lawfare is back. the left couldn't be more ecstatic. >> this is very tantalizing to think we may actually see amounts to like a minute any trial before the election. >> we do not have to live this way. when i'm president of the united states, we're not going to take it anymore. >> laura: and the left has suddenly gone silent on supreme court justices meddling in politics. i wonder why? >> gives a lot of people hope. >> like obama. >> gives a lot of people hope. >> laura: but, first -- >> we have millions and millions of people pouring into our country, many from prisons and jails and mental institutions and insane asylums. traffickers, human traffickers. women traffickers, sex traffickers. and it's turning out that migrant crime is far worse than
4:02 pm
any crime that we have ever experienced. if you look at aurora, colorado, they are taking over the place. they took over buildings and this is just the beginning. you haven't seen anything yet. >> well, americans in lower income areas and small town u.s.a. president trump is right. they are seeing their communities change and you bet not for the better. and change by the millions of illegals who flooded america, courtesy of the joe and kamala migrant express. somebody else to wanted who cross the border 'grandkids schools struggling to keep up with the esl demand or maybe notice crime creeping up in your once safe neighborhoods. well, kamala harris' message to you. and if you are wondering what kamala's border policy would be. heaven forbid i have a clue for you don't. look at what she helped create as vice president. just is you say the landscape.
4:03 pm
look at the filth and the crime. i don't know but, but i think we are all full up with problems here at home many caused by crushing budgets in small town urban america. it's not just the money we are bleeding. it's the victims who are bleeding as well. suffering, caused by criminals like these. four venezuelans, including a guy named cookie who crossed the border illegally in 2022 and 2023. presumably vetted, yeah. and then released into the united states, all men were just nabbed in connection with to an attempted murder in aurora colorado. situations play out all across the country. but, instead of cracking down on the border, seeing what she created, harris co-piloted an effort to make it easier, not harder to get migrants into the country and by the way get them here faster than ever. she and joe just restarted what
4:04 pm
was a very controversial immigration program that brings in 30,000 people per month from four countries. venezuela, haiti, cuba and nicaragua with the phony promise that their sponsors will be vetted. right. carefree kamala, who claims to care so much about little girls, seems completely unmoved by the story of the 10-year-old little victim of haitian national hakeem mark desire. he came her via her and biden's migrant express. haitian national alvarez he too was vetted by the program and later he was charged with raping a 15-year-old. it's all collateral damage though, isn't it? kamala harris has had years to stop these dangerous illegals from invading the country. instead she has done the opposite. she has made it worse in every conceivable way. and her home state of california
4:05 pm
they may be suffering the most. local officials came to washington today literally begging for help. but the most horrifying details didn't even come from government officials but from an average citizen who felt compelled to fill the void left by the biden harris administration. >> for the last year, my team and i personally collected hundreds of discarded passports and drivers licenses. i have some here today. my research has also discovered a case where a guatemalan national with a counterfeit visa sexually assaulted the child of a local navy seal. i apologize for getting a little emotional in my testimony. but my team sun paid. they are -- they are law enforcement, current, prior military and we are trying to figure out what's going on. i know you said this is bipartisan hearing, congressman. i don't see any democrats here. >> laura: that's a mic drop moment. don't expect kamala to address.
4:06 pm
this we need to vet everyone. we need to vet everyone coming into this country. tonight we can conclude we need to do a better job of investigating our presidential candidates. joining me now former congresswoman anna paulina luna. thank you for joining us. there was some time where they were just calling these migrants newcomers. i love that they went from illegal alien to illegal immigrant to undocumented citizen and now they are just newcomers. someone who is charged with raping a child was let out on $500 in bail. is this not disgusting? and is this not on the shoulders of kamala harris? >> i made 100 percent it's absolutely her fault. they are trying so hard to say she wasn't the border czar. when we look at the policies and what the biden administration initially rolled out, she was in charge. and i can tell you, laura, i actually confronted kamala harris at the airport on this issue. and she ran away from the
4:07 pm
questions on the border because they know that even their voters, even democrats, look, we are in campaign season right now. democrats are asking us what we are going to do to fix it because it is back thing every community. here in pinellas county i was recently with the department of crendses we rolled up people 15 bags of fentanyl more than enough to kill our entire county. it's a problem and horrific. >> laura: we also have a situation where kamala harris is trying to portray herself through all these soft interviews. as someone who has deep compassion for americans. and it really an inspiration for girls and women across the united states. she is a hard charging, former prosecutor, tough in the room with men. and that she is going to stand up for the little guy. but that is just branding, is it not? that's just a branding campaign with zero connection to the reality and the carnage that that woman has brought upon this country? >> the fact is, laura, and i say this as a woman who is also
4:08 pm
minority is that kamala harris ran on that. she said that she was there to represent all women. yet, she actively turned a blind eye to that rape, trafficking and torture of hispanic women and children at our southern border. so, what she has done, especially as a woman, not only did she betray that opportunity that she had to really help us, but at the end of the day, i do believe that she is power hungry. i believe that she had a solution, if she really wanted to fix the problem. she could have done it now. she is in a position to do it. yet, she has no answers. we are looking at what they are trying to do, especially with this importing more immigrants here. they are trying to say that they're going to get sponsors, some of these sponsors aren't actually doing it for the right researchers, we have no idea if they are using stolen social security. in my opinion we need to shut it down. get our illegal immigration in check. darts with automatic deportations the minute trump takes office people coming here unvet and unchecked. >> laura: again, their vetting means nothing to me. like when they vetted the afghan refugees. these people have zero
4:09 pm
credibility. i want to show everyone these numbers that came out recently about what's happened with job creation in the united states and it's related to this topic. over the past year under biden-harris. native born employment in the united states decreased by 1.3 million jobs. but foreign born employment increased by 1.24 million. now, congresswoman, does that not tell the story of the america last coalition that kamala and tim represent in this country? that statistic? >> it absolutely does. and i think it's important to also for people that support this, just know that a lot of these companies that are bringing in these foreign workers are working them above and beyond they're depressing american wages. people can't speak up because they're afraid of being deported is that really a good quality of life. those are questions we need to
4:10 pm
be asking people that support. this the fact is we have the highest inflation ever recorded in long time it's because they caused it. what are they trying to do. put a big fat band-aid on a festering wound that they caused. >> laura: not a shock that all these ceos came out today from big corporations and endorsed kamala harris. they are not coming out to endorse kamala harris because they want higher wages for american workers. they want a never ending stream of migrants to come in and take those jobs and keep the wages down. so that list of ceos does not impress me at all. congresswoman, thank you so much. all right. deflect, distract, and just disappear. that pretty much sums up the harris-walz campaign. now, shockingly enough and this was shocking to me. axios just published a devastating piece comparing harris to biden and cataloging her flip-flops on everything from banning plastic straws, she is not for that and, of course, banning fracking and
4:11 pm
confiscating guns. but the queen of cold cool she may not wear ray bands like joe, of course she flip-flops. but she is just as inarticulate as well. and the rare times she does an interview, like she just did with univision radio, it too is short and scripted. listen to the sound of the pages literally flipping. >> listen, i think that it's time to move forward and to chart a new way forward. and we need to turn the page on this trump era. >> laura: literally turn the page on the notes. and her running mate is more like a running away from questions mate. i think he should really consider patenting i it. calling tim's shelfy shield. >> governor, are you going to take any policy questions? governor, -- >> governor walz --
4:12 pm
>> laura: i love that the running away mate. joining us now sean duffy coast host of the bottom line on fox business. stacy washington host of stacy on the right on sirius xm patriot radio. it's really comical. old commercial from the 70s, can't hear you, honey, water is running. like the selfy, she is on the cell phone pretending she is on a call. but the media is almost now in some cases getting embarrassed by this because it makes them look terrible, too. >> happening with the media. they have been for six weeks now covering for her as long as she has been the presidential candidate. but they know it's coming on tuesday night. they can't protect her on tuesday night. she will be on the stage by herself with donald trump getting questions. not just from abc but also from trump himself. they can't protect her so i think before she goes out and embarrasses herself and going to be a word salad, they want to have some criticism, some journalistic integrity where they are going to actually do
4:13 pm
some reporting on kamala harris. they are covering their asses what they are doing, laura with some of their reporting. again they are doing it because they don't have trust and faith that she can actually deliver on tuesday night. >> laura: an article in vioxx voxtoday two months out from the election rampant special election what a harris doctrine for power of attorney policy could look like the analysis often comes down to the use of the buzz word of the moment, vibes. stacey? vibes? that's what we're voting for in foreign policy? >> this is the totally unserious candidate that the democrats have foisted upon us. a woman who is really running a stock photo candidacy and instant cup of noodles campaign. and we can't trust her to close the southern border. we are talking about millions, tens of millions of people come into the country and uptick in crime. you mentioned earlier in the segment all the women and children raped, kidnapped, murdered in broad daylight in our parks and streams. so what are we talking about
4:14 pm
here? for her foreign policy there is no harris doctrine. she can't possibly sit in a room with vladimir putin or any of the other world leaders and be taken seriously if she can't sit down for an interview by herself here in this own country. i'm looking forward to seeing her stand up next to donald trump. it's going to be pretty epic because she is going to finally have to speak for herself without assistance. >> laura: today on msnbc, chris alizza admitted something about harris. >> remember remember she is the most unknown known person in the country. most people know she is the vice president of the united states. ask them to tell you one or two things about her. particularly swing voters in swing states they might struggle a little bit. this will be the last two months of this campaign are a battle to define her. >> laura: sean, we know who she is, right? she is -- we have seen who she is. and, you know, last year the media was kind of ridiculing her as the kamala harris problem cover story and the atlantic.
4:15 pm
but now it's -- well, she is redefining herself. isn't that cool? >> yeah, laura, we know who she is. and those who live and breathe politics know who kamala harris is because we followed her very uneventful vice presidency. there is a lot of americans who don't do that like we do. they don't know who she is. they know she is the vice president. they know she is running for president. kamala doesn't want them to get to know her. she doesn't want them to know her record. how is the biden harris administration done on foreign policy to your point? they had peace four years ago. we have hot spots all over the world now. they don't want to talk about that or inflation or the border because, again, the best predictor of the future is what's happened in the past. right? they want to turn the page on the past because the past, if it's any indicator of the future, it's not too bright for the american people. and so, again, don't know my record, don't know my policies, don't look at my interviews, just vote on vibes. i'm joyful, let's -- you know, let's roll america, get a little

>> laura: it's friday and that means it's time for "friday follies." with that turn fox news raymond arroyo. all right, raymond, this week the biden administration, got all hot and bothered again about russia. sanctions dropped about supposed new attempts influence the u.s. election. >> yeah, well merrick garland may want to put a hold on those sanctions, laura, no sooner did that news drop than vladimir putin sat down for an interview and quickly endorsed kamala harris. >> as for the favorites, there is no need define that it's a choice for the people of america in the end. i have said that our favorite is the acting president mr. biden. he has been taken out of the race but he advised all his supporters to support mrs. harris. that's what we'll do. we'll support her as well and that's the first thing. secondly her slawf so expressive

and infectious that means she is doing well. >> raymond: ha ha ha. this is part punk. part double play. i mean, putin knows exactly what he is doing. he also said in that interview, trump imposed more sanctions on russia than any president before him. if ms. harris is doing well, maybe she will avoid things like that. so, clearly, is he playing both sides of this and i think throwing a little wrench into the harris campaign. >> laura: i never in my wildest dreams, raymond, thought i would hear vladimir putin use the words together infectious laughter. that never, her infectious laugh. means she is having a good time so that's good enough for me. >> raymond: that's good enough for us. speaking of unwelcome. justice jackson dropped by "the view" to promote new book "lovely one." i want your reaction to the lovely one, watch. >> what do you make of her

sorry, disgraceful to come up to the line like that. it wasn't even -- it was obvious what was going on. talk about election interference this time by the highest court in the land. >> raymond: inintang giving gling herself in another branch of government. i have never heard of -- you did have rbg did the same thing. >> laura: she didn't like trump, obviously. >> this is a new justice. you would think that as the most junior member of the court. decorum on that court and tradition at the court would matter. look, all bets are off. the norms and rules, the left always pretends to uphold, they are always fungible and disposable when the goal is to get donald trump. >> raymond: giving people hope, laura. the people of ireland are looking for hope as well. they will be electing a new president next year. and, look, i know people are looking for a kick ass

that's besides the point. the bus is going to be making 50 stops in swing states. i would prefer at this point, laura, to see something more pressing for the harris campaign. a fighting for elder president's dignity bus. i think that would be more timely. after what they have put poor biden through. >> laura: i saw someone online say when they saw that bus tour and well the babies in the womb are at the back of the bus or maybe run over by the bus. they don't even count at all. cynical, sad, you know, way to frame your campaign. raymond? >> raymond: this would be like having a fighting for sobriety bus and it's a rolling bar. none of this makes sense. you are at odds. and as we reported the other day, members of tim walz's family have come out against his candidacy. he was asked about it yesterday, watch. >> thank you
