate private insurance. so for people out there who like their insurance, what they don't get to keep it. >> well, listen, the idea is that gets access to medical care and you don't have to go through the process of going through an insurance company, having them give you approval going through the paperwork, all of the delay that may require who of us has not had that situation where you've got to wait for approval and the doctor says, i don't know if your insurance company is going to cover this. >> let's eliminate all of that. >> let's move on. you don't need your insurance. it's like, you know, we have the post office anyway, week. kamala harris, her campaign had announced kamala has experienced sudden change of heart. no longer supports medicare for
11:03 pm
all or the legislation she personally co-sponsor heard. which kamala do you believe? apparently, she's also experienced seeing a similar change of heart when it comes to strict gun control. gun control? remember, not long ago, kamala vowed, pretty much to confiscate guns through a mandatory buyback program. mandatory would mean confiscate, but they'll give you a few bucks for it. >> take a look. what would you do about the millions of specifically assault weapons that are already in circulation? what do you do about those? well, there are approximately 5 million. >> to your point, correct. we have to have a buyback program and i support a mandatory buyback program. >> it's got to be smart. we've got to do it the right. >> once again, a campaign ad is walking back those comments and said kamala no longer support some mandatory gun buyback program. look, does anyone really
11:04 pm
believe the new kamala on this issue or, any of these issues? and, of course, kamala harris has also changed her position on the border. >> she, you know, the single most politically vulnerable issue she is facing. >> take a look. a lot of the signs at the rally you just held for people standing there saying abolish ice, is that a position that you agree with? listen, i think there's no question that we've got to critically reexamine ice and its role and the way that it is being administered and, the work it is doing. and we need to probably think about starting from scratch because there's a lot that is wrong with the way that it is conducting itself. >> and we need to deal with that. >> she wants to abolish ice references to slavery, to the kkk, but now she supports more for ice and border patrol agents and security. i'll be way too little, way too late. wait, is that the same kamala that lied for over three years saying that the border is secure?
11:05 pm
is that the same person? >> take a look. you're confident this border secure? we have a secure border. and that that is a priority for any nation, including ours in our administration. but there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix. >> now, take a look at your screen. these are just a few of the thousands of victims from the biden-harris border disaster. look very closely. these names. you've heard some of them. you've heard not many, including a grandmother from virginia, was killed in a fatal carjacking on sunday. this poor woman killed yet another unvetted suspect, a joe biden. kamala harris, illegal immigrant, this one from el salvador. clearly, as border czar kamala harris was unable or unwilling to address the root causes of illegal immigration. she lied three years about it or, you know, she didn't do anything to secure the border
11:06 pm
or certainly in any way as a result of americans continue to die every single day, thousands from fentanyl poisoning. others have been murdered by criminal illegal aliens who should not be in our country that wouldn't be in our country if donald trump was president. meanwhile, the of terror continues to grow. it is the biggest national security in our lifetime, a clear and present danger now to every and we probably have terror cells in the country because of joe and kamala and their open borders policy. kamala now has to admit what we have been reporting the last four years. and that is all true. the border, in fact, not secure. it's never been secure since they've been in office. but she doesn't seem to have any real plan to it. and this brings us to our next flip flop. but it's kamala's press secretary says her boss does not support defunding police, at least not now. but here's kamala harris.
11:07 pm
on june 10th, 2020, during the height of the summer, love. >> take a look. one of the conversations that has needed to happen for a long time but is getting a sense of prominence now that is such an important conversation is we have to reimagine public safety in america. we have to read, direct the resources. >> nick, you may know this in many cities in america, one third of their city budget is placed is is paid to policing. so it's about reimagining how you create a society in a way that everyone has as a right health, right and safety. but understanding is not going to be achieved by militarizing the police. my whole point is to say look it's like frankly, it's as backwards. >> it is because what it's been is about people confuse the concept and then putting money into budgets
11:08 pm
and requesting money to go into police budgets to create safety . in 2020, at the height of the 574 riots in the summer 2020, kamala wanted americans to reimagine their safety with fewer. and then she promoted that bail fund four days after they burned down that minneapolis police precinct. and of course, that bail fund freed violent criminals, including who had committed heinous crimes, including murder, while out on bail a few years earlier. during her time as california's attorney general, kamala was also very pro criminal. in fact, she made it a priority to fight for taxpayer funded, funded gender reassignment surgery for transgender prisoners. she was she was way ahead of her time. >> take a look. way back when, with the power that i had, i it in a way that was about pushing forward, that the movement and the
11:09 pm
agenda. and so look at my record. you know when i was attorney general, i learned that the california partment of corrections, which was a client of mine, that they were standing in the way of of of surgery for prisoners, for prisoners. >> and there was a specific case. and when i learned about the case. i worked behind the scenes to not only sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving. so it was not only about that case. i made sure that they changed the policy in the state of california so that every transgender inmate, the prison system, would have access to the medical care that they desire to need. >> now, remember, was once proud of this radical record. here she is bragging about her progressive record as an attorney. take a look. >> you can talk to so-called progressive prosecutors around the nation, especially those who have been elected in the last decade. and they will tell you that
11:10 pm
at one time or another, they look to what kamala harris was doing as a model of what could be done. in fact, the obama justice department designated my work years and years and years ago as a model of innovation for reform in the criminal justice system. >> let's be very here's what kamala is bragging about. as california's a.g., she forced law abiding americans to pay for gender surgery for trans felons. and it gets worse. during his time as san francisco's d.a., she shielded a cop killer from facing the death penalty. cops turned her back on her. the widow of the slain officer told that kamala never even bothered to contact her before the decision not to seek the death penalty. and meanwhile, the president of san francisco's police officer union asked, quote, is she sorry that this kid died or is it just a political opportunity? is this is this just an opportunity for her to double
11:11 pm
down on the fact that she's not going to pursue the death penalty, a communist time as a d.a. and a.g. was marred with many serious problems, for example. let's take a look at the case of george gage, elderly man convicted of abuse. a judge found the kamala's office withheld exculpatory material that might well prove cage's innocence. but a new trial was never granted due to a technicality. as kamala fought keep cage behind bars, george cage is still in prison as we speak. a judge also ruled the commonwealth office failed to disclose the mishandling of evidence after a technician was caught tampering with cocaine in a crime lab. more than 600 drug cases were tossed out as a result of that brilliance. but camilla, she didn't want to talk about that now. she probably also does want to talk about her beloved pastor. oh, you're going to love this. we have a brand new reverend
11:12 pm
jeremiah wright. his name, reverend dr. amos brown. now last year on the official vice presidential instagram account, kamala posted a glowing picture of the reverend with the caption, quote, oh, it's always in order to spend time with my pastor reverend, dr. amos brown of the third baptist church of san francisco. he remains a source inspiration to me always. now, this the same pastor that told the san francisco chronicle, quote, i know america. america is a racist country. and the very same pastor who blamed racist america for nine 1101 only six days after we lost 2977 of our fellow americans, he said, quote oh, america, what did you do? what did you do? two weeks ago, when i stood at the world conference on racism when you wouldn't show up? his comments were so disgraceful.
11:13 pm
even nancy pelosi, of all people who was in attendance, publicly rebuked the pastor and the sermon and even reportedly apologized to the partner of a 911 victim who was in the audience. that partner told the free beacon that brown's sermon represented, quote, the second worst day of my life. even senator then senator diane feinstein left the event. the then governor gray davis left the event. kamala, she's embraced this pastor even more. in fact, she has echoed of the reverend's beliefs. for example, brown sits on california reparations task force. and as of 2019, kamala harris enthusiastically supported reparations. >> and coming up, my monologue on radical policies and his beliefs straight ahead. >> loose lips, chips, as the old saying goes, they are so

addicted, that their entire existence is centered around getting the drug that they need. where's it coming? and that is the first time we hear the name squeak. i asked him one day how he made his money and he said making drugs. i think it's good for people to do these things grew up. >> so for money to stop them or are you using or thinking about trying or cialis? don't over pay our bills. deliver the same results for less than $2 a pill. that's right. only $2. say goodbye to paying $20 or more for a pill that you can get for a fraction of the price. with our pill, you can save $18 per pill and get the same great results. how about this offer for just $99, you will get 50 blue or yellow pills. that's a savings of over $900. come on. imagine everything you can do with that money.

11:19 pm
>> vice president harris tapped minnesota governor tim walz, basically the bernie sanders of governors to be a running mate, making it one of the most far left radical tickets in american history. now here is my monologue on walls. radical, extreme and frankly, dangerous record. >> let us begin with governor walz, crowning achievement, allowing entire neighborhoods and a police precinct in his own state to be burned straight to the ground during the riots in the summer of 2020. and he sat by and he did nothing, absolutely nothing for days and days. j.d. vance, he pointed this out today, harris and walz walz make an interesting duo for all the wrong reasons. take a look. >> to her credit, kamala harris and tim walz do make an interesting team because if we
11:20 pm
remember the rioting the summer of 2020, tim walz was the guy who let rioters burn down minneapolis. and then kamala harris was the one who bailed the rioters out of jail. so there's an interesting team in that. >> great point. on the first night of the violent riots, tim walz. he did nothing on the second night of the riots, the violent riots. what did he do. nothing. on the third night after target was ransacked, a police precinct was burned to the ground. tim walz did nothing. the left wing mayor of minneapolis was begging governor walz to send in the national guard. walz refused. it wasn't until night five that the governor finally decided to send in the guard and, restore order. >> but by then, it was too late and tired. neighborhoods were burned to the ground, blocks and blocks of businesses were totally looted. three americans were dead. governor didn't care. he said that the people of minnesota deserve this violence because of their lack of equity
11:21 pm
and inclusion. >> can't make it up. you really can't. we large peaceful protests focusing on the systemic changes that get to the heart of why we're in this situation. >> and when i say we. minneapolis, saint paul, the state of minnesota nationally and as we've seen over the last 24 hours, internationally, a society that does not put equity and inclusion at the center of it is certainly going to eventually come to the places where we're at or when it gets much worse from here. the first lady of minnesota, gwen walz, well, she basked in the riots, telling local media that she actually opened the windows in her home. why? to smell the burning tires so that she could breathe in the historic moment. she went on to express her deep admiration for violent criminals, saying that they deserve unlimited chances ,commit more crimes. >> take a look. i think it takes a lot
11:22 pm
of imagination and courage to move away from a system that punishes people and sets people up for failure, for a system that is restorative that is equitable, that is is healing. how many chances do you get? >> my answer to that is as many chances as you need, which doesn't really please those who murder people. >> vandalism, looting. pelting cops with bricks. rocks. bottles. molotov cocktails. burning down police precincts. ransacking businesses. many chances that you want. apparently, kamala harris agrees, which is why she long promoted that minnesota bail fund, which raised 40 plus
11:23 pm
million dollars that helped even the most violent criminals get out of jail and live among the population and commit more heinous crimes. governor walz even appointed employees from that very bell fund to the state's get this sentencing commission. and we are just beginning. both walz and harris also called for funds to be directed away from the police. in other words, defund, dismantle, reimagine the police . all of this at a time when unrest was wreaking havoc in america's major cities at the time where 574 riots took place. where's liz cheney when you need her? where you had dozens of dead americans, you had billions in property damage, thousands of injured cops, bricks, rocks ,bottles, molotov cocktails, mostly peaceful. i don't think. anyway, walls actually set up a state hotline encouraging the people of minnesota to snitch on their neighbors if they weren't his insane and they were insane. covid restrictions.
11:24 pm
walz was a big fan of mandates and huge lockdowns. he has absolutely no regrets about preventing kids from going to class or wrecking small businesses. and of course, rioters. we're not even required to follow his lockdown orders that covid mandates. you could away. it's mostly peaceful as the city burns. by the crime is now spiking in minnesota. look at that above. the national average for the first time in modern american history. so together, you have kamala harris and tim walz. they have turned minnesota into a in the name of equity and covid safety. and by the way, governor walz also led the effort to the minnesota state flag. why? because he thought the old flag using the official state seal was racist. take a look. >> all right, ready? well, wait a minute.
11:25 pm
>> there. that's better. now, if tim walz is so offended by his own state's flag, chances are that he probably thinks most of our national monument a racist. and he even commiserated with the rioters. remember, they toppled christopher columbus statute and did nothing to stop their vandalism. god help the jefferson memorial or washington monument if this guy ever gets elected. now, of course, there is one thing that doesn't offend tim walz. illegal immigration, because he believes and he thinks unlimited illegal immigration is wonderful for our country. no vetting. come on. come on. no borders, no walls, no no vetting whatsoever. in fact, walls, border security even told fake news cnn. you want to invest in a ladder factory to help thwart donald trump's border wall. wow. brilliant idea. take a look. he's not going to do anything. he talks about this wall. i always say, let me know
11:26 pm
how high it is. if it's 25 feet, then i'll invest in the 30 foot ladder factory. that's how you stop this. >> yeah. let's give a ladder to people with terror ties to drug cartels and criminals, you know, unvetted into the country. those people that are not coming here for good reasons. walz is also work to provide a comfortable life for illegal immigrants with your money. he signed off on a bill granting taxpayer funded tuition for illegal immigrants. he expanded access to the state's public health care system to cover illegal. i know kamala doesn't like that word, and he signed a bill granting driver's licenses to illegal or aliens. needless to say, walz doesn't want anyone deported. he's also a big believer in sanctuary cities. and sanctuary states, of course. >> take a look. minnesota to be a sanctuary state. if the definition of that is that the federal government enforces immigration law and local law enforcement.
11:27 pm
local law, then yes, should cities be allowed to be sanctuary cities? >> yes. local control? yes. tim walz is pro illegal immigration. he's pro criminal. he's pro riot. he's pro looting. he's pro abortion. up to the last minute. but the radical position, they don't stop there. just like kamala harris. tim walz also supports universal health care. just like kamala. well, guess what? he also loves to raise taxes, hiking the multiple times as governor. and just like kamala, well, weird. tim walz also supports abortion up to the very moment of birth. like kamala, he also wants to phase out fossil fuels, is against fracking. signed a mandate that requires his state to stop using oil and gas and the next few years. he also attacked rural areas in america as mostly rocks and cows. and it gets worse. flanked by young children, get this wall signed a bill guaranteeing life altering transgender medical procedures for children like gender reassignment surgery
11:28 pm
to any minor in minnesota, regardless his parental consent in his state. parents. you have no rights. in fact, legal experts believe the bill also enables the state of minnesota to take custody of a child who is denied so-called gender-affirming care. now, walz has developed a new nickname on. they are calling him tonight tampon tim. all right. now, sounds to me like that might be the kind of name catches on that maybe begins to go viral. i have seen a lot of tweets about a lot of expose about it . anyway, after. why did this happen? after forcing state schools and other public bathrooms to stock and other menstrual products in boys bathrooms. >> ultimately, like kamala harris, walls, has
11:29 pm
supported every far left position known to man. they both seem to use aoc and congresswoman omar and other of the squad as their guiding light. he's even praised omar in spite of well-documented anti-semitism. walls has nothing but kind words for socialism. once compared it to simply just being nice and neighborly, taking your money and giving to other people. and they're in power the whole time. take a look. >> we can get out there, reach out, make the case. and for one thing. don't ever. don't ever shy away from our progressive values. one person's socialism is another person's neighborliness. just do the work white dudes for her or a sock. you see, tim walz is friendly neighborhood, radical socialist coming to washington to remake america unless you stop him. >> when we come back, i spoke with senator j.d. vance the night it was announced that he will be donald trump's running mate. that exclusive interview straight ahead.

11:35 pm
>> but we've got to have republicans who are helping him with the agenda. >> you remember this as well as anybody, sean, as successful as he was politically, even after he was elected, certain republicans didn't want to actually the america first agenda. you've got to have leaders in washington who are supporting him, not fighting against him. let's talk about an occasion where you might disagree with him. sure. how do you view your role in terms of handling that moment? well, it's very simple, sean i think that you owe it to the president to be honest with him. if you don't think that he's the right thing, if you disagree with him, but you do it in private, you offer your counsel in private, because a lot of the vultures in the press, they will blow up every public. so you've met my colleagues here. >> i call them state run media. no, they absolutely are state run media. >> in fact, they're so state run that even after president trump was shot and he showed a remarkable amount of unity and defiance and calmness, they blamed him for the rhetoric, even though he was the victim of a a near
11:36 pm
assassination. it's crazy. but i think it's really important that you don't have republicans who blow up disagreements so that they can win points with the media who are never going to treat republicans fairly. >> the job is to help the enact the agenda. and why does that matter? >> because that's what's going to make people's lives better. let's go through some issues and where you stand on positions and where the administration would stand, assuming that in 115 days, by the way, early voting starts in about 64 days in pennsylvania state, you know very well that the. >> right. let let's start with immigration. what do we do with the nearly 11 million unvetted illegal immigrants that i might add? many coming countries with terror ties like syria and iran and afghanistan and people from venezuela and egypt and tens of thousands from china and russia. like what? what should what should happen? is there an orderly way to say if you didn't come in legally, we will escort you home? >> yes, there is, sean. first of all, we've got to stop
11:37 pm
the flow to begin with. >> joe biden has thrown open the southern border. president had it under control. we've got to stop the flow to begin with. now, what do you do? the 11 million people? i actually think it's probably more than 11 million people who are here right now. number one, you start with the most violent people, that people have criminal records and you've got to be willing to deport them. >> number two, how do we find them? well, i think a lot of we actually know where they are and that's where the crazy thing about the biden administration is they let people in. they give them asylum. and we actually know that these people are sort of out there in our country. >> some will be hard to find, sure. but a lot of them you actually can find just because just if you actually try to look, which is what the biden administration has done. >> the second thing, sean, is we've got to make it hard for illegal aliens to work in our country. >> it undercuts the wages of american workers. >> it invites more people to come in illegally. and if you make it hard for people to work, it's a lot of them going to go back anyway. and you do two things. i think you can go a long way to solving the problem, but you got to stop the flow. >> that's the most important thing. let me go to the issue, the economy. blitzer let's about maybe
11:38 pm
some americans that you do know, people in appalachia, poor people. there was a study that came out, 25% of americans had to forego meals in the last year. >> nearly two thirds of americans say that they were literally gasping air and having a hard time making ends meet every month. what is the best way to get america to economic prosperity quickly? >> how do you do it? number one, you've got to unleash american. >> president trump is so strong on this. we had energy independence. joe has destroyed it. >> we could have energy dominance. we could be the main source of energy in the world for europe allies. >> absolutely. and that would actually weaken russia and iran and some of these other regimes. >> but we're sitting on the saudi arabia of natural gas in ohio and pennsylvania. joe biden would rather buy the stuff from iran than buy it from pennsylvania workers. it doesn't make it announced ascension. >> the other thing is you've got to reinvigorate the manufacturing economy. biggest contrast the media doesn't talk about between joe biden and president is president trump was right about every single disaster that joe
11:39 pm
biden was wrong about. >> nafta destroyed the manufacturing economy in pennsylvania michigan, a real estate developer from new york, donald trump was actually right about that issue. >> letting china into the world organization. joe biden supported it. a real estate developer from queens named donald trump opposed it. and now, of course, donald is saying let's open up america's energy markets. and joe biden is trying to destroy it. it's actually shocking. joe biden's entire career has been about decimating the manufacturing economy of this country. president trump's entire career has been about how do we rebuild it and how do we correct the mistakes of our broken leadership. >> let's talk about foreign policy. and i won't the vance doctrine, because it will be the trump will be the trump doctrine. >> okay. but let's go over some of the hotspots in the world for. the life of me don't understand joe biden's policy towards iran. i don't understand why he allows china to have spy balloons and hostile maneuverings. our air force and international airways and our navy and international waterways. >> why? why? russia got a waiver for
11:40 pm
the nord stream two pipeline, for example. but we've got a lot of hotspots in the world and been very outspoken on the issue of ukraine. hundreds of billions of dollars in joe biden. and then i would argue the joe biden surrender in the war on terrorism with hamas by not supporting israel further and offensive moves after the worst terror attack in their history. let's get your overall view. let's look at these hotspots. ukraine, iran, the war in the middle east. yeah. so first of all, i thought i served in the united states marine corps for four years. >> one of the things i'm proudest of. the most important part, i think, of the trump doctrine in foreign policy is you don't commit america's troops unless you really have to. but when you do, you're punching. you punch hard. i think that's the way that you respect america's brave men and women who are serving. now, let me say something about when you say does that like, for example, how president trump beat the caliphate a lot, overwhelming force. and it was done pretty fast. how president trump beat the caliphate, beat isis, which people said literally couldn't
11:41 pm
be done. and he did it in a matter of months. but also, i ran on. a lot of people recognize that we need to do with iran, but not these weak little bombing runs. if you're going to punch the iranians, you punch him hard. and that's what he did. we took out soleimani. by the way, that action people said that it would lead to broader war. it actually brought peace. it actually checked the iranians. it slowed them a little bit. but let me just say this about this iran issue, because maybe the most important diplomatic breakthrough of the trump administration was the abraham accords. if you want to check iran, the way to do it is to, one, withdraw their oil money, which, of course, joe biden does bad about it. but you've also got to enable the israelis and the sunni states to work together and actually provide a counterbalance to iran. joe biden has done nothing. you have the infrastructure there sitting there to weaken iran, to strengthen our ally, israel. joe biden said nothing with it. donald trump reinvigorated. and i think one of the more, i guess, a shift means that donald trump that doesn't get talked about a lot. he created an alliance with the
11:42 pm
u.s., israel, the saudis, the emirates, jordan, the egyptians that very few people knew about. and i think we can get back to that. absolutely. i didn't think i'd see that in my lifetime. neither did i. so let's let's stay in the middle. how do we deal with the situation there now? i think israel should have the right to win their war on terror and they're our greatest ally in the middle east. and i don't think israel had a better friend that donald trump. no, they didn't have, though, for the donald trump. and here's the problem, sean, is joe biden has made it harder and harder for israel to win that war. you want two things to happen. number one you want is you'll get this war over and as quickly as possible, because the longer it goes on, the harder their situation becomes. but second, after the war, you want to reinvigorate the peace process, israel, saudi arabia and the jordanians and so forth. what biden done is the worst of all possible worlds. he's prolonged the war. israel's war to actually take out hamas. but in process, he's made it harder for us to really move towards a sustainable peace.
11:43 pm
let's talk about ukraine. you've been a critic of president biden's policies. what should the policy be? well, very simple. so we have to put this out. russia would not be afraid of donald trump as the president. everybody with it, even a lot of my democratic colleagues privately agree with that. but here, here's the issue. he spent $200 billion. what's the goal? what are we trying to accomplish? is there a risk of escalation in a nuclear war? because there is when you have a president running foreign policy, we've got a lot of them right now in washington, d.c. i think what president trump has promised to do is go in there, negotiate with the russians and ukrainians, bring this thing to a rapid close so that america can focus on the real issue, which is china. that's the biggest threat to our country. >> and we're completely distracted from it. and coming up my interview with democratic strategist, my old pal james carville, straight ahead ahead. >> cord cutters can cause big problems fast. until now.

you. thank. >> and during the dnc, i spoke with democratic strategist james carville about the state of his radical party. >> take a look. >> james, we have we have now identified because of harris and biden, open borders, hundreds of people would known terror ties in this country. we have tens and tens of thousands from china, russia. they're coming from iran. they're coming from syria, egypt, afghanistan and venezuela. is that not a national security danger to this country because i it. >> well, first of all, it is well documented that immigrants have much lower crime rates of native born americans. the thing i would say i completely agree. these are human. they're members of the human race. all right. and they should not be denied health care. now, if you have a woman takes
11:49 pm
a ten year old, a six year old, and walks 500 miles to get into this country from guatemala, because she's being overrun by drug gangs, do i think this woman should be admitted and her children instead of should? heck, yeah. come in, come in, girl. we got a job for you. why don't why can't you? why can't they, i. but, james, why can't they just do it legally? >> we can vet them. do you really believe that people coming from iran, syria, egypt, afghanistan and russia, do you think they're coming here because they want a better life? >> is that what you really believe? you know, you know, sean, i certainly we have laws. i don't i don't believe we should deny any human being. health care. if you show up at the emergency room. i think the hippocratic oath can tell you. and i think being a catholic compels me to say this person is entitled to health care, is entitled to a basic human right. should we have a border? yes, we should have a border.
11:50 pm
but, you know, and maybe we need fences, but we need big gates. and i will say this to my dying day. i would live in a country that people are trying to get into and live in a country that people are trying to get out of. >> i do. but the reality we have never had an illegal immigration at this level. and i believe it's a clear and present danger for you, for your family, for your children. and we're rewarding that illegal immigration behavior is wreaking havoc. >> what do you say to lincoln riley's family? what do you say to rachel moore and the mother of five's family? what do you say to joslyn nunn, gary's family? i interviewed her mom and her granddad on my program right here. and they lost their 12 year old little girl in houston, and it was killed by one of harris and biden's unvetted, illegal immigrants. >> what do you say to them, james? you love your children. i don't know. i would i would have great difficulty. is anyone have great difficulty telling the parents involved? how are your children slaughtered with a weapon that no one has any need to have?
11:51 pm
you're changing the topic. that appears to be a long time to how you secure the border. if you if the border had nothing to do with evolving the border entered the country. why the open border had nothing to do. but again, the boarding had nothing to do with this. please fact check me. pretty fact checked me. the border had nothing to do with these mass shootings with t.j., our fifth date, we all difficult questions that we have to ask. anybody can say that we can sit in the peanut gallery in therapy. but i and i do think we can have i think border crossings right now are about the same as they were when president biden took office, was out, i think, ineffective border policy at one time. yes. but because they did what i said you showed me saying at the beginning of the show, would you listen to this, quote, identity progressive left wingers? it's always going to leak.
11:52 pm
it always leads to bad. but right now, when you look at the central bank, what in senator murphy's plan that was negotiated and donald trump killed it, that's a fact. >> donald trump killed the plan. trump that that that plan, to be clear, would not have been implemented. and unless a few million people cross the border on any given day, and then it would be discretion area, they would not even implement the plan. that's not a border security plan. let me ask you this. so you're supporting harris and walz. tell me why. tell me is i want to answer two questions. i want you to answer, is america better off than it was four years ago? >> number one. number two, i want you to tell me specifically. no distractions, no obfuscations. what is kamala harris done as vice president that warrants promotion? >> well, it's odious. it's demonstrably off than it was four years ago. look at the employment rate four years ago. look at stock market four years ago. look at the crime rate
11:53 pm
four years ago. are you kidding me? you're up. crime is up. when joe biden again, i let you ask me questions before i answer questions. okay. i'm giving you a very specific metrics to look at. and if you ask me, is the country better off today than it was four years ago? my is heck, yeah. all right. period. end of story. that's james carville's here. all right. so if all the things that we need to on, i think, by the way, to crime rates dropping almost to historic levels and i keep hearing trump talking about rising crime. i don't know what he's talking about. i hear people talk about these urban. and i'm sitting here in chicago and tell your truth. that's a pretty nice setting. it's james. james. 30, 30, 30 people were shot this weekend. five are dead. not exactly safe. i have scrolled the names of people shot, shot and killed in the city. let me ask a couple of i think what are very extreme positions of kamala harris.
11:54 pm
>> do you do you think it's a good idea when she says to ban and drilling? do you think that's good for our economy to do that? no, i don't. all right. i got one concession on fracking as a transition thing and i don't think she has that position today. and i think human beings evolve and i think they have experience. i know that many things that are thought for us in 2008, i point out president obama and secretary clinton were against gay marriage. well, you know what? they're not anymore. good for them. all right. do you it when somebody evolves from a position to a better position, i give them credit. >> all right. do you think we should eliminate private health insurance? because kamala thinks that she wants medicare for all, universal health care. you know, you and i are getting a little bit older. i'd actually like to keep my health care right. she says we should eliminate private insurance. here's what she said. >> you support the medicare for
11:55 pm
all bill. i think initially co-sponsored by senator bernie sanders, you're also a co-sponsor of it. >> i believe it will totally eliminate private insurance. >> so for people out there who like their insurance, they don't get to keep it. >> well, listen, the idea is that everyone gets access to medical care and you don't have to go through the process of going an insurance company, having them give you approval, going through the paperwork, all the delay that may require. who of us has not had that situation, where you've got to wait for approval? and the doctor says, well, i don't know if your insurance company is going to cover this. >> let's eliminate all of that. let's move on. >> i thought she was also running as the freedom party, like the freedom to get my own health care. and i think you probably like yours, too. well, i don't think we should eliminate private health care. i've never thought medicare for all was a good idea. i disagree with it. just disagree with donald trump that people who serve in the armed forces are full. i don't agree with that. i think winners are held up
